Dispersion Model of Doped Medium in Imaginary-Part Photonic Crystal 虚部光子晶体中掺杂介质的色散模型

Because of the novel structure,the imaginary-part photonic crystal(IPPC) has strongly frequency-dependent character and some special optical properties.However,the dispersion relation of doped medium of imaginary-part photonic crystal has not been studied clearly,so that it would be an obstacle for wide investigation and application of IPPC.The authors employ linear forced oscillator model and effective medium theory to build up the dispersion model of doped medium of IPPC.The model can be used to more than one kind of doped agent.Finally,the authors compare the simulation dispersion curve from the model with that from experiment and find that they match well.So the dispersion model which the authors build up is available,and it can give some help to get further investigation of IPPC optical properties.

An Empirical Research on Talent Performance Differentiation in the Capital Region——Based on Industry-level Data 首都地区人才绩效差异实证研究——基于行业层面数据

Performance is an iconic indicator in measuring efficiency of human resource allocation.The article examines the overall development trend of talent performance in the Capital region and studies differentiation characteristics according to education levels,macro-industrial and emerging industry standards.The conclusions show that the performance level of the talent resources is improving year by year,and the structure of the talent resources allocation is in continuous optimization.The research indicates that there is a positive correlation between performance level and education background;the differentiated characteristics of macro-industry talent performance is apparent,with the secondary industry higher than the tertiary industry in the income-type performance;and the tertiary industry is higher than secondary industry in profits performance.In emerging industries,talent performance of financial,cultural creative and logistics exhibition is significant.Therefore,it provides direct evidence to select important industries in the Capital region in the future.
绩效是衡量人力资源配置效率的标志性指标。本文考察了首都地区人才绩效的整体发展趋势,并根据教育水平、宏观产业和新兴行业标准研究了差异特征。研究结果表明,我国人才资源绩效水平逐年提高,人才资源配置结构不断优化。研究表明,绩效水平与学历之间存在正相关关系,宏观行业人才绩效差异特征明显,第二产业收入型绩效高于第三产业,第三产业利润型绩效高于第二产业。在新兴产业中,金融、文创、物流会展的人才表现显著。为今后首都地区重点产业的选择提供了直接依据。

Analysis of Formal Concept of the Space Non-Cooperative Target 空间非合作目标的形式概念分析

Non-cooperative target refers to the space target which cannot provide effective information.Based on the analysis of the limitations of non-cooperative target definition in recent years,this paper discusses the concept of non-cooperative target according to formal concept theory.The description derived in this paper can basically reflect the domains and attributes of non-cooperative target.
非合作目标是指不能提供有效信息的空间目标。本文在分析近年来非合作目标定义局限性的基础上,根据形式概念理论对非合作目标的概念进行了探讨。本文导出的描述基本反映了非合作目标的领域和属性。

Adaptive weighted algorithm of cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks 认知无线电网络中协同频谱感知的自适应加权算法

The algorithm of cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks can improve detection probability of frequency spectrum sensing while increase cost of control channel, How to reduce the cost control is one of the key technology of cooperative spectrum sensing. The adaptive mixed weighted algorithm of cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks is proposed, the algorithm based on the signal-to-noise ratio of energy detector, and determine the contribution according to a detector signal-to-noise ratio, and allocate a relevant weighted value, reduce the invalid detection and transmission. Results show that the proposed algorithm is improved detection probability, meanwhile, the average number of bits is decrease, reduce perceived control channel overhead.
认知无线网络中的协同频谱感知算法在提高频谱感知检测概率的同时增加了控制信道的成本,如何降低控制成本是协同频谱感知的关键技术之一。提出了认知无线电网络中协同频谱感知的自适应混合加权算法,该算法基于能量检测器的信噪比,根据检测器的信噪比确定贡献,并分配相应的加权值,减少无效检测和传输。结果表明,该算法提高了检测概率,同时减少了平均比特数,减少了感知控制信道开销。

The answer to "what is constitution" is related to the quality of our constitutional government,however,some misinterpretation exists in the jurisprudential circle.To make it clear,we should be aware that the constitution is a parent law instead of a public law,that it is a subjective law as well as an objective law,and that it is both a fundamental law and a fine law.
“什么是宪法”这个问题的答案关系到我国宪政的质量,但法学界对此存在一些误解。要讲清楚,宪法既是母法,又是公法;既是主观法,又是客观法;既是根本法,又是精品法。
