: The incident of the storming of Al.Masjid Al. Haram is considered one of the most prominent incidents that the Islamic world witnessed in the twentieth century, as it was for the first time in modern history that anyone dared to violate the sanctity of the Sacred House of God, despite the many wars that took place in the land of Hijaz during the conflict between the Saudis and Sharif Al Hussein and other wars and conflicts That sacred spot was not touched due to its status among all Muslims of all affiliations, and based on the historical study, the position of the Jordanian newspaper Al-Dustour was chosen regarding the incident because of the wide resonance and spread of this newspaper, in addition to its official positions on many issues, as the newspaper was not satisfied with reporting the news Rather, she devoted a column in each issue of her issue to give her opinion on the issues she deals with.

: This research deals with studying the important architecture works of the sultan Abdulhameed the second 1867-1909 in Baghdad .the research specializes with seven famous status that they had renewed at the last nineteenth century or at the beginning of twentieth .it documents these status by analytics descriptive study depends on visiting that is clear by diagrams and photos ,in addition to studying scenes and writings which kept these status historically to be subject of the study trying to save them from destruction or changing by some authorities for modern. This study arrives to results that pleases the researcher to be benefit in the field of specialist academic study of the late Islamic archeology describing them to document important status in Baghdad and to describe religious archeology in Baghdad to make them series of recorded mosques and shrines in the field of archeology

: The role of the Kalb tribe was not limited to its participation in the political, military and administrative aspects, but rather went beyond it to their contribution clearly in the intellectual field, whether it was in the sciences of the Noble Qur’an, the Noble Prophet’s hadith, jurisprudence and other sciences, where the Andalusians glorified the scholars and jurists in particular, and these had leadership and pioneering in Andalusian society on On the intellectual level, the Andalusians were familiar with the sciences of the Qur’an, hadith, and jurisprudence. It is worth noting that the doctrine that the people of Andalusia followed during the times of its prosperity is the Maliki school of thought, which is the most common school in Andalusia
