This study is based on the lack of use of android-based learning media that impact on the way some schools view in responding to smartphone usage by students, the school considered that the use of smartphones in the school environment can negatively impact the learning process so prohibit the use of smartphones by students in the school environment. The results showed that: (1) Android-based learning media for digital simulation subjects principal subject of this numerical processing software successfully developed (2) Application of this Android-based learning media received good response from students (3) 4.65 average with the category of "very good"; the results of the assessment of media experts get an average score of 4.56 with the category of "very good"; and the results of field implementation test on 32 students get the average score of 4.51 with the category "very good". Thus, the Android-based learning media for digital simulation subjects the subject matter of numerical processing software. developed are considered appropriate to be used as learning media. The development of information technology today is very advanced. One example of the development of information technology is the implementation of a data warehouse. The data warehouse is a reacting database that can be used for query and analysis, object-oriented, integrated, time-variant, unchanging that is used to help decision makers. The eM-Tilang application system that is managed by the police requires the implementation of a data warehouse in order to improve community control on the highway and reduce traffic violations. the implementation of the data warehouse in the eM-Tilang system certainly requires supporting technologies such as data mining, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), OLTP (Online Transaction Processing), ETL (Extract Transform Loading) / ELT (Extraxt Loading Transform), especially Cloud Computing IAAS (As A Services infrastructure). The implementation of the data warehouse is expected to assist the police in making informed decisions in order to improve public order on the highway and reduce traffic violations. Bandar Lampung adalah kota dengan jumlah rumah sakit sebanyak 16 unit dan puskesmas sebanyak 30 unit. Pada kenyataannya kondisi sistem informasi tentang fasilitas kesehatan khususnya di kota Bandar Lampung belum dapat diakses oleh masyarakat umum secara cepat, tepat dan akurat, hal ini disebabkan belum adanya sistem informasi tentang fasilitas kesehatan yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung yang terinventarisasi dalam sebuah sistem informasi online yang berbasis spasial, data-data pemetaan fasilitas kesehatan tersebut masih berbentuk manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, perancangan sistem informasi geografis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Unified Software Development Process (USDP) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu tahap Perancanaan (Planning), Analisis (Analysis), Perancangan (Desaign), dan tahap Implementasi (Implementation). Website Sistem Informasi Geografis Fasilitas Kesehatan di kota Bandar Lampung dapat membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk menemukan lokasi dan informasi terkait rumah sakit dan puskesmas yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung dengan menampilkan data spasial dan data non spasial dari rumah sakit dan puskesmas. Licensing is legality granting to the particular person or company, whether it’s granted in Licensed or Business Registration Certificate. License could be interpreted as dispensation or exemption from prohibition to established a particular business, therefore it could provide legal juristical, protecting from unfair competition which a commitment of obeying the law. Currently, Licensing is running conventionally, therefore on One-Stop Service office in Bandar Lampung is experiencing difficulties on licensing process, which are all documentation and licensing data are in Hardcopy files. The registrants should coming early and waiting in line, which causing a time waste. This system is designed to help providing an information of SIUP and SITU which based on website. This research is using waterfall method, with the stages are Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing. The results from this research is able to show the data of registrant, approval notice, rejection notice, and digital business registration certificate that could downloaded online. Executive Information System (EIS) merupakan sistem yang didirikan untuk memberikan informasi yang diperlukan oleh eksekutif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Teknologi informasi ini tidak hanya digunakan pada aktifitas bisnis saja, tetapi dapat membantu seorang eksekutif dalam mendapatkan gambaran ringkas yang akurat terhadap organisasi. Pengembangan Executive Information System digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pengendalian dan pengawasan di Bagian Rumah Tangga Biro Umum Pemda Provinsi Lampung terhadap pengeluaran belanja pemeliharaan kendaraan dinas pemerintah. Sistem ini mengurangi terjadinya penumpukan dan redudansi data, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya indikasi korupsi, serta memudahkan executive dalam melakukan verifikasi data pemeliharaan kendaraan dengan tingkat kewajaran dan rasionalitas dengan jumlah pengajuan anggaran. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah EIS mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, implementasi, test perangkat lunak, dokumentasi, deployment dan pemeliharaan. Sehingga EIS dapat mengendalikan dan memberikan pengawasan terhadap manipulasi data pemeliharaan kendaraan yang mewujudkan clean goverment dan good goverment.

The purpose of this research is to process the data of receipt of goods at PT Transmart Central Park, analyze the existing database in the information system of receipt of goods to get the necessary information and design the data warehouse to integrate the existing data so that obtained information to take a decision. Business Intelligence (BI) is one of information technology that can be solution to collect, store and analyze company data. Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) consists of a set of tools in use to help the process of analysis and comparison of data in the database. OLAP tools and methods help users analyze data in a data warehouse by providing a variety of dynamic graphical display data. The data warehouse design method is implemented by applying the 9 steps (Nine-Step Methodology) used by Ralph Kimball in designing the star scheme. The results achieved are data warehouse that provides the desired information and provide summary information in the form of tables and charts, can be compared between the purchase order data with receiving report is global, relevant, and integrated that can be seen from various points of view so useful for the leaders to make a decision.Keywords : Bussinesn Intelligent,Datawarehouse,OlapNine-Step Methodology

Abstract Based on the data of rice crops from BPS-Statistics of Bekasi Regency in the field of Food Crops, there are several sub-districts in Bekasi Regency with varying rice yields. Therefore, it is necessary to group the sub-districts with the highest potential of rice producers. Therefore, a method is needed to facilitate the classification of paddy producing districts. By Fuzzy C-Means clustering method, the division of rice-producing sub-districts can be done based on the area of rice harvest (Ha) and rice production (ton). In this research, clustering of potential sub-districts using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is aimed at facilitating the grouping of a sub-district with the largest and low rice yields. Deliberation planning development (Musrenbang) district or city is a deliberation of stakeholders at the district / municipal level to finalize the draft regional government work plan (RKPD) district or city. The regency Musrenbang organizer is the district or city Bappeda. Beginning with the establishment of the Musrenbang Observer Team (Kepanitiaan) by the Head of the District / Municipal Bappeda by involving all the heads of the field in Bappeda. The purpose of this research is to build Information System Musrenbang Development Planning (Musrenbang) Pati District which is used for the management of development planning by Bappeda and the Working Unit. System development method used is System Development Life Cycle. The design of information systems using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) used to describe information systems development planning consultation (Musrenbang) district at the regional development planning agency (bappeda) Pati district. The regency Musrenbang organizer is the district or city Bappeda. Beginning with the establishment of the Musrenbang Observer Team (Kepanitiaan) by the Head of the District / Municipal Bappeda by involving all the heads of the field in Bappeda. The purpose of this research is to build Information System Musrenbang Development Planning (Musrenbang) Pati District which is used for the management of development planning by Bappeda and the Working Unit. System development method used is System Development Life Cycle. The design of information systems using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) used to describe information systems development planning consultation (Musrenbang) district at the regional development planning agency (bappeda) Pati district.
