Indonesia has always been a country known for its rich resources and large population, but the capacity of the nation is sometimes called into question due to the lack of human welfare, underdeveloped infrastructure and the need for environmental management. First, this article provides an overview of sustainable development. Second, this paper looks at the concept of poverty problems that have been solved or reduced by tourism, the digital economy and the creative economy and their consequences for sustainable development. Third, examples of efforts that have been implemented, successful or not. Fourth, this paper discusses the policy implications of this phenomenon for sustainable development. This paper ends with some of the main issues and possible solutions needed to achieve sustainable development in Indonesia.

Football is a very popular sport in the world and even in Indonesia. The population of Indonesia, which is around 365 million, prefers This soccer sport compared to other sports. With such a large potential resource many are interested in making football a media or intermediary for various Messages and information, ranging from its role as a business medium to a political medium. Method This writing research is normative empirical, which is legal research on the application or implementation of normative legal provisions in action in every legal event certain that occurs in society. The main motive related to the setting of scores is money. Gambling syndicates with big capital dare to make a scenario related to the result of a match because They have a lot of money to play at many points. But it must be understood that as long as it does not meet certain elements that are regulated in a criminal manner The score cannot be included in the crime/criminal category but still injures Fair play. Three elements of the legal system, theory from Lawrence M. Friedman is a factor that affects law enforcement, namely the structural component, substance component, and Culture component or legal culture. Law enforcers must be proactive in doing law enforcement of match-fixing because in essence the score arrangement or Bribery in the Speak Ball match is a general offense.

Government Regulation No. 109/2012 contains provisions that every region must have a KTR regional regulation, as well as Article 115 paragraph (2) of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health states that Regional Governments are required to establish smoke-free areas in their territories. Based on data from the Ministry of Health until now, there are already 418 regions or around 67% that have KTR regulations, to follow up on policies issued by the government, the Surakarta City Government issued Regional Regulation No. The results of the study show that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2019 concerning KTR in the Jebres Surakarta Smart Park is not good enough or not optimal enough. This is because there are still deficiencies such as a lack of communication in the form of direct socialization and the results of the policy cannot be said to be directly proportional to the objectives of the policy where there is a lack of a sense of firmness from the executors in reprimanding and there is still a weak awareness in society that is not optimal.

Law as a social controlling agent plays an active role as something capable of determining human behavior that deviates from legal rules. So that the law can provide sanctions for violators. Humans themselves as legal subjects in social relations are also inseparable from the natural nature of humans who are also capable of making mistakes, both of which ultimately harm themselves or others. Therefore law as a social controlling agent in terms of legal sociology theory has an important role in people's lives. In order to achieve justice, legal certainty, order in people's lives, the law must be upheld. The concept of law enforcement is inseparable from the purpose of law which wants to form a younger and prosperous society.
