Distributed Multi-Modal Classification Approach for Breast Cancer Prediction Based on WBCD Through Machine Learning Paradigms 基于WBCD的分布式多模式分类方法在癌症预测中的应用

Cancer death is one of the main challenges that the mankind is facing in developing countries. Although there are many strategies to prevent cancer in the first place, some types of cancer remain incurable. Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer and its early detection is crucial for its treatment. One of the most crucial aspects of breast cancer treatment is the accurate diagnosis. Numerous studies have been published in the literature to predict the type of breast cancer. Data on breast cancer tumors from Dr. William H. Wahlberg of the Hospital of the University of Wisconsin was used to predict breast tumor type in this study. This dataset was subjected to data visualization and machine learning techniques, such as Distributed logistic regression, Distributed k-nearest neighbors, and distributed naive Bayesian. The aim of this study was to perform a comparative study of breast cancer detection and diagnosis using data visualization and machine learning tools. The results obtained using the Distributed logistic regression model with all features included show the best classification accuracy, and the proposed approach reveals an improvement in accuracy. To achieve this, machine learning classification methods have been used to tune a function that can predict the discrete class of new entries, and modern technologies with new hybrid frameworks and models have been introduced for higher accuracy and to store large amounts of data and security.

The purpose of the current article is to review identity development of personality in the early adolescent age. To accomplish this task, identity development in childhood is analyzed by utilizing Erik Erikson’s psychosocial theory of development. Through this study the researcher found that society plays a major role in shaping and suppressing identities, especially the deviant ones. The article explains how the transgender identity is suppressed or masked in early childhood age to fit in the ‘normal’ society

Change and diversity in the initial training of students entering university lead to a series of basic questions: What criteria should be used to decide on the most appropriate syllabus and teaching methodology in a situation of change? What are the peculiarities of teaching mathematics in economics? This last question introduces us to the issue we are analyzing here: to what extent should economics be present in mathematics classes? Is it necessary for students to have a solid mathematical background before studying economics? For some teachers, economic problems are simply an appendix to the practical part of the subject, for others economic models form the core of the subject. It is clear that one or the other approach has a decisive impact on our syllabus and teaching methodology. In this paper, we have analyzed the mathematics-economics relationship by reflecting on its historical development and on the experience, we have developed over several years in the subject of mathematics and economics. for several years in the subject of Business and Financial Mathematics in the first year of the course of the Diploma in Business Studies.

Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer: Recent Investigation and Future Prospective 癌症大肠癌生物标志物的近期研究与展望

: Colorectalcancer (CRC) is a leading causeof death world wide,despite progress made in detection and management through surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy. Novel therapeutic agents have improved survival in both the adjuvant and advanced disease settings, albeit with an increased risk of toxicityand cost. However, metastatic disease continues to have a poor long-term prognosis and significant challenges remain due to late stage diagnosis and treatment failure. Biomarkersareakeytoolinearlydetection,prognostication,survival,and predicting treatment response. The past three decades have seen advances in genomics and molecular pathology of cancer biomarkers, allowing for greater individualization of therapy with a positive impact on survival outcomes. Clinically useful predictive biomarkers aid clinical decision making, such as the presence of KRAS gene mutations predicting benefit from epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibiting antibodies. However, few biomarkers have been translated into clinical practice highlighting the need for further investigation. We review a range of protein, DNA and RNA-based biomarkers under investigation for diagnostic, predictive, and prognostic properties for CRC. In particular, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA),have been investigated as biomarkers in a range of cancers including colorectal cancer. Specifically, we evaluate the potential role of lncRNA plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 ( PVT1 ), an oncogene, as a diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic biomarker in colorectal cancer.
