Development of photoelectrochemical methods for the detection of calprotectin based on nanocomposites prepared by one-step method 一步法制备纳米复合材料光电化学检测钙保护蛋白方法的研究

Gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)-sensitized tin dioxide(SnO2) semiconductor not only broadens the visible light absorption range of the material,but also easily forms a Schottky barrier at the heterogeneous interface,which effectively promotes the separation of photogenerated e-/h+ and improves the sensitivity of the sensor. This work explored the one-step synthesis method to prepare SnO2@Au NPs heterogeneous materials,which have high photoelectric conversion efficiency and show better photoelectric properties. Based on the uniformity and firmness of this nanocomposite,the recognition layer can be modified on its surface to construct a“sandwich”biosensor with a sandwich structure to realize the specific photoelectric determination of calprotectin(CP). The linear range is 0.01-20.00 μg·mL-1,the detection limit is as low as 3.2 ng·mL-1,and the specificity is good and stable. In addition,the sensor has also been successfully used to detect CP in actual blood samples and obtained a good recovery rate,which could realize rapid and non-invasive detection of CP.
金纳米粒子(Au NPs)敏化二氧化锡(SnO2)半导体不仅拓宽了材料的可见光吸收范围,而且容易在非均相界面处形成肖特基势垒,有效促进光生e-/h+的分离,提高了传感器的灵敏度。本工作探索了一步合成方法制备SnO2@Au NPs非均相材料,该材料具有较高的光电转换效率和较好的光电性能。基于该纳米复合材料的均匀性和坚固性,可以在其表面修饰识别层,构建具有三明治结构的“三明治”型生物传感器,实现钙保护蛋白(CP)的特异光电测定。线性范围为0.01 ~ 20.00 μg·mL-1,检出限低至3.2 ng·mL-1,特异性好且稳定。此外,该传感器还成功用于实际血液样本中CP的检测,并获得了良好的回收率,可实现对CP的快速、无创检测。

Boundary feedback stabilization for a class of distributed-order fractional reaction diffusion systems 一类分布阶分数反应扩散系统的边界反馈镇定

In this paper, the problem of boundary feedback stabilization for a class of distributed-order fractional reaction diffusion systems is studied. Firstly, the stability of the target system is analyzed. By using the backstepping method, the explicit kernel matrix function is obtained, and a new state feedback controller is designed to stabilize the original system. Then we consider two kinds of output measurements, that is, the non-collocated output and the collocated output. In the two cases, the corresponding observers and output feedback controllers are designed, respectively, to achieve the asymptotical stability of the studied system.
研究了一类分布阶分数阶反应扩散系统的边界反馈镇定问题。首先,分析了目标系统的稳定性。采用反推法得到显式核矩阵函数,并设计了一种新的状态反馈控制器来稳定原系统。然后,我们考虑了两种输出度量,即非并置输出和并置输出。在这两种情况下,分别设计了相应的观测器和输出反馈控制器,以实现所研究系统的渐近稳定。
