This study organize the concept of sustainable development by compiling New-urbanism, sustainable urban regeneration and theory of development. And the framework of analysis about the planning characteristics of New Urbanistic Waterfront and urban development was derived by compiling theory of Waterfront and Waterfront city and considering prior study.
