Educational informatization is the internal requirement of constructing a modern education system, forming a learning society, promoting scientific and technological innovation, and promoting social harmony. Accelerating educational informatization is a strategic choice to promote the reform and development of China's education. The new media, represented by Internet plus, as the new driving force of educational informatization, provides the condition guarantee for the deep integration of information technology and education, and puts forward new requirements for the goal of personnel training, providing a means support for the realization of new learning methods, and providing technical support for the construction of modern learning environment. Research on Ideological and Political Education of College Students from the Perspective ofSystem Theory 系统论视角下的大学生思想政治教育研究

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that colege education should always focus on what kind of people to cultivate and for whom to develop. Especialy under the background of the new era, the state vigorously supports the cause of ideological education. It regards the establishment of morality as the top priority of ideological and political education in coleges and universities. The essence of accepting theory is system theory, and it has an internal agreement with the running system of ideological and political education of colege students. That is, it has the consistency of constituent elements and the similarity of operation process. In this paper, the operating process of the receiving system is divided into six stages: driving, regulating, guiding, selecting, performing, and processing and the factors are analyzed by combining it with the subject, object, ring, and interface.

Discussion on the Development Path of the“Bouyi Bayin”performance 论“布衣巴音”演出的发展路径

The "Bouyi Bayin" of Bouyi ethnic group in Guizhou province, also known as "Bayin seated singing", has already been a symbol of the Bouyi culture. During recent thirty years, the "Buyi Bayin" has gradually moved to the stage, and the "Buyi Bayin" performances on the stage have also seen a continuous change in such aspects as contents, languages, instruments, costumes and stage actions in the process of interaction with the audience. Did the performance form of Bouyi Bayin belong to Bouyi culture? Can it be recognized? How can we develop the classical Bouyi Bayin? We try to find a feasible way for this kind of stage performance, and we hope more experts will pay attention to it.

A Brief Theoretical View on PAD-based Instruction in English Language Learning Amongst Chinese College Students 论pad教学法在中国大学生英语学习中的应用

This article gives a brief theoretical view on the implementation of PAD-based instruction in Chinese college students爷English language learning. The article first introduces the situation of English language learning in the present China, especially the learning amongst Chinese college students. And then it informs the readers of the rise of PAD-based instruction, including the three phases of PAD-based instruction in English language learning. Finally, the article focuses on a theoretical view on PAD-based instruction, including the view of the social constructivist theory, the view of the collaborative learning theory and the view of the sociocultural theory. A brief theoretical view on PAD-based instruction in the article will help readers understand how the theories are fundamentally employed to carry out the procedures of PAD-based instruction in English language learning amongst Chinese college students.
