The issue of managing Jinayat data at the Aceh Islamic Shariah Service Office can burden responsible employees. However, we have found an innovative solution to solve this problem. The author designed his web-based information system for Jinayat data, which allows him to manage Jinayat data more efficiently. In this article, the authors describe the research methods used, namely field research and literature research, and how extreme programming was developed. It also describes how to design this information system using the web programming language. This web-based information system facilitates access to Jinayat data and improves management. In addition, the author also describes the positive benefits and effects that the Aceh Islamic Shariah Service Office feels after using this information system. This information system will enable staff to manage his Jinayat data more efficiently and effectively, thereby benefiting the institution and society as a whole. By using the latest technology, the Aceh Shariat Islamic Office can manage the Jinayat data more efficiently. This article describes an innovative solution that can be applied to various government and private organizations that require information systems to optimize data management.

Quality human resources is a determining factor for the success of an organization in achieving its goals, including government agencies and their apparatus. One way to look for human resour es is quality, namely through the transfer of tasks. Transfer of tasks or mutations really need to be done as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) career planning and also to rejuvenate a position. Proposal process ASN the will be transferred to the TTU Regency BKDSM office use analysis or random selection of ASN manual by considering several criteria, which then the proposal is sent to the BKN office using the MYSAPK application. This study aims to assist human work in knowing the decision support system for determining outstanding teachers using the topsis method using the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) decision making method which is used to evaluate or select several alternatives as a decision support system using one method, namely the The trick for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). This method is widely used to solve practical decision-making. This is because the concept is simple and easy to understand, computation is efficient, and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. There are 5 criteria used in determining outstanding teachers, namely pedagogic, personality, professional, social and innovation. From the results of calculations using the cicue for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method, the teacher who was selected as an outstanding teacher was Elisabeth Abi S.PD SD with a score of 0.825. Thecnicue for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method makes it easy to determine outstanding teachers at the youth and sports education office at TTU, this is web-based and uses the PHP programming language.

Currently, hiking or outdoor activities are activities that are of interest to all groups, but not everyone has the equipment to support these activities. Dahlia Adventure is an outdoor activity equipment rental service. But to be able to rent equipment, customers are required to come directly to Dahlia Adventure, and usually the equipment to be rented is not yet available because it is still being used by other customers. Based on these problems, a tool rental application was created so that later customers can check the availability of tools in advance and can also order equipment in advance. With the need for a tool rental application, a tool rental application system was created using the Ionic framework and the Cordova API. The application designed will be based on Android which contains a menu to view a list of tools, available stock items, live chat and a camping equipment rental menu that is still available. From the system design that has been made based on the context diagram, DFD and ERD so that an android application is produced, a system is tested using the blackbox method and it is found that the system that has been designed is in accordance with the resulting application

This study discusses the design of a data collection system for orphans, the poor, and the elderly at the Baet Village Office, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar. The problem discussed is how to use computer technology to enter data into the data collection system. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the data collection system. The data for this study were collected through a literature study which involved reviewing books and materials related to the topic. In addition, field studies were also carried out by conducting interviews and direct observation of objects related to this research report. Apart from that, in this study, the authors also utilized the Extreme Programming (XP) method in the process of developing a data collection system. The XP method is an Agile method that enables adaptive, collaborative, and iterative software development. The results showed that the use of computer technology and the XP method in the development of a data collection system was able to speed up the process of collecting and processing data, as well as increasing work efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, the developed data collection system is also able to produce more accurate and integrated data, so that it can assist the village government in planning and making more appropriate decisions related to community services, especially orphans, the poor, and the elderly.

The use of information technology in human management today has increased, along with the implementation of intelligent systems that generally use artificial intelligence (AI) in their application. One of the areas of human management that has adopted AI is talent management (TM). TM is crucial for companies to identify, manage, determine, assess, and recommend talent (in this case, it can be employees) for their company's sustainability. The application of family planning in TM is not as extensive as thought, but this study tries to review the latest research that adapts AI to a very complex TM process. The results of this review are at least 11 articles involved in the use of family planning. These 11 articles certainly discuss one or more processes in TM, such as talent identification, talent matching or mapping, and talent recommendations. Some critical studies in the future are that in practice, AI needs to be widely used, especially to handle large-scale data management (data intelligence), in addition to intelligent system methods, and AI can be used for all processes in TM, proven to be accurate, efficient, safe, and fast in practice.

The FTI student admission target every year is often not achieved. This happened because of the change in FTI's location, from USN Kolaka which was in Kolaka to USN Kolaka which was in Tanggetada. In addition, there are also other causes in terms of the large number of students who do not graduate on time, causing an unbalanced ratio of lecturers and students. This will reduce the assessment at the time of accreditation. Predictions are made to assist FTI in planning and making decisions to determine priorities for how many prospective students will be accepted each year. The observational data used are data on the number of new FTI students for the 2013-2021 academic year (9 periods) for the Information Systems study program and the 2018-2021 academic year (4 periods) for the Computer Science study program. Data processing is carried out using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percent Error) accuracy testing. The results of testing this method are that for the information systems study program the predicted results obtained in the 2022/2023 academic year are 141 people, and the smallest value of MAPE = 26.67% which shows the ability of the forecasting model to be quite good (Reasonable). Meanwhile, for the computer science study program, the prediction results obtained in the 2022/2023 academic year were 116 people, and the smallest value of MAPE = 18.52%, which indicates a good forecasting model ability.

The development of technology is getting faster so that it forces people to use information Information Technology has had a tremendous impact, especially in the field of management. The old system is gradually being replaced by a newer system as a result of the development of increasingly advanced information technology, one of which is the use of a Management Information System which has become a necessity in an agency. Management information systems are typically used to process data, make information accurate, improve performance, and perform as expected. Asset management in Yapertif is less effective and efficient because it still uses Ms. Excel, which takes a long time to manage and search for asset data. when a large amount of data or asset information is needed, for example during accreditation or a request from Dikti, it takes more time to search. The solution to overcome the existing problems, the researchers took a study with the title "Design of an Asset Management Information System at the Flores Higher Education Foundation (Yapertif)". The development of the system itself will use the Waterfall method and the testing technique uses Blackbox testing. The asset management information system that is built is expected to make asset management more efficient and structured, as well as facilitate data collection on the number of assets, data collection on assets based on their condition, grouping of assets by type and facilitate tracking of asset data in Yapertif.

Uluwae II Village is one of the villages in the District on Nort Bajawa, Ngada Regency, whichis also a target village for receiving sicial assistance in the formof the Hope Program (PKH) assistance. PKH is a program of providing conditional social assistance to Beneficiary Families (PKM). In the particular, the objectives of PKH are to improve access and quality of education and health services for PKH participants, to in crease the education level of PKH participants, and to improve the health and nutritional status of PKH participants. Therefore, Uluwae II village official smust carefully select the right community to receive PKH assistance. In determining the PKH recipient community in Uluwae II village, it was still not right on targer, because the selection procces for the PKH recipient community was not running as expented by the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to determine decision in determining the PKH recipient community. The purpose and benefit of this researchis to design and build decision support system to determine the right community to receive PKH according of the weigh to feach criterion. This research was completed through several stage, namely, collecting information through directre search at the location. The method used the SAW method to calculate the weight and determine the ranking.
