Influence of Weather Conditions on Disconnection in Open Optical Transmission Systems 开放式光传输系统中天气条件对断路的影响

A formalized algorithm is presented and a calculation of communication breakdown in atmospheric optical transmission systems is made depending on the intensity of precipitation based on published statistically processed experimental data on the quantitative characteristics of the distribution of raindrops by size. Based on the meteorological data received from the weather stations of the Karshi airport, statistics on the minimum visibility range have been compiled. Based on these data, the integral distribution functions of the minimum visibility range and kilometric attenuation necessary to take into account the climatic features of a given geographic area, when designing open optical transmission systems, were calculated.

Study of the Method of Compact Testing of Technical Means of Data Transmission Networks 数据传输网技术手段压缩测试方法研究

The article discusses the issues of assessing the reliability of control of compact testing of technical means of data transmission networks by the analytical method and simulation. We have completed the life cycle of the technical means of data transmission systems and the ways of their enhanced reliability. Methods of calculation and determination of signatures for signature analysis in the diagnosis of microprocessor devices are considered. The analysis of tasks and classification of systems of technical diagnostics of microprocessor devices of data transmission systems is carried out. The analysis of modern microprocessor devices of data transmission systems as an object of control and diagnostics necessary for the choice of characteristics of signature analysis methods is made, that the main documents of signature analysis are dictionaries of the reference signatures. It is shown that the main document of signature analysis is the dictionary of reference signatures. A comparative analysis of the methods of calculation and determination of reference signatures used in the diagnosis of microprocessor devices has been performed.

The paper is devoted to the need for state-of-the-art trend in distributed computing - Fog computing as well as its distinctions in terms of an architecture and technical aspects with cloud computing followed by prerequisites to Fog platform so as to be able to deal with real-time Big Data obtained from evolving Internet of Things/Everything devices and wireless sensor networks. Fog computing is arguably either a virtualized platform or real equipment typically located between end user devices and the cloud data centres hosted within the Internet. As compared to Cloud computing, it has a number of distinctions such as low latency, low jitter, the location of fog nodes at the edge of the local network, one-hop distance between the client and the server, a tremendous number of server nodes distributed geographically, the support of mobility along with real-time interactions, etc.

Finding and tracking moving objects in a video stream is an important task for a different class of tasks that need to allocate moving objects on a complex background. Image segmentation based on mask selection is considered for solving this class of problems of rotation and scale of the image has little effect on the amount of calculations. This article discusses the issues of creating a neuro-fuzzy control algorithm for dynamic objects with the uncertainty of a priori information. A mathematical model of dynamic objects in the state space in the conditions of fuzzy initial information is proposed. A neuro-fuzzy algorithm for controlling technological objects based on a dynamic model with robust properties is synthesized.

This study examines the issue of optimization of management models, which mainly focuses on the prediction of economic indicators and management based on neural models. Non-stationary processes, reflecting technological, economic, social, biological, physical phenomena, are characterized by quantitative and qualitative characteristics, which are characterized by abrupt, evolving development and regulation of parameters over time. Modeling of non-stationary processes in the general case can be carried out using traditional mathematical methods, but today a promising area of research is the use of modern methods of intelligent data processing, one of the brightest representatives of which are neural network technologies. Therefore, it is important to improve management models to implement the above tasks.

this article describes certain types of the Hall effect using a conceptual model, which was used as an energy-information model of circuits (EIMC), based on the theory of analogy and similarity, which allows describing processes and phenomena of various physical nature using a single mathematical apparatus and parametric structural scheme (PSS).

The article discusses the methods and algorithms of high-precision iterative coding and decoding, which can improve the efficiency of error correction during decoding, finalized the basic principles of high-precision iterative code as a separate area in the field of noise-resistant coding, and obtained new results by modeling the work and the mathematical apparatus of the high-precision iterative coding system and decoding.
