Research on Post Node Model in E-government 电子政务中的后节点模型研究

With the view of system theory, the post node model and its formal description are proposed in this paper, which is based on the analysis of characteristics of e-government system. The model represents the interconnection and interoperation between the business processes. Based on the collaboration among the posts, the model describes the completion process of business objectives involved in the organization, evaluates the working capacity and performance of the posts and organizations, which lays the foundation for streamlining government organs, reducing the staff and optimizing business process.
本文在分析电子政务系统特点的基础上,运用系统论的观点,提出了电子政务系统的后节点模型及其形式化描述。该模型表示业务流程之间的互连和互操作。该模型以岗位间的协同为基础,描述了组织所涉及的业务目标完成过程,评价了岗位和组织的工作能力和绩效,为精简机构、减少人员、优化业务流程奠定了基础。

A novel imidazolinium salt is prepared by (1) reacting N-aminoalkyl-imidazoline, N-hydroxyalkyl-imidazoline, or N-substituted-imidazoline with an alpha , beta -unsaturated ester of a carboxylic acid, (2) reacting the resulting ester imidazoline with a primary or secondary amine and (3) quaternizing the resulting amido imidazoline product by reacting it with an alkylating agent. This imidazolinium salt is useful as a fabric softening agent.
一种新型咪唑盐的制备方法为:(1)n -氨基烷基咪唑啉、n -羟基烷基咪唑啉或n -取代咪唑啉与羧酸的α、β -不饱和酯反应,(2)生成的咪唑啉酯与伯胺或仲胺反应,以及(3)通过与烷基化剂反应将生成的咪唑啉酰胺产物季铵化。这种咪唑盐是一种有用的织物柔软剂。

Aim at E-Government application systems’ some hot issues, such complex environment, resource redundancy and data not sharing, this thesis discusses application of EAI in e-government resource integration, and builds EAI information resources integration framework based on J2EE for the E-Government systems, which provides a new ideas for information resources integration of E-Government systems.
