Twenty years back, machines were basic, and work in industries was, generally, manual in nature. Machines were intended to be physically controlled. Today, if individuals search for around them will discover numerous things have the control frameworks, which are important to compose the perplexing gadgets. The control framework is of essential significance for gadgets and machines in processing plants, airplane, vehicles, and even in some home gadgets. Today, it is hard for individuals to evade the utilization of control frameworks in the work place. Without mechanized control frameworks, industrial facilities face numerous issues, which would somehow or another be extremely elusive an answer for. Keeping this in mind, The study is an attempt to understand the concept of PLC and its different modes of communication viz-a-viz wired and wireless. Wired communication includes RS485 and Profinet mode, while in Wireless communication IWLAN is used. At present, wired communication is used by MANY MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES. Wired communication is expensive and space consuming, so the industries should plan to divert themselves into wireless communication to meet the requirements of technological advancement as well as to embark into INDUSTRY 4.0.

In this research work, we have used an effective methodology to obtain formulas for calculating the total work done and consequently the average work done and the power of the transformation by elements of finite order-preserving injective partial transformation semigroup. The generalized formulas was applied to obtain the numerical solutions and results tabulated. We equally plot graphs to illustrate the nature of the total work done and the average work done by elements of the finite order-preserving partial transformation semigroup. Results obtained showed that moving the elements from domain to co-domain involve allot of work to be done on a numerical scale

This research provides an analysis about the need to implement innovative alignment techniques and to diversify the methods to carry it out, if there is outdated equipment, misalignment becomes more recurrent and this causes the equipment to present failures as high vibration, high temperature, product leaks, excessive energy consumption and wear of some equipment components. In turn, this text exposes the methodologies of alignment of axes by straight edge, dial indicator, and by laser alignment, and makes a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages between these three methods to conclude which of them brings greater benefits to the industry today.

This study aimed to determine the effect of council knowledge on budgets, accountability, and transparency on the performance of DPRD members in the DPRD Nabire and Dogiyai Regencies. Besides, this study also examines regional financial supervision as a moderating variable in the research model. The design of this research is survey research. The research data required is primary data in the form of the respondent's (subject) perception. Collecting data using direct surveys and the instrument used is a questionnaire. This study's data analysis technique was PLS (Partial Least Square), which carry out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the council's knowledge of the budget, accountability, and transparency has a positive and significant effect on DPRD members' performance. Meanwhile, other results indicate that regional financial supervision cannot moderate the effect of council knowledge on budgets, accountability, and transparency on DPRD members' performance.

- This study entitled Women's Faces Against Patriarchal Domination, a further study of the film Marlina The Murderer in Four Acts using Algirdar Greimas' narrative semiotics theory. The research will find out the actant model and functional model to see the plots, characters and hidden aim inside the text. The research also sees Richard Krevolin's Scene-o-gram model to sharpen the plot and characters in the film. The results of the study show that the six actants in the Greimas model are mentioned as subject, object, sender and recipient showed the meaning of the struggle against patriarchal domination that occurs throughout the story with violence and emotion as the main traitors and female characters who are the helpers of the main characters in achieving their desires. Meanwhile, a conflict-filled storyline can be read in a functional scheme that tells the beginning, the transformation that contains conflict until the final situation as the end of the story in the film. From the semiotic square, it can be found that the inner structure which is the main theme in this film is about masculine versus feminine as a simple movement of feminism to fight the gap among gender and ethical versus indelicate as a reflection of eastern Indonesian culture

Removal of fly ash (FA) coming about because of the burning of coal-terminated electric fire stations and nuclear power plants is one of the major natural difficulties. This test keeps on expanding with expanding the measure of FA and diminishing the limit of landfill space. Consequently, considers have been done to re-utilize high-volumes of fly ash (HVFA) as concrete substitution in development materials. This paper presents a diagram of the past investigations did on the utilization of high volume FA as a fractional substitution of concrete in customary solid blends dependent on Portland concrete (PC). Crisp properties, mechanical properties, warm properties and electrical resistivity of solid blends containing HVFA as concrete substitution have been surveyed additionally depicts the an outline of the past investigations on various kinds of cement presented to changing raised temperature and their quality properties over the temperature introduction are assessed.

The research is conducted on the people serving IT Support and Development in various Sectors by filling an online questionnaire and interpreting the data collected by analysing demographically to find out opinion and thoughts about the disruption and ranking them and statistically by finding the associations between factors like reliability and the location of Data Center, Organization Culture and Disruption and between Security and Compliances and Regulatory. The research concluded that the Cloud Computing has brought Disruption in IT service Industry and population agrees to the statement but not strongly agree to it and Disruption will happen whether management supports the Innovation or Understands or not, it is the need of the hour. The main point of criticism for Cloud is concerns about security and privacy of Data which can be resolved with various compliances and Localization of Data Centers

Concrete is a composite construction material plays a vital role in the construction of the nation’s infrastructure. The failure of the structure are mainly due to the failure of the concrete in beam, column joints. In recent days more technical researches are going on to avoid the beam-column joints failure. In this experiment we add the aramid fiber to check the behavior of beamcolumn joints and externally wrapped with aramid fiber was test to failure. Using an arrangement which transfer horizontal moment to the joints of the beam-column through two opposite cantilever moment arms.Aramid fiber is a class of synthetic fibers and heat resistant. They are fibers in which the strength of the chemical bond can be exploited due to the reason the chain molecules are highly oriented along the fiber axis. The experimental work consist of casting RC beam-column joints in controlled beam-column joints, design for torsion beamcolumn joints, and fully wrapped with aramid fiber beamcolumn joints each 3 specimen and curing this specimen for 7,14,28 days and testing this test specimen under “Loading Frame”.

Learning has tremendously taken place, and consideration in all academic institutions, for it stipulates knowledge, behavior, skills, values, or preferences and may involve analyzing different types of information. In particular, flexible learning provides learners with privilege and choices about where, when, and how learning occurs. In this time of the pandemic, the quality of education must be given prioritization; its transfer must always be given importance despite the barriers and hindrances. With this, flexible learning has shown us a broad-brimmed view that it will relieve the current academic situation. Hence, the ultimate objective of this study was to evaluate whether flexible learning helps to promote the continuous delivery of education or not in teaching the course GE-MMW (Mathematics in the Modern World) in BSBA(Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) students of Surigao Del Sur State University, Tandag City, Philippines. The researcher used an interview method and prepared a flexible learning schedule as part of the data collection process. The researcher then gathered all the information and provided a thorough analysis. The results then show that the engagement of flexible learning as a new learning design helps in the teaching and learning process.
