Objective: To study the effect and safety of manipulation combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of elbow joint adhesion after fracture. Methods: In this study, patients with elbow joint adhesion after fracture were taken as the research object. 200 cases were admitted from March 2018 to March 2019. According to the principle of random drawing and grouping, they were divided into observation group 100 cases and control group 100 cases, respectively Manipulation combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and conventional treatment methods were used to analyze and compare the indicators of the two groups. Results: The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of elbow joint adhesion patients after fracture with manipulation combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction has achieved significant results.

The freestyle skiing Aerials are very stimulating, beautiful and high-tech in sports, which good value for viewing. Therefore, there is a relatively high risk in sports also, and the injury probability in sports of athletes is much higher than that in others. By a variety of investigations and studies, it’s found that athletes' injuries are multiple, and most of the injuries are concentrated in the waist, knee, shoulder, ankle and other parts. The author made a detailed analysis on China's freestyle skiing athletes injury situation in this paper. It is hoped that the paper’s summary and analysis can provide better methods and suggestions to prevent sports injuries China’s freestyle skiing, and effectively reduce the occurrence of injury during exercise, aiming at the injured athletes in sports to set up a healthy body rehabilitation system, it is helpful to promote the higher and farther development of my country's freestyle skiing aerials.

Objective: To explore the effect and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis after fracture. Methods: A total of 76 patients with deep vein thrombosis after fracture were selected as the research object, and the enrollment period was from June 2018 to December 2019. Patients in the reference group were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group. Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. The curative effect, adverse reactions and inflammatory factor levels after treatment of patients with deep vein thrombosis after fracture were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment for patients with deep vein thrombosis after fracture in the study group was 100.00% higher than that of the reference group 86.84%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.63% lower than that of the reference group 18.42%. Inflammatory factors (IL-6, TNF-α, CRP) The level was lower than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The development of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder for the treatment of deep vein thrombosis after fracture can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and medication safety, and improve the level of inflammatory factors.

in recent years, with the continuous development of China's social economy, the change of people's lifestyle and cultural level, the cognitive level of the disease is also constantly improving. For most patients with skin diseases, due to the long-term and repetitive characteristics of their own diseases, it is relatively difficult during the actual treatment period, which leads to the patients are prone to anxiety, panic etc. Poor psychological emotions such as helplessness seriously affect the rehabilitation process. Based on this, this study carried out around patients with skin diseases, aiming to analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention measures, hoping to provide reference for relevant practitioners.

Objective: To study the prevention and control measures of blood-borne diseases in laboratory, so as to improve the safety of patients and medical staff and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods: To carry out strict safety prevention work for infectious diseases patients who received blood test in our hospital, including 7 cases of syphilis, 13 cases of hepatitis C, 23 cases of hepatitis B virus, 33 cases of hepatitis B, a total of 76 cases of blood-borne diseases patients, close observation and detailed analysis of the prevention and control effect. Results: After medical prevention and disease control was carried out by the laboratory department, the disease in the laboratory department of our hospital achieved good prevention and control effect, no nosocomial infection occurred during the prevention process, and the effective rate of blood-borne disease prevention was up to 100.00%. Conclusion: Strictly implementing the prevention and control measures of blood-borne diseases in the laboratory can effectively control the occurrence of blood-borne diseases and ensure the safety and health of patients and medical staff to the maximum extent.

Under the background of the network of urban agglomeration, the population migration flow and traffic flow network with the central metropolis as the core gradually form in the urban agglomeration. The occurrence of major public health events (such as the spread of new coronavirus) is closely related to the distribution of traffic flow and population migration flow in urban agglomerations. The spread and transmission of the virus and the risk level of urban epidemic are affected by the former. Therefore, this paper analyzes the epidemic characteristics of new coronavirus in Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration from the perspective of traffic flow and population migration flow, and puts forward some joint prevention and control suggestions from the perspective of urban agglomeration, so as to improve the ability and level of urban agglomeration to cope with major public health emergencies.

To study the antioxidant effect of Genipin (Gen), an extract from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, on human Retinal Pigment Epithelium (RPE) cells injured by high glucose.RPE cell injury model was established invitro under high concentration of glucose (50 mmol / L), and the cells were cultured and detected in groups. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured by WST-1 method and enzyme labeling method, the content of catalase (CAT) was detected by microplate method, and the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by fluorescence probe DCF.the content of MDA in the high glucose group (HG) was significantly lower than that in the Genipin plus high glucose group (HG + GEN) (P < 0.05), the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, the contents of CAT and GPX were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the level of ROS detected by DCF fluorescence probe was decreased (P < 0.05).Genipin has protective effect on RPE cells damaged by high concentration glucose.
