Analysis on the Effectiveness of External Operating Experience Mode in Nuclear Power Plants 核电厂外部运行经验模式的有效性分析

The sufficient and targeted use of operating experience within the industry is an essential way for nuclear power plants to promote unit safety performance and also the healthy trait of nuclear safety culture. The external experiences from mother-corporation, peer plants and global industry offer the plant itself a platform to reveal the common failure mechanism and most fundamental weaknesses that affect the safety and reliability of nuclear power units, thus to minimize the incident repeating occurrence. This paper standing on the vision of plant OE organization, focusing on the time effectiveness and applicability, to analyze how to assess and improve the effectiveness of external operating experience mode including the needed auxiliary resources and management support, meanwhile illustrates the approach to help build a nuclear safety culture that All individuals take ALL chances, use ALL experiences, dig out ALL problems and detect ALL gaps between current performance and nuclear safety excellence early enough.

Adaptive feed-forward control for seeker based on the disturbance observer 基于扰动观测器的导引头自适应前馈控制

In order to improve the tracking and stabilization performance, a control method combining disturbance observer and adaptive feed-forward control using parameterization is proposed for seeker stabilized platforms. The system identification algorithm is used to identify dynamic model of the true plant. Then the discrete-time disturbance observer is designed. The feedback loop controller is designed using pole-placement techniques. The recursive least square (RLS) adaptive filter is used to build the inverse model of the feedback control loop and in this way, the feed-forward control is constructed. The adaptive filter and the feedback loop constitute a control scheme with two degrees-of-freedom (DOF). Tracking experiments conducted on velocity command inputs verify the validity of the adaptive feed-forward controller. Experimental results show that this method responses quickly to commands. For a sinusoidal signal at the frequency of 30Hz, the adaptive feed-forward controller can obtain an amplitude response without attenuation and the phase lag is reduced to 11° in contrast with the feedback control whose phase lag is 60°. This method significantly improves the transient performance and is superior to the feedback control alone.

Improved GSA based on KHA and PSO algorithm for short-term hydrothermal scheduling 基于KHA和粒子群算法的热液短期调度改进GSA

The short-term hydrothermal scheduling(STHS) is a complex non-linear and time-varying optimization problem in power system, and it is non-convex when the effect of valve point is considered, which increases the difficulty of intelligent algorithm optimization. Many methods have been used to solve this problem but still have some spaces in improving the quality of the solutions. This paper proposes an improved gravitational search algorithm(GSA) based on krill herd algorithm(KHA) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm(KHA_PSO_GSA) to deal with the problem of STHS. Introducing the random parameters into the memory characteristics of speed update in PSO and according the times when the global optimal value remains unchanged to improve the mutation strategy of default individuals in KHA. Two standard test cases of four hydro power plants and three thermal power plants system are taken to verify the abilities of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed KHA_PSO_GSA is stronger than KHA, GSA and PSO_GSA in optimizing local and global capabilities. At the same time, KHA_PSO_GSA has a better solution in fuel cost and power transmission loss than other article methods.

The Design of Embedded Web System based on REST Architecture 基于REST架构的嵌入式Web系统设计

Aiming at the problems of high coupling, large resource waste and low expansibility in traditional embedded WEB system development mode, this paper presents an embedded WEB system development design based on REST style. In this paper, data of the system is abstracted as a resource. The front-end initiates a resource request by the improved AJAX request, and calls the RESTful API to realize resource transmission, and the server processes the client requests through the CGI program. The implementation of this scheme improves the versatility and expansibility of embedded WEB system, and reduces the memory cost of server. It also provides a low-cost design method for embedded systems with limited storage resources.
针对传统嵌入式WEB系统开发模式存在的高耦合、资源浪费大、可扩展性低等问题,提出了一种基于REST风格的嵌入式WEB系统开发设计。本文将系统的数据抽象为一种资源。前端通过改进的AJAX请求发起资源请求,调用RESTful API实现资源传输,服务器通过CGI程序处理客户端请求。该方案的实现提高了嵌入式WEB系统的通用性和可扩展性,降低了服务器的内存开销。它还为存储资源有限的嵌入式系统提供了一种低成本的设计方法。

