With the advancement of technology, applications have become an indispensable part of daily life to solve many problems. Technology is one of the important contents that promotes communication between people and enhances the acquisition and acquisition of information. Therefore, the development of information technology is the reason for the major scientific and knowledge revolution, which has an impact on the convenience of human life in various scientific journals.To recognize our responsibility, we came up with the idea of replacing physical objects with applications that increase usability in our life. As we strive to develop a smart car control application, the application can save the driver from the car key. Therefore, the application controls certain functions in the car, such as opening and closing doors and starting and stopping the engine. By connecting the app to the car and ensuring that the user does not need to carry the car key. As a result, now we are able to provide convenience and luxury to our customers and end-users.

Malicious node identification routing and protection mechanism for VANET against various attack 恶意节点识别路由和VANET抵御各种攻击的保护机制

With the help of road side unit vehicles communicate among themselves. This technique termed as VANET. This network helps us to improve the safety and efficiency of the occupants during travelling in vehicles. The basic idea of this technique is to send information about the traffic information to the road side unit or other vehicles. These vehicles get safe from attacks and misuse of their private data. The objective of this paper to secure the communication among the vehicles and the road side unit. In this technique the communication mainly dependant on the safety of the road such as vehicles tracking, emergency situations and message monitoring. There are various attacks like Sybil and Gray hole attack are vulnerable to VANET. To protect from these attacks our technique provide malicious node identification mechanism that help us to provide better facility to send data to vehicles safely. To avoid these types of attacks, our propose technique include feature like key management system to prevent the communication among the vehicles. Our proposed system mostly focus on Bandwidth, packet loss and packet delivery ratio [12].

SSAAR: An enhanced System for Sentiment Analysis of Arabic Reviews SSAAR:阿拉伯语评论情感分析的增强系统

Sentiment Analysis, or Opinion Mining, has recently captivated the interest of scientists worldwide. With the increasing use of the internet, the web is becoming overloaded by data that contains useful information, which can be used in different fields. In fact, many studies have shed light on Sentiment Analysis of online data in different languages. However, the amount of research dealing with the Arabic language is still limited. In this paper, an empirical study is led to Sentiment Analysis of online reviews written in Modern Standard Arabic. A new system called SSAAR (System for Sentiment Analysis of Arabic Reviews) is proposed, allowing computational classification of reviews into three classes (positive, negative, neutral). The input data of this system is built by using a proposed framework called SPPARF (Scraping and double Preprocessing Arabic Reviews Framework), which generates a structured and clean dataset. Moreover, the provided system experiments two improved approaches for sentiment classification based on supervised learning, which are: Double preprocessing method and Feature selection method. Both approaches are trained by using five algorithms (Naïve Bayes, stochastic gradient descent Classifier (SGD), Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Random Forest) and compared later under the same conditions. The experimental results show that the feature selection method using the SGD Classifier performs the best accuracy (77.1%). Therefore, the SSAAR System proved to be efficient and gives better results when using the feature selection method; nevertheless, satisfying results were obtained with the other approach, considered consequently suitable for the proposed system.

Design and Implement Beacon based scheme for Node Localization in Underwater Acoustic Network 基于信标的水声网络节点定位方案的设计与实现

A network that can sense the surroundings and collected all the information from the sensor nodes and passed it to the base station is known as a wireless sensor network. The underwater acoustic networks are the type of network deployed under the oceans and passed information to the base station.  Due to the dynamic nature of the network, nodes change their location at any time. To maximum aggregate information from the sensor nodes, to estimate exact node location is very important. The sensor node position estimation is a major issue of the underwater acoustic network.  The process of estimating node position is called node localization. In the existing RSSI based approach for the node, localization has a high delay, which reduces its efficiency. The technique needs to be designed, which localizes more nodes in less amount of time. This research is based on the advancement of the range based scheme for node localization. In the proposed scheme, mobile beacons are responsible for node localization. The beacon nodes send beacon messages in the network, and sensor nodes respond back with a reply message. When two beacons receive the reply of a sensor node that is considered as a localized node, the sensor nodes which are already localized will not respond back to the beacon messages, which reduce delay in the network for node localization.

Designing remote education in a VUCA world VUCA环境下的远程教育设计

The goal of this article is to identify and share the best practices and innovations to enable teaching and learning to take place during times of VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) such as the coronavirus pandemic. This will help lay the foundations for more inclusive and equitable approaches to education when the crisis subsides. The main response to school closures is to dive headlong into academic cyberspace and remote learning, creating a human-machine symbiosis. Ideally, specific contents, learning outcomes, and a set of instructions are desirable. Different media and technologies can be used to assist students to learn in different ways and achieve different outcomes, thus also individualizing learning more. Technologies can be compared along several characteristics. These characteristics form a basis for analyzing new technologies, to see where they fit within the existing environment, and to evaluate their potential benefits and limitations. Nowadays, technologies have a tendency to become more ‘communicative’ and ‘media rich’, thus offering educators and students powerful tools to attain desired learning outcomes.

