Utilization of Snapper Spinach Leaf Extract (Amaranthus Hybidrus L) in Peel-Off Gel Mask Preparation for Aging Face Skin Care 菠菜叶提取物在老化面部护肤剥脱面膜中的应用

The peel-off gel mask is a type of mask that is easy and practical to use. Besides that, it can also hydrate the skin well. Spinach contains chemicals that are good for skin health including vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, and flavonoids. The purpose is to determine the feasibility of peel-off gel masks with snapper spinach leaf extract in terms of laboratory tests (vitamin A, vitamin C, flavonoids, homogeneity, pH, drying time), organoleptic tests (color, aroma, stickiness, and texture), and hedonic test (favourability level). This type of research is an experiment with quantitative analysis. The independent variable is snapper spinach leaves. The dependent variable is the content of vitamin A, vitamin C, flavonoids, homogeneity, pH, and drying time contained in the peel-off gel mask. Data analysis techniques are observation and documentation. The formulations used are X1 (1%), X2 (3%), and X3 (5%). The results showed that in the peel-off gel mask of spinach leaf extract, there was 9568,0000 ppm (9.57%) of vitamin A, 0.088% vitamin C, (+) flavonoids, the X1 and X2 formulations were homogeneous, while the X3 formulation not homogeneous, pH 4.86, and average drying time of 20 minutes. The best formulation in terms of organoleptic and hedonic tests is X2 (3%) quite colorful (55.56%), quite flavourful (66.67%), sticky (66.67%), smooth (100%), likes (66,67%). Thus, the peel-off gel mask with snapper spinach leaf extract is suitable as an aging skin treatment.

Calculation of Cost Estimation Based on Building Information Modeling in Construction Projects 基于建筑信息模型的建筑工程造价估算计算

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is currently a concept that can include important information in planning. This study aims Kosmetika Global Helath Indonesia, Ejip Area, Cikarang. In this research, 3D modeling of steel structures was carried out based on shop drawing documents from the research location. Next, calculate the quantity take-off for the estimated cost of steel structure work using Autodesk Revit software. It can be concluded that using Auusingit software can optimize the 2D modeling process into the 3D form so that the quantity take-off calculations can be more detailed and accurate and reduce material waste. It also already supports BIM 5D to help calculate estimated costs. The results of calculating estimated costs using Autodesk Revit software are 3.45% smaller than conventional calculations. It is because conventional methods are calculated manually based on 2D images, which allow for differences due to lack of detail.

Time Series Analysis of Chromophoric Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM) at Perancak Estuary 槟榔河口显色性溶解有机质(CDOM)的时间序列分析

This study aimed at determaining the effect of sea tides on  changes of CDOM,  in-situ parameters and  nutrients on Perancak Estuary. The subject of  this study was estuary water collected from Estuary Perancak and filtered using GF/F 0.7 μm with help of injection. The objects of this study were CDOM absorbance, nutrients concentration and parameters in-situ. Sampel collected every 1 hour  once for 25 hours, were measured in-situ parameters. Filtered estuary water was placed into sample bottles and placed in a box  was kept away from light. Absorbance and nutrients concentration were measured  using  UV-1800 Shimadzu UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. Absorbance spectral slope (S) and  E2:E3 were calculated from the absorbance. Result shows that S275-295 and E2:E3 had  a negative correlation  with water level, while SR did not show any positive and negative correlation  with water level.  In addition most of  in-situ  parameters show a positive correlation with  water level and some of nutrients show a negative correlation with water level.

Feasibility of Traditional Red Dragon Fruit Skin Mask (Hylocereus polyrhizus) for Dry Facial Skin Care 传统红龙果面膜用于面部干性皮肤护理的可行性

Dry skin is one of the problematic skins that causes a lack of self-confidence, dry skin is caused by exposure to direct sunlight and low water content in the skin. Dry skin can be prevented with care from the outside and from the inside. Traditional masks are cosmetics that function to increase blood circulation to the skin and provide moisture to the skin. Red dragon fruit peel has benefits in providing moisture and contains antioxidants that are good for the skin and are not widely known to the public. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of traditional red dragon fruit peel masks for dry facial skin care in terms of chemical content, texture, aroma, adhesion, and panellist preferences. This research is experimental research with a quantitative description design. The research instruments are laboratory tests, organoleptic tests, and hedonic tests. Collecting data using the method of documentation and questionnaires compiled with a Likert scale. Descriptive data analysis percentage to determine the feasibility of traditional red dragon fruit peel masks seen from the texture, aroma, stickiness, and preference of the panellists. The results of the laboratory test showed that the content of vitamin A was 1.95 gr/100 gr and Vitamin C was 0.66 gr/100 gr. The results of the organoleptic test were 71,42% fine textured, 42.85% had a very distinctive aroma of red dragon fruit peel, 42.85% was sticky, and 57.14% was favoured by the panellists.