Modeling and analysis of single event crosstalk in multi-lines system 多线系统单事件串扰建模与分析

With device feature size scaling down, single event crosstalk (SEC) effects should be considered carefully in the early design stages of circuits applied for space and ground radiation environments. A model for predicting SEC in 3-lines system is proposed based on the point admittance and the distribution network of the lines. By using the presented model, 1000 random generated circuits are modeled and tested. The simulation results show that the model has average error 5.52%, whose results match SPICE very well. The relevance between the parameters of the lines and the prediction accuracy of the model is analyzed by using grey theory. A modular CubeSat concept for on-orbit assembly on the space station 用于空间站在轨组装的模块化立方体卫星概念

In order to complete the on-orbit assembly of microsatellites operated by astronauts on the space station and carry out on-orbit service and space tests, the modular CubeSat concept is proposed by combining the concept of standardized modular assembly with the CubeSat technology, and then the CubeSat building system is upgraded from board-level modular assembly to functional modular assembly. Firstly, on the basis of the functional independence and physical independence, the CubeSat is divided into several functional blocks having standard structure and interfaces, and the symmetrically arranged female-male-female standard interface is used to realize flexible assembly between adjacent blocks. Secondly, two kinds of mechanical docking interface are introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail. Thirdly, the theoretical mechanical analysis, finite element calculation and prototype tests are carried out on the mechanical docking interface. The experimental results show that the precision and strength of the mechanical docking interface can meet the assembly requirements on the space station. The proposed modular CubeSat concept and standard mechanical docking interface are compatible with the traditional CubeSat structure, without occupying its internal space, and can realize the modular assembly of CubeSat.

Diversity-based JADE Algorithm 基于多样性的JADE算法

In adaptive DE, the parameter p is used to balance the algorithm exploration and exploitation ability. Selection of suitable p in the evolution process is an ongoing challenge for adaptive DE. Population diversity is an effective measure showing the distribution of individuals in the search space. In this paper, use of diversity as a search strategy selection criterion for calculating p in adaptive DE is proposed. The proposed algorithm normalizes the calculated diversity to [0, 1] and calculates p according to the normalized diversity using an exponential function. Higher diversity yields higher p, providing the proposal with higher exploration ability, and vice versa. The accuracy of the proposed algorithm was experimentally compared to those of five other advanced DE variants using benchmark functions from IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation 2017. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieved the best performance among all variants for most benchmark functions.

GAN Network Solves The Problem of Image Segmentation Across Data GAN网络解决了跨数据的图像分割问题

Since FCN [1] added deep neural network to image segmentation technology, the image segmentation effect has been significantly improved in recent years. For example, the VOC2012 data set has been improved from 40% to more than 80%, and the effect has doubled. . However, the improvement of the effect is only for the training set and the verification set of the same data set. When the crossdata set is verified, the accuracy rate will drop sharply. In response to this problem, we propose to apply the CycleGAN [2] network to image segmentation to learn the style features between different datasets. It turns out that the processing can improve the effect of image segmentation between different datasets.

Analysis of taxi track data based on spark platform 基于spark平台的出租车轨道数据分析

How to analyze a large amount of traffic data, improve the level of urban traffic management, and discover the travel rules of urban residents from complex data, and rationally dispatch vehicles. Combined with the trajectory data of the yellow and green taxis in New York City, the traffic data is processed based on the Spark distributed data processing platform, and the K-means clustering algorithm is used to analyze the passengers' access points. The visualization of taxi passenger travel characteristics based on the platform is given, including the impact of rental car passengers, the distribution of urban residents' travel time and the distribution of taxi area speed. The gradient lifting algorithm is used to predict the importance of each feature of the training set, so as to rationally dispatch the vehicle.