An Empirical Assessment of the Success of Road Asset Management System in Tanzania and Its Economic Value in Managing and Planning for Roads Pavement 坦桑尼亚道路资产管理系统成功的实证评价及其在道路路面管理和规划中的经济价值

The deployment of Information Communication Technology in the Road sector has contributed positively towards achieving the national goal of ICT for infrastructure development. However, the deployment of ICT software for Road infrastructure in underdeveloped countries has been done with duplication of efforts contributing to software failure. This study aimed in evaluating the effectiveness and economic values of the Road Maintenance Management System in Tanzania.  The study deployed System Usability Scale Framework in 26 regions of Tanzania, and Kruskal-Wallis test was used for significance testing. The result indicates positive response of adopting and scaling the Road Maintenance Management System to all 26 regions in the country with R2=0.863. The usability of the system remains steady for almost three years from 2017 to 2019. The economic value of system is found to be above average (61%), while the value for money is found to reach 76.5% of the expectation. It is therefore concluded that the use of ICT in planning for Roads Maintenance increases efficiency in delivery critical factors that facilitated decision making in road planning and also improves specific services delivery in government efficiency.

Free, online language translation services are being used by people around to the world to facilitate communication. However, it takes time and effort for a person to load the Web page in a browser, copy and paste text into the site, and translate words. The process quickly becomes tiresome. Instead, some computer programs are providing automated translation. However, no studies have been conducted to determine the efficiency or effectiveness of such an approach. In this study, we compare how students used an English-based chatbot with and without German automatic translation. Results show that students took nearly 1.5 times longer than their stated upper time limit to manually translate. In contrast, the automated translation was at least 30 times faster. In addition, the students were significantly more satisfied with the automated than the manual system.

This paper addresses issues and difficulties in the advancement of cutting edge installed gadgets, applications and its administration that Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) handles in Automation Industries (AI).Because of SOAs expanding knowledge and traces of the methodology received, just as the business points of interest advancement, the assembling business with SOA expresses deep complexity and yet simple usage in process of automation. The future assembling undertakings will be portrayed by as often as possible changing business sector requests, time-to-showcase weight, constantly developing new advances and, most importantly, worldwide challenge. SOA and web innovation have evolved its route to support an unavoidably arranged world in which billions of individuals and trillions of devices and gadgets will be interconnected in different ways. As a component of this development, Internet innovation is rising as the essential bearer for interconnecting – utilized in mechanical mechanization, car hardware, building controls, home robotization, service automation, and so on.

Technological Approaches in Applied Social learning 应用社会学习中的技术方法

Industry 4.0 covers the readiness of achieving expertise that impacts the society, strategy, talent and technology. Individual, social and economic demands pose ever-changing challenges for education and training even in today’s world. In spite of the shrinking rapidity, which progressively affects the cognitive, biological, and information offerings into the new insights on people learning, for an effective reformation to an even more miniature of scientific and technological connect, ultimately on the knowledge content. Today’s students will compete in a technological, diverse, multi-cultural world and must be prepared to thrive in that futuristic environment; therefore, it is vital that today’s pedagogy produce lifelong learners, who can succeed in a global arena. To ensure our educational technology progresses at the rate demanded by today’s ubiquitous digital learners, we are reviewing emerging technologies and traditional teaching methods and propose desirable changes. Further enhancement in student learning and outcomes through technology enabled learning builds alliances among institutional units, employers, community partners and provides the effective delivery of learning services and opportunities to students. Technology depends on the cleverness and the innovative application of theoretical tools from control and estimation for scalability through hierarchy and multi-modality. Educational technology enhances the learning experience for students, faculty, the university and community at large. Hence, to develop a richer context for student learning, covering societal inadequacies, injustices in empowerment to learning access among students, cross-cultural involvements, and opportunity to learn, we deliberate on the latest trends in pedagogy - intelligent tutoring systems and ICT integration that can be modified during their implementation to suit future needs for industry 4.0 requirements.

Model-Based Parallelizer for Embedded Control Systems on Single-ISA Heterogeneous Multicore 基于模型的单isa异构多核嵌入式控制系统并行化

This paper presents a model-based parallelization approach to parallelize embedded systems on single-ISA heterogeneous multicore processors, especially processors with the ARM big.LITTLE architecture, wherein the core assignment of the Simulink blocks is determined based on the control design constraints and characteristics of the big.LITTLE architecture. The proposed approach uses a hierarchical clustering method on Simulink blocks to reduce the problem scale, and an integer linear programming (ILP) formulation to determine the core assignment solution, considering load balancing and minimization of inter-core communication across cores with different performances. Finally, we generate the parallel code of the model based on the core assignment solution for execution on the processors. We evaluate the proposed approach by comparing it with existing methods and generating the parallel code on a single-board computer with the big.LITTLE architecture to determine its effectiveness.
