Bioethics in the context of university management is a new way to understand organizational systems aimed at generating new knowledge and training integral professionals capable of establishing harmonious relationships with nature. The purpose of this research is to describe bioethics as a new way of managing universities. Research is inserted in the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach and the phenomenological method as a logic of action. The theoretical foundation of bioethics focuses on the thinking of Maldonado (1999), García (2010), among others and on Arnoletto (2014) at the management level. The results indicate that bioethics in university management is a managerial activity based on respect for the human condition, under a framework of values; is to do the job in the best way, with a critical attitude and recognizing the effort to achieve the purposes of the organization. Finally, it is concluded that managerial bioethics is science and art represented in values that are based on human essence and in spaces of action aimed at the search for the quality of life of the social actors of the organization, favoring the integration of the individual with the environment and its subsistence, helping to preserve the organizational, family and social environment; This bioethical essence translates into a harmonious and perfect balance of body, mind and spirit. A bioethical management in the university context, whose action involves combining theory and practice using knowledge in daily practice, as well as responding to the demands of an uncertain and emergency-laden environment

The research aims to analyze the economic impact of technological innovation in the payment of basic services in the Metropolitan District of Quito (DMQ), by conducting a descriptive exploratory study, which uses the questionnaire to obtain information as an instrument primary on the form of payment of drinking water, electricity, telephony, and the Internet by random sampling; allowing the statistical analysis in the SPSS program to estimate in dollars the level of family spending in the payment of basic services at the window that considers transportation for mobilization and waiting time, as well as it has been possible to estimate the level of saving of families that Make these payments online, with mobile applications or through direct debit of accounts or credit cards. The research presents its practical implications by demonstrating the need to stimulate the population the use of alternative means of payment of basic services that positively affect the economy of households as a result of the decrease in mobilization, waiting time, and transportation used in window payments; Likewise, it contributes to science by demonstrating the need for more complex studies that show innovation from an analysis of the environments where they are applied, characterizing their users.

The interpretive study presented is intended to analyze the roots of the disagreement about the coherence of the intercultural approach to health between rhetoric, of the institutions responsible for providing health care (Ministry of Public Health) and the reality of the medical training curriculum in the Ecuadorian university, situation linked to the historical perpetuation of an inequality profile in the access to health care of minority ethnic groups and subordinate cultures (“the others”) in the country. Methodologically this research is oriented under the qualitative paradigm of documentary character with interpretative analysis of a universe of documents directly related to the subject analyzed. The findings indicate that there is a gap between the guidelines addressed by the Ministry of Health and the reality of the curricular practice taught in the medical faculties in the country, as well as the treatment given to the ethnic population receiving the health service. In conclusion, it is highlighted that by contributing to the generation of an institutional proposal for the intercultural training in health of students of health sciences, elements of sustainability would be contributed to the process of inclusion and demand of the right to health of the populations diverse. Likewise, the reconciliation of perspectives is proposed through the “ecology of knowledge”, based on the theoretical conceptions of the Epistemologies of the South.
