Key Influencing Factors On Ticket Purchase Decision 影响购票决定的关键因素

Background – Rapid technological advances are able to change all aspects of life and consumer behavior, so that consumers often make purchasing decisions using technology such as the internet Aim – The aim of this research is to prove the influence of e-WebQual, content marketing, social media marketing variables on purchasing decisions. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This research is quantitative research with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed using Google Form to 192 respondents using accidental sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria such as CGV Madiun cunsumers. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to 5. Data analysis in this study uses SMART PLS 3.0 Findings – The research results show that e-WebQual has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets, content marketing has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets, social media marketing has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets. Conclusion - It was discovered that E-WebQual, content marketing, and social media marketing have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Research Implication – This research has important implications for consumers and the CGV Madiun company. It will be beneficial for consumers in making purchasing decisions due to rapidly developing technological advances, then it will be beneficial for the CGV Madiun company, judging from the research results, the variables e-WebQual, content marketing, social media marketing can be used to explain purchasing decisions so that they can have a positive influence on the performance of CGV Madiun Limitations – This research shows that the R-Square results show that 54.5% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables

Dorongan Masyarakat Jawa Timur Menjadi Pekerja Migran Indonesia

Background - The unemployment rate in East Java province is below the national average and the poverty rate in East Java province has decreased from the previous year. However, the number of Indonesian migrant workers originating from East Java ranks first nationally. Objectives - The aim of this research is to prove that there is a drive from within the community to become migrant workers. Researchers also want to find out what things make the people of East Java to become migrant workers. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This study uses a Descriptive-Qualitative paradigm approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with active and non-active Indonesian migrant workers (ex immigrants). Findings - Some of the elements that encourage people to become Indonesian immigrant workers are invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to meet several needs in personal and social life and each individual wants to fulfill these needs in his life. Conclusion - This research produced several elements that encouraged the people of East Java, especially to become Indonesian immigrant workers, namely invitations from family, colleagues or friends, low income in Indonesia, economic improvement, living facilities and low education. Some of these elements are the encouragement or motivation of individuals to fulfill several needs in personal and social life. Research Implications - This research has important implications for the general public, Indonesian immigrant workers as well as for future research. The general public will know what things might happen when they become immigrant workers, and how the immigrants survive in other countries in order to improve their family's economic standard. Immigrant workers can meet their needs in life, while further researchers can dig deeper into other elements that encourage immigrant workers to work abroad. Research Limitations - This research was conducted only in certain areas. The northern region is represented by the northern coastal area of ​​Lamongan, the southern region is represented by Trenggalek Regency, the western region is represented by Ngawi Regency, and finally the eastern region is represented by Sumenep Regency and prioritizes the small island in Sumenep, namely Sapudi Island.

Model Evaluasi Strategi Wisata Lontar Sewu Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Destinasi 隆塔·塞乌的旅游战略评估模型,以提高目标形象

Background – The development of a tourist village can improve welfare and preserve local cultural and customary values. Lontar Sewu Tourism is a tourism village in Gresik district with a uniqueness in the many step trees called lontar which are created with playing and learning arenas. However, currently lontar sewu tourism is faced with competition between natural and artificial tourism in Gresik, especially those that require control and evaluation to increase competitiveness. Aim – To evaluate the Lontar Sewu Tourism strategy in enhancing the image of the destination. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study uses qualitative methods. The research location used as the research location is Gresik Regency. The site in this research is Lontar Sewu Tourism, located in Hendrosari Village, Gresik Regency. Primary data in this study were taken from interviews and observations of 13 informants consisting of 3 managers and 10 consumers or visitors to the lontar sewu tour. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use content analysis, content analysis and matrix as instruments. The matrices used for strategy evaluation tools are Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE) and Balance Score Card (BSC). Findings – The current condition of Lontar Sewu Tourism has an IFE score of 3.57 and an EFE score of 3.05. This indicates a strong position in the competition, so that the IE matrix is in quadrant I, namely growing and developing. In the evaluation using the Balance Scorecard, it is known based on 5 perspectives namely: customers, employees, business processes, business ethics and social responsibility, currently the performance of lontar sewu tourism is quite good, but there is no balance yet because it has not been able to display strategic goals from a financial perspective linked from a customer perspective. The image of the Lontar Sewu Tourism destination is currently still quite good, so it needs development referring to the results of the Balance Scorecard. This finding aligns the strategic manager's that strategy evaluation is very important for organizational well-being; timely evaluation can alert management of problems or potential problems before a situation becomes critical. Conclusion - Lontar Sewu Tourism has tourism potential that will continue to grow, however, there is a need for synergy between the financial perspective and the customer in the Balance Scorecard. Research Implication – The results of this study can be used as a reference regarding the practice of strategic management studies and marketing management related to competition in the tourism business and tourism villages in particular. Limitations – Research is limited to financial data owned by strategic managers, so that the evaluation of the Balance Scorecard related to the financial perspective cannot be displayed because there is no data regarding Ret

Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi 组织文化和动机的转型领导人员绩效

Background – Currently, company leaders, besides being tasked with assessing the performance of their employees, also need transformational abilities because transformational management has been proven to increase productivity in the workplace. Aim – The aims of this study were to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and motivation. Design / methodology / approach – The research method refers to a positivism approach with quantitative methods, using 77 participants as a sample for filling out the questionnaire, while Path Analysis is used to analyze the data that has been collected. Findings – This study refutes the notion that transformative leadership has a direct impact on employee performance. By inspiring their employees, transformational leaders have an indirect effect on performance. Furthermore, the characteristics of organizational culture are not significantly influenced by transformative leadership. Conclusion - Transformational leaders can use various sources of inspiration to improve performance. As a result, leaders play an important role in increasing employee motivation. Research Implication - The findings of this study have managerial significance because a shift in leadership style is necessary to improve performance. These results highlight the value of transformative and motivational leadership in enhancing workplace performance. Limitations – This research only collects data from one banking company, then the characteristics of the sample have different characteristics from the others, where the bank as a sample is owned by the regional government so that it may be different if the data is taken based on ownership and also different banks.

Background - Students are part of the community who are studying higher education and are expected to be an example for other people in investing, the investment level is still low, it is necessary to improve so that the investment interest of the community, including students, can increase in the future. Aim - The purpose of this study was to determine whether the perception of return and risk as well as the mediation of investment knowledge can influence students' investment interest. Design / methodology / approach - The research approach is quantitative and data is obtained from distributing questionnaires which are then processed using data analysis techniques using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model using the SmartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) program. Findings - Based on the results of the analysis it is proven that students' perceptions of returns and investment risks have an effect on investment intentions. Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment knowledge, this empirical result means that the higher students understand returns and risks, and know about investment, the higher the interest in investing in students. Student investment knowledge is proven to be able to mediate the effect of perceived returns and investment risks on investment intentions. Proven student investment knowledge will have an indirect impact on student investment interest. Conclusion - The results of this study indicate that student knowledge is one of the most important factors to increase interest in investing. The earlier we invest, the better prepared we are to face the challenges and risks that may arise in the future. Research implications - Investment is something that students need to study in order to know the right investment and provide long-term benefits. Basically, people who invest are a sign that the person has prepared himself to face the changing economy of a country, so that by preparing himself to face things that are not desirable in the future, especially related to the economy. This research also contributes to science, especially financial management, the results of this study provide a perspective where investment interest is not focused on returns and risks, but requires knowledge about investment. Research Limitations - This research has limitations, namely the population and sample are only focused on UMG 2019 management study program students and cannot be averaged with other objects, future researchers are expected to expand the sample with a wide coverage so that this research can be applied in general.

The Role Of Service Quality In Affecting Customer Satisfaction: The Mediating Role Of Customer Value 服务质量对顾客满意的影响:顾客价值的中介作用

Background – In service sector, there is always a possibility for customers to selectively choose their desired service that will meet their satisfaction. Organizations are thus required to identify the factors that determine customer satisfaction. Aim – This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of customer value on the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at the library of Widyatama University, Bandung, Indonesia. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – Using quantitative approach, this study distributed 800 questionnaires to respondents, and receive 713 questionnaires that can be used for further analysis. The data analysis is carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Findings – This study shows that customer value has no effect on satisfaction, meaning that customer value does not play a role in mediating the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. Only two variables based on dimensions of Service Quality Analysis (SERVQUAL) have an effect on other variables, namely assurance and empathy. Conclusion - Customer value and satisfaction for library users at Widyatama University are two different things that have no relationship or connection at all. The service quality variable that affects customer value is assurance, while the variable that affects satisfaction is empathy. Research implication – There are two things that must be considered by the library manager, namely the assurance perceived by library users, and the empathy that the library’s managers and staff must have, especially as the providers of library service. Limitations – This research was only conducted in one university library, so the results about the condition of the library or services cannot be generalized. It also only utilizes the two-dimensional model of SERVQUAL, thus future research are required to address and develop this topic.

