Validity and validation have been key issues in language testing. During the past seven decades, researchers have aired different views on validity whose development, can be divided into four stages, namely, the stage of criterion-based approach, the stage of tripartite approach, the stage of unified approach and the stage of argument-based approach. In order to have an informed knowledge of validity theory, this article briefly traces the history of research on validity concepts and the corresponding frameworks of validation. By examining the development of validity and validation, some possible topics for future research are uncovered.

The right of remorse is not only the voluntary guarantee of the case of pleading guilty and accepting punishment, but also the source of the accused’s appeal. Protest is a confrontation between the right of remorse and the court of first instance’s failure to adopt the sentencing recommendation of the prosecution, and this confrontational contradiction always exists, which stems from the failure to put the characteristics of guilty plea and punishment admitting into the second instance procedure. Standardizing the right of remorse, establishing the system of cause appeal, classifying the reasons for protest and adjusting the scope of the second trial are helpful to resolve the conflicts in the system of admitting punishment and adjudication, and use intersubjectivity to break through the tension between litigation justice and litigation efficiency.

The language ecology in western Sichuan is diverse and complex, and there are nearly 20 ethnic groups and 20 languages intermingled with each other. However, their unique linguistic individuality is often covered by the universal language and become "disadvantaged languages" in their own habitat. Many reasons, of which are mixed ethnic distribution, deficient education resource and economic transformation etc., have led to the loss of linguistic vitality of the ancient languages. Ethnic, bilingual and vocational education are necessary strategies to improve the ethnic language ecology.

There are a variety of translations of Lunyu into English, among which Ku Hungming’s version is highly debated. Some people argue that Ku’s translation is too creative while other people believe his selection of wording is superior to that of others. Lin Yutang’s comments on Ku’s translation of Lunyu are, “His English is outstanding, which is rarely seen in the late two hundred years. His diction and word selection is outstanding.” As is pointed out by Jing Shuoyu, the purpose of translation is to help communication and understanding. Ku’s translation of Lunyu has made comparisons between well-known figures and books from the source and target cultures, it has also cited famous authors from the target culture. Therefore, it is argued in this article that Ku had decreased barriers between the source culture and target culture, hence the translator seemed ‘invisible’.

Carrying workers’ chant in Rong County, a county in Zigong city of Sichuan province, has a long history. It is an ancient traditional music culture created and developed by working people in the process of long-term collaborative labor. The carrying workers’ chant on this piece of land is indispensable in people’s daily labor and maintains close contact with production and life. It organically combines folk music with strong physical labor, which has both musical beauty and labor beauty, and has a wealth of cultural connotation. Through long-term field investigations and visits, we start with the historical background, ontological characteristics, main artistic features, living space and other aspects of the carrying workers’ chant in Rong County, and dig out and interpret its cultural and spiritual connotations based on case analysis. Rong County is located in the southwest of Zigong City. The area is influenced by the salt industry culture and the content of folk music is rich and diverse. "Carrying workers’ chant" is a representative of local folk music, among which the chant of carrying stones and carrying workers’ chant of mourning are particularly famous. In 2016, "Salt Workers’ chanting" became the fifth batch of intangible cultural heritage in Zigong City. As the representative work of "Salt Workers’ chant in Zigong", "Carrying workers’ chant" is very necessary to be carried out through systematic investigation and research.

In the era of public health emergencies, this paper puts forward the ideas and programs of Ideological and political teaching design of health management course. The design is based on many events occurred in health emergencies as cases, at the same time, it constructs the collection of Ideological and political elements of the course, organically integrates with the professional knowledge of health management, and carries out the problem-oriented hybrid teaching, so as to better guide students to actively think about the ideological and moral significance contained in each case and internalize it into their own values when learning professional knowledge and to help them shape the correct "Three Outlooks" and ultimately achieve the teaching and education goal of cultivating the interdisciplinary health management professionals with both ability and political integrity.

Strengthening the capacity building of community emergency management and cultivating community resilience to disasters have become the priority areas of emergency management research and practice all over the world. In this paper, based on the resilience theory of community public health emergencies to deal with nearly 20 years of domestic and foreign research to sort out the formation of a review, in order to provide theoretical reference in this field.

The advent of the consumer society and mass media era has reconstructed the way people produce and live. Based on this condition, fast fashion as a new clothing industry has been spawned and has become popular rapidly. First of all, this article analyzes the concepts of fast fashion and fast fashion consumption, in order to explore the attribution of the rise of fast fashion consumption, including the rapid development of society and economy, the urgency of stimulating people's domestic demand, the driving role of mass media and advertising, and the psychological needs of the public keep increasing and so on. In addition, Fast-food consumerism represented by fast fashion has become a symbol that distinguishes a certain class or group. This article uses the sociology of consumption as a research perspective to explore the symbolic value of fast fashion consumption. It includes four types of symbolic values, including the value of highlighting differences, the value of distinguishing social classes, the value of belonging to a social group, and the value of resolving identity crises. At last, as a summary part, this article summarizes the benefits of fast fashion consumption, and makes certain reflections and suggestions on the disadvantages of fast fashion consumption.

In recent years, as people pay more attention to healthy life, the "big health" industry is heading for a new round of growth. As a combination of tourism and "big health" industry, wellness tourism has good market environment. The wellness tourism in China is in its initial stage, and the research on wellness tourism products based on the demand of tourists is insufficient. In this paper, Phoenix Valley Forest Parkas the research object, using the form of questionnaire survey based on the needs of tourists, put forward suggestions on the development of forest wellness tourism products, in order to enrich the content of wellness tourism research and provide reference for the industry development.
