We give sufficient conditions for polynomials of special forms to be permutation polynomials over finite field. More specifically, we construct several explicit classes of permutation polynomials from these forms over finite fields. We also present from these polynomials a new family of complete permutation polynomials.

Theoretical model of the ions formation in a liquid dielectric and flows caused by high electric field is proposed. The three-dimensional system of macroscopic pre-breakdown electro-hydrodynamic equations is written. The influence of electric field on the molecule dissociation rate is taken into account. The system includes the Poison equation for electric field potential, equation of ion formation and the Navier–Stokes equations with the electric force. Author’s steady analytical electrodynamic solution of these equations for the electric field distribution and potential of spherical high voltage capacitor with liquid transformer oil type dielectric is described. Analytical non-stationary and numerical steady solutions for velocity distributions in liquid dielectric flows are obtained.

The paper contains a further concretization of the variational approach to the theory of systems of conservation laws described in the earlier author’s work. This approach involves the development of methods for proving the existence and uniqueness theorems for generalized solutions that are based on the search for critical points of functionals in Banach spaces. A new definition of the generalized solution is proposed and its equivalence to the traditional one for the functions of a simple structure is proved. A new strategy for proving existence and uniqueness theorems is proposed. A number of illustrative theorems outlining the implementation of this strategy are proved.

In this paper, we study the existence of solutions for a new tripled system of hybrid differential equations with nonlocal integro multi point boundary conditions by using the φ-Caputo derivatives. The presented results are obtained by using hybrid fixed point theorems for three Dhage operators. An illustrative example is presented for the applicability of the theoretical results.

In this paper we introduce the notion of pair of weakly chain separated sets in a topological space. If two sets are chain separated in the topological space, then they are weakly chain separated in the same space. We give an example of weakly chain separated sets in a topological space that are not chain separated in the space. Then we study the properties of these sets. Also we mention the criteria for two kind of topological spaces by using the notion of chain. The topological space is totally separated if and only if any two different singletons (unit subsets) are weakly chain separated in the space, and it is the discrete if and only if any pair of different nonempty subsets are chain separated. Moreover we give a criterion for chain connected set in a topological space by using the notion of weakly chain separateness. This criterion seems to be better than the criterion of chain connectedness by using the notion of pair of chain separated sets. Then we prove the properties of chain connected, and as a consequence of connected sets in a topological space by using the notion of weakly chain separateness.
