Pada saat penelitian, peneliti menemukan proses pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual di Koperasi Karyawan Wyata Guna Bandung dan pada saat pembuatan laporan keuangan arus kas tidak sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku umum yang diperlukan dalam membuat arus kas keuangan aplikasi pernyataan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil judul: "Merancang Laporan Perhitungan Hasil Operasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksperimental, desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif analitis, survei, data sekunder dan primer, jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian dasar, tipe data dan metode kualitatif menggunakan iterasi pengembangan sistem. Model desain ini menggunakan diagram konteks, diagram aliran data, kamus data, normalisasi dan diagram alir sistem serta diagram hubungan entitas. Peneliti membuat desain desain sistem informasi akuntansi laporan keuangan pada Wyata Guna Employee Cooperative Bandung sesuai dengan standar yang diterima secara umum sesuai dengan proses akuntansi dan siklus akuntansi mulai dari melakukan transaksi keuangan hingga laporan keuangan arus kas.

At PT Khomsah Khalifah in carrying out the process of recording the purchase transaction, the manual has not yet been used in the program. This problem results in ineffective and efficient performance of all the divisions contained in the company body to the provision of information and reports needed. For these problems the researchers took the title of the final project “Designing Accounting Information Systems Purchasing at PT Khomsah Khalifah Using PHP And MySql Software”. The population used by the researcher is the purchase procedure of PT Khomsah Khalifah pata in 2015/2016 and the sample is the purchase procedure in 2015, the objek of the research conducted describes the purchasing procedure at PT Khomsah Khalifah, system development method that i use is waterfall. The results of the research that the author did was the purchase accounting information system software so that data processing and reporting of purchases at PT Khomsah Khalifah were expected to be computerized properly.

The time of managing financial reporting is still done by making the calculation in the MS. Excel, so that the accounting records in the Treasurer is less effective at generating financial reports quickly and accurately. As well as financial statements have not been fully made use of accounting standards in force in Indonesia. To these problems, the writer took the title "Designing Standard Financial Statements of Accounting Information Systems PSAK 45s". Research design that writer used is research design with the data of primary / secondary analytical and descriptive, this type of research that writer used is academic research, type of data that the authors use quantitative and qualitative data, the authors use the research method is descriptive research methods and survey methods, data collection techniques that I use is a field study consisting of interviews and observations and literature studies, method development system that I use is a process-oriented methodology, data, and output, the structure of system development which writer use is Waterfall. The author’s purpose to make the design of accounting information system of financial reporting standards of PSAK 45, the expected data processing cash receipts and disbursements in the Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga city Cimahi well be computerized so that no human error and the resulting output financial statements will be accurate and relevan.

The researcher conducts research in the financial section, namely in the part of the BOS Fund (Student Operational Assistance). Branch of area service revenues which is located at jl. Kawaluyaan Raya, bandung. This company is usually executing their earnings transction of quotation process in maually. This problems result is not effectiveness and maximum the performamce of all section at the company about supplying of information and report that is needed by the company its self. According to those problems the writer tries to find the suitable title for that’s problem, so that this final Assisgment will be useful for the future. Finally the writer chooses the tittle of final Assigment “Designing Motorized Tax Revenue Accounting Information System at Regional Revenue Service”. The writer uses the design of research with Primary/Secondary data’s, the type of research uses the qualitative and quantitative data’s, then. The method using exploratory and descriptive and research, next the technique of collecting data’s using field study which consisted of interview, observation and book study. The method of development system uses the methodologies which orienting at process, data’s and output. The writer using the stucture of development system is Waterfall. The writer uses completeness system is Normalization, context Diagram, Data flowDiagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram, Dictionaries of data’s and flowchart. There is representing of input from the Quotation data’s. The process consist of General Journal and general ledge. Furthermore, the output consist of financial statement balance sheet and financial statement of profit and loss.
