研究高岭土煅烧制备偏高岭土机理及其结构差异,提出经柠檬酸改性高岭土制备高活性偏高岭土,改变了高岭土结构中的桥氧的介稳状态,增加了结构中Al的溶出率,能有效降低其煅烧温度,获得活性及微观形貌更好的偏高岭土。 By studying the activation mechanism, we found that the activation of kaolin by citric acid would change the state of bridged oxygen and increase the dissolution rate of Al in the structure. As a result, it would significantly lower the formation temperature of metakaolin and obtain the product with better micromorphology.
