INVENTORY AND UTILIZATION OF MACROFUNGI SPECIES FOR FOOD IN CIKARTAWANA INNER BADUY BANTEN 内河流域食用大型真菌种类的调查与利用

This research aimed to conduct inventory in macrofungi and the utilization for food in Cikartawana hamlet, Inner Baduy, Banten. The method that was used in this research was the explorative method with descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed a total 52 species of Macrofungi that belonged to 23 family have been identified and among those species about 12 species were edible and consumed by Inner Baduy people in Cikartawana hamlet. The macrofungi grew in different type of substrate: soils, on decaying organic matter, wooden stumps and living tree trunk collected from different habitat from surrounding environment. Inner Baduy people used edible macrofungi either fresh or dried in elaborated stew such as soup, steamed or stir fried. This study provides the information regarding the number of macrofungi species for harnessing the it potential and conserve the biodiversity and ecosystems.

Aplikasi PCR ( Polymerase Chain Reaction ) dewasa ini telah berkembang cukup pesat yang semula fungsinya hanya untuk perbanyakan fragmen DNA saja. PCR telah digunakan dalam dunia kedokteran sebagai pendeteksi suatu penyakit seperti kanker. Metode deteksi berbasis perbanyakan asam nukleat ini walaupun sudah diklaim memiliki tingkat akurasi deteksi yang cukup tinggi namun eror masih sering dijumpai pada banyak metode deteksi PCR bahkan pada sistem berbasis high-troughput sekalipun . Hal ini menyebabkan data yang didapatkan kurang begitu dipercaya kebenarannya sehingga berdampak sangat signifikan pada kualitas penanganan pasien oleh dokter. Untuk itu, mengetahui penyebab eror PCR dan langkah-langkah eliminasinya menjadi tahapan penting dalam pengembangan metode deteksi molekuler berbasis PCR ini. Pada mini review ini dijelaskan faktor-faktor penyebab timbulnya eror PCR, jenis eror PCR, strategi untuk menghilangkan eror PCR serta implikasi eror PCR pada akurasi deteksi molekuler kanker.

EKSPLORASI MIKROALGA DI SUNGAI MESAT KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU lubukling螨尔市MESAT河的微藻类勘探

The Mesat River is one of the rivers that cross the City of Lubuklinggau. Community activities around the river Mesat less maintain the river can disrupt the river ecosystem Mesat itself. The purpose of this study is to explore the microalgae in the Mesat River Lubuklinggau City. This research uses survey method, carried out on three stations with three repetitions in the waters of the Mesat River Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II Lubuklinggau Town and identified in the Biology Laboratory STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the study found microalgae in the Mesat River of Lubuklinggau City consisting of 4 Divisions, 6 Classes, 15 Orders, 19 Famili, 27 Genus and 32 Species. Mesi Abiotik Factor Measurement Results: mean temperature value 250C, average PH value 7.2, average brightness value 18.2 cm and Average Dissolved Oxygen Value 4.64 mg/L. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the type of microalgae found in the Mesat River consists of: Ankistrodesmus sp, Micrasterias radiata , Coelastrum sp, Zygnema sp, Chroococus sp, Xanthidium sp, Dictyosphaerium sp, Chlamydomonas sp, Carteria sp, Lyngbya sp, Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum , Cylotella sp, Surirella elegans , Spyrogira sp, Eunothia sp, Gonatozygon sp Chlorella sp, Oscillatoria limosa , Oscillatoria sp, Tabellaria sp, Pediastrum singulex , Pediastrum duplex , Closterium sp, Cosmarium sp, Mougeotia sp, Phacus triqueter , Phacus lomgicauda , Euglena viridis , Euglena mutabilis , Scenedesmus sp, Scenedesmus acuminatus , and Scenedesmus opaliensis .
