In this communication, we present the results of a qualitative study conducted by semistructured interviews with 61 executives working in start-ups or in large digital companies with the aim of identifying the effects of digitalization on the report. at work for executives. Noting that digitalization has impacted the very exercise of managerial professions, generating a strong dependence on technology, this has led us to question the inclusive nature of the associated human resource management practices. Thus, we have identified the emergence of a form of eTaylorism among executives going against the satisfaction of their needs for belonging and singularity and characterized by the development of a normative and standardized environment.