The Effect of Using a Traditional Mask of Moringa Leaves for Dry Facial Skin Care 传统辣木叶面膜对干性面部皮肤的护理效果

Dry facial skin can be caused by several factors including age, sun exposure, weather, genetics, skin structure, diet, environmental factors, and skin diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using traditional Moringa leaf masks for dry facial skin care. This type of research is experimental research with quasi-experimental methods. The research sample consisted of 6 samples using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (ANOVA), followed by the Duncan test. Analysis of normality and homogeneity of the data is used to test prerequisite analysis before testing the hypothesis. The results showed that in the control group (X0) without the use of traditional moringa leaf masks, there was no change in the level of skin moisture and the level of smoothness of facial skin texture. In the experimental group X1 and X2 using a traditional leaf mask showed a significant change in the level of moisture and smoothness of facial skin texture. There are differences in the effect of treating dry faces on women aged 35-45 years using traditional masks from Moringa leaves in three different treatments for indicators of moisture and facial skin texture with a significance of 0.016 <0.050.

Information Systems/Information Technology Strategic Planning Using the Open Group Architecture Framework Development Method 使用开放组架构框架开发方法的信息系统/信息技术战略规划

CV. Suien Insan Persada is a wood processing company whose production uses logs as the starting material. The wood is then processed into wood sheets for furniture manufacturing companies and shipped overseas. This wood industry is located in Kab. Boyolali, Central Java. CV. Suien Insan Persada has not used adequate information technology. Data processing carried out by the production department produces manual reports that are given and managed directly by the administration section. This method makes filing more difficult to manage because manual reports in the form of writing on paper are easily damaged, and there is a risk of data being lost. The problems that occur in CV. Suien Insan Persada needs a solution to make CV easier. Suien Insan Persada in making a report to resolve the above problems. The solution to overcome the problem is utilizing Information Technology (IT) with a good strategic plan by creating an information system architecture in the form of TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM was chosen because it has a detailed and open-source framework that can be used by CV. Suien Insan Persada to build an Enterprise Architecture (EA) that suits the needs. Besides that, TOGAF has the advantage of being flexible and open source. The results showed that TOGAF ADM could produce IS/IT strategic plan documents expected to solve the problems faced by CV. Suien Insan Persada is a wood processing company whose production uses logs as the starting material. The wood is then processed into wood sheets for furniture manufacturing companies and shipped overseas. This wood industry is located in Kab. Boyolali, Central Java. CV. Suien Insan Persada has not used adequate information technology. Data processing carried out by the production department produces manual reports that are given and managed directly by the administration section. This method makes filing more difficult to manage because manual reports in the form of writing on paper are easily damaged, and there is a risk of data being lost. The problems that occur in CV. Suien Insan Persada needs a solution to make CV easier. Suien Insan Persada in making a report to resolve the above problems. The solution to overcome the problem is utilizing Information Technology (IT) with a good strategic plan by creating an information system architecture in the form of TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM was chosen because it has a detailed and open-source framework that can be used by CV. Suien Insan Persada to build an Enterprise Architecture (EA) that suits the needs. Besides that, TOGAF has the advantage of being flexible and open source. The results showed that TOGAF ADM could produce IS/IT strategic plan documents expected to solve the problems faced by CV. Systematic Literature Review: Weaknesses and Strengths of the Latest Diagnostic Methods for COVID-19 系统文献综述:新冠肺炎最新诊断方法的优缺点

