工程共同体“多手问题”及其伦理超越 工程共同体“多手问题”及其伦理超越

“多手问题”指的是一个集体对某事负道德责任, 而集体中无个体对此事负责任的道德责任分配难题。在涉及众多行动者的工程共同体集体行动中, 很难进行道德责任分配, 从而引发“多手问题”。究其成因主要在于工程共同体(组织)道德责任的还原困境与工程共同体中个体行动者(个体)的追责困境两个方面。“作为德性的责任”体现了从追责于人的外在视角到担责于己的内在视角转换, 个体与工程共同体对“作为德性的责任”的主动承担可以在一定程度上避免“多手问题”, 从而超越工程共同体道德责任分配的困境。
