A Review of the Application of Process Evaluation in Junior High School English Teaching under “Double Reduction” “双减法”下过程评价在初中英语教学中的应用

The “Double Reduction” policy is not only to reduce the excessive learning burden of students, but also to improve the quality of students’ learning and to promote their overall development. In order to achieve the goal of the “Double Reduction” policy, it is necessary to focus on the implementation of measures to strengthen process evaluation as proposed in the “General Plan for Deepening Education Evaluation Reform in a New Era”. Therefore, the article will analyze the current situation of the research from three aspects: the connotation of “Double Reduction” and process evaluation, process evaluation under “Double Reduction” and process evaluation in English teaching, and look forward to the future development trend, with the aim of implementing the “Double Reduction” policy and giving full play to process evaluation. The aim is to implement the policy of “Double Reduction” and give full play to the role of process evaluation, so as to effectively guide the practice of English teaching.
“双减”政策不仅是为了减轻学生过重的学习负担,也是为了提高学生的学习质量,促进学生的全面发展。为实现“双减”政策的目标,有必要重点落实《新时代深化教育评价改革总体方案》提出的加强过程评价的措施。因此,本文将从“双减”与过程评价的内涵、“双减”下的过程评价和英语教学中的过程评价三个方面分析研究现状,并展望未来的发展趋势,以期贯彻“双减”政策,充分发挥过程评价的作用。目的在于贯彻“双减”政策,充分发挥过程评价的作用,从而有效地指导英语教学实践。

Research on the Role of Democratic Parties in Colleges and Universities in Building Morality and Cultivating People: Taking the General Branch of the Democratic League of Huizhou College as an Example 高校民主党派在德育育人中的作用研究——以惠州学院民主同盟总支部为例

This article takes the general branch of the Huizhou College of the Democratic League of Huizhou College in recent years as an example. Through literature review, field research, case analysis, and other research methods, it summarized how the Democratic League of Huizhou College made good use of various activity carriers in ideological and political education. It combined discipline construction, scientific research platforms, school-government-enterprise, and other cooperation platforms. From educational methods to subject transformation and integration, and from daily teaching to social practice, it promoted the role of college teachers in the alliance to play the role of cultivating people in the era of college education reform. The aim was to put forward that in educating others, they should first educate themselves, teachers had two-way morality in terms of teacher ethics and professionalism, effectively integrated ideological and political courses into professional teaching and practice, and realized waiting for flowers to bloom in the “context”1 teaching environment like the cultivation effect of salt in water.
本文以近年来的惠州学院民盟惠州学院总院为例。通过文献查阅、实地调研、案例分析等研究方法,总结了徽州学院民盟在思想政治教育中如何利用好各种活动载体。结合学科建设、科研平台、校企合作等多种合作平台。从教育方法到学科转型整合,从日常教学到社会实践,推动高校教师在联盟中的角色在大学教育改革时代发挥育人作用。其目的是提出育人先育人,教师在师德与职业道德上具有双向道德,将思想政治课有效地融入专业教学与实践中,在“情境”教学环境中实现如水中盐的培育效果等花开。

Pareto-Optimal Reinsurance Based on TVaR Premium Principle and Vajda Condition 基于TVaR保费原则和Vajda条件的帕累托最优再保险

Reinsurance is an effective risk management tool for insurers to stabilize their profitability. In a typical reinsurance treaty, an insurer cedes part of the loss to a reinsurer. As the insurer faces an increasing number of total losses in the insurance market, the insurer might expect the reinsurer to bear an increasing proportion of the total loss, that is the insurer might expect the reinsurer to pay an increasing proportion of the total claim amount when he faces an increasing number of total claims in the insurance market. Motivated by this, we study the optimal reinsurance problem under the Vajda condition. To prevent moral hazard and reflect the spirit of reinsurance, we assume that the retained loss function is increasing and the ceded loss function satisfies the Vajda condition. We derive the explicit expression of the optimal reinsurance under the TVaR risk measure and TVaR premium principle from the perspective of both an insurer and a reinsurer. Our results show that the explicit expression of the optimal reinsurance is in the form of two or three interconnected line segments. Under an additional mild constraint, we get the optimal parameters and find the optimal reinsurance strategy is full reinsurance, no reinsurance, stop loss reinsurance, or quota-share reinsurance. Finally, we gave an example to analyze the impact of the weighting factor on optimal reinsurance.

Construction and Practice of a Practical Teaching System for Normal Universities Based on Ability Cultivation 基于能力培养的高师实践教学体系的构建与实践

This study aims to explore the effect of project-based teaching methods on improving students’ abilities in normal universities. This study delves into the practice teaching system based on ability training implemented in normal universities, examining the application of this teaching model in teacher education and the potential challenges it may encounter. Our case study reveals that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach can effectively transform students from passive recipients of knowledge into active problem solvers, thereby enhancing their critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. However, challenges do exist, including ensuring active participation from all students, providing equal opportunities for each student to develop and showcase their abilities, and completing complex projects within a limited timeframe. Therefore, teachers may need to adjust their teaching strategies, and schools need to provide more resources and support. These adjustments can help the practice teaching system based on ability training better serve teacher education and offer students a higher-quality educational experience.