A Conceptual Framework For Employee Performance In The Islamic Hospitality In Indonesia 印度尼西亚伊斯兰酒店业员工绩效的概念框架

Background – There are pressures experienced by Islamic hospital employees in Indonesia who are exposed to negative workplace gossiping and toxic leadership has an effect on the performance of Islamic hospital employees in Indonesia. These problems can be minimized by applying an Islamic work ethics in order to improve the employees performance of Islamic hospital in Indonesia. Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study uses the COR basis in analyzing phenomena and research findings. The population of this study was medical staff throughout the Indonesian Islamic Hospital. The number of samples was determined using the Isaac equation table so that a total sample of 300 respondents was obtained. Retrieval of data using questionnaires that are distributed online. Measurement data uses answers Strongly Agree, Agree, Netral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree, with a rating scale of 1 to 5 Data processing uses the SMART PLS3 application. Findings – The findings of this study revealed that staff performance at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital is significantly impacted by toxic leadership negative workplace gossiping, and islamic work ethics. This can be seen from the results of the discriminate validity test and the final results of Smart PLS3 data processing. Conclusion  – The study's findings are consistent with another study that found that Indonesian Islamic Hospital employees perform better when they adhere to islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, toxic leadership and negative workplace gossiping significant negative effect on employee performance at the Islamic Hospital in Indonesian. Research Implication – The results of this study are expected to be input for managers in Islamic Hospitals in Indonesia, especially knowing the effect of Islamic work ethics, Toxic Leadership, Negative Gossip in the Workplace on employee performance as an intervening variable, becoming learning material and applying knowledge in the field of management, especially in the field of management of human resources and can be an additional reference for further research and as a consideration for Islamic Hospitals in Indonesia which are facing similar problems. Research Limitations – The results of this study can be an opportunity for further research development by focusing on more specific target respondents and adding variables that have a role in Islamic work ethics, toxic leadership, and negative workplace gossiping to improve employee performance at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital.

Background – Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, human travel was severely restricted and reliant on digital technology. Tourism is one of the businesses that has been obliged to adapt to digitalization in order to keep its primary source of income from travelers. The present transition to digital tourism is taking the shape of virtual tours or long-distance interactive tours, such as those seen in museums. To reach more tourists, some museums in Indonesia already entered the digitization stage by offering virtual tours and edutainment. Aim – This study intends to provide emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of disruptive innovation in the sense of digitization in the tourism industry, particularly museums. Design / Methodology / Approach – An detailed review of existing literature regarding digital technology, disruptive digital innovation, smartphone technology, social media, internet, and mobile applications from the perspective of museum tourism was used. Findings – Digital museums provide a new perspective to enjoy their collections and as a diversification strategy that has the potential to bring in tourists virtually. Curators should develop websites using communication strategies that relate to their collection and focus on their visitor profile. On the other hand, there is a risk that there is a conservative opinion that digitization will reduce the integrity of physical artwork and an unstable digital ecosystem. Conclusion - The digitization and publication of collections online has the potential to enable access to content. It is projected that disruptive innovation in the form of changing the museum's business model will provide financial benefits and become a business diversification that can support the sustainability of the museum itself in the future. Background – The presence of e-commerce e-health is a societal solution to health needs in the era pandemic. Social distancing rules cause considerable restrictions on community socialization, so they use social media alternatives to share experiences. That matter causes customers to talk about the performance of digital e-health services and create consumer engagement. Public opinion and ratings on social media become data information analyzed to improve service quality. Aim – This study aims to identify customer conversations on Twitter about e-commerce e-health to see its performance and compare e-health results networks in Indonesia. Design / methodology / approach – The research method in this study is the Social Network Analysis (SNA) approach and descriptive meaning to get the results of the formulated goals. Findings – The results of this study showed that pre-pandemic e-health users in Indonesia were more dominant in utilizing psychologist and psychiatric consultations and buying easy and practical medicines. During the pandemic, customers more often used doctor consultations related to symptoms and treatment of Covid-19, drugs and vitamins for self-isolation, supported by online payments. Research implication – This research contributes to e-health companies in Indonesia regarding suggestions for utilizing SNA through customer interaction on social media to improve the performance and competition of e-health services and determine superior strategies. Limitations – This research explores data only from social media Twitter, based on the material for data visualization is only in text. The scope of the study is only in the health business, so it can further develop in other sectors.