SARS-CoV-2 is a positive-stranded RNA virus, the seventh coronavirus known to infect humans. Given the infectious nature of SARS-CoV-2 and its wide-reaching effects, finding a valid treatment is a top global priority. Although several vaccines have been used, the uncertainty remains unpredictable. Considering this, early diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 is a prerequisite for effective containment and timely treatment, allowing doctors to intervene to prevent further spread and disease worsening. This study aims to provide references regarding the advantages and disadvantages of currently developing Covid-19 detection. This research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The database analyzed in this study is in the 2019-2022 timeframe obtained from Google Scholar sources using Harzing's Publish or Perish for Windows version 8 search engine. Based on an article review, the Covid-19 detection test kits are grouped into 3, namely: acid-based detection methods nucleic acid (RT-PCR, dPCR, mNGS, RT-LAMP, CRISPR), serology-based detection methods (ICG/GICA, CLIA, ELISA, LFIA), and diagnostic CT imaging. Each method developed has its advantages and disadvantages. RT-PCR has always been the gold standard for detection. Other diagnostic techniques are also useful. Their combined results can exclude false negatives and positives as much as possible.

Effectiveness of Giving Chitosan on Interleukin-6 and Mallondhyaldehide Levels in Wistar Rats with Chronic Periodontitis 壳聚糖对慢性牙周炎Wistar大鼠白细胞介素-6和mallondhyalhide水平的影响

The 6th highest diseases that occur in Indonesian society include dental caries and periodontitis caused by dental plaque which is a breeding ground for bacteria such as Streptococcus mutants and Phorphyromonas gingivalis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of chitosan on levels of Interleukin-6 and Malondhyaldehyde (MDA), as an anti-inflammatory marker using the Elisa test. The research method was a true experimental randomized posttest only control group design, with 3 treatment groups namely control, 2% chitosan gel, and 100mg/200g/bb of chitosan orally in 15 Wistar rats with periodontitis induced by Phorphyromonas gingivalis bacteria. The results showed that the mean levels of Interleukin-6 and Mallondhyaldehyde were significantly different (p<0.05) between the control group, chitosan gel treatment, and oral chitosan administration Interleukin-6 levels were the highest in the chitosan gel (8.3091±1.25570), the control average (5.8523±0.51512), the lowest oral average (3.2563±1.45952). Similarly, Mallondhyaldehyde levels were highest in the gel group (2.8850±0.19353), control group (2.2284±0.00914), and oral group (1.2943±0.60280).). Based on these results, oral chitosan was the most effective in the treatment of periodontitis.

Phytochemical Profile and Bioactive Compounds of Pineapple Infused Arak Bali 菠萝浸渍阿拉克巴利的植物化学特征和生物活性成分

Along with the development of the tourism industry, local culture has become valuable as a product and activity to attract tourists. The development of the Arak Bali formulation as a gastronomic drink was carried out by using pineapple as an infusion ingredient to produce Pineapple Infused Arak Bali.  This type of research is a true experimental with a Post-test Only Control Group Design. The sample in this study was Pineapple Infused Arak Bali with FU and FD formulas. The purpose of this research was to determine the phytochemical profile and the concentration of bioactive compounds of the sample of Pineapple Infused Arak Bali. The determining of the phytochemical profile was carried out by qualitative tests while the quantitative analysis of bioactive compounds such as tannins, total phenols, and flavonoids was carried out by using the Folin-Denis, Folin-Ciocalteu, and AlCl3 methods by visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that Pineapple Infused Arak Bali contains phytochemical compounds, such as alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, phenols, and terpenoids. The quantitative analysis results showed that the Pineapple Infused Arak Bali had tannin, total phenol, and flavonoid level of 52.9545, 42.005, and 6.8995 mg/100g. The results showed that the use of pineapple in the formulation of Pineapple Infused Arak Bali was able to increase the types of phytochemical compounds and the bioactive compounds levels compared to the original formulation, Arak Bali.

3D Multimedia E-Book Based on Mobile Learning Basic Competency of Artistic Hair Coloring 基于移动学习的艺术染发基本能力三维多媒体电子书

The problem of research is the low understanding of students in the subject of hair trimming and coloring which has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to develop an e-book-based learning media on the subject matter of double application hair coloring at SMK. This type of research is research and development using a 4-D model. The population of this research is the students of class XI KC II SMK totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used a validity and practicality questionnaire. The data analysis technique is by calculating the score of the e-book media assessment from the questionnaire given and categorized according to the interpretation obtained. The results of the media validation study were 0.89 (very valid category) and 0.82 material validation (very valid category). The results of the practicality of student responses were 86.07% (very practical category) and from the teacher's response of 87.2 (very practical category). E-book-based learning can be said to be valid and practical to be used as teaching materials in the classroom on hair trimming and coloring subjects to improve student learning outcomes.
