Development of a sports injury aid and treatment handbook for high school students 为高中生编写运动损伤援助和治疗手册

(English)This research aims to create a pocketbook for students that focuses on Sports Injury Relief and Treatment in schools. This study is development research based on the Borg and Gall design involving four validators: user lecturers, therapists, massage experts, and media experts. Small scale trial with four students and a large scale with 25 students. The data collected for this research was collected through implementation tests and expert assessments carried out through questionnaires, as well as competency tests carried out through descriptive data analysis. Researchers used 8 out of 10 steps, namely identification of potential and problems, collection of materials, product design, product creation, validation by material experts and media experts, product revision, final product, and limited trials. The subjects in this research were class XI students at Tunas Pelita High School, Binjai City. Small group trials showed that this pocketbook was quite adequate with material at 60%, language readability at 50%, and presentation of the book at 55%. Large group trials showed that this pocketbook was feasible with the material at 87%, language readability at 91%, presentation of the book at 90%, and appearance of the book at 91%. Overall, this paperback is considered decent(Indonesian)Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat buku saku bagi siswa yang berfokus pada Pertolongan dan Perawatan Cedera Olahraga di sekolah. Studi ini adalah penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan desain Borg and Gall yang melibatkan empat validator: dosen pengguna, ahli terapi, ahli massage, dan ahli media. Uji coba skala kecil dengan empat siswa dan skala besar dengan 25 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui uji pelaksanaan dan penilaian ahli yang dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner, serta uji kompetensi yang dilakukan melalui analisis data deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan 8 dari 10 langkah yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan bahan, desain produk, pembuatan produk, validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, revisi produk, produk akhir, serta uji coba terbatas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Tunas Pelita Kota Binjai. Uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini Cukup layak dengan segi materi sebesar 60%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 50%, dan penyajian buku sebesar 55%. Uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini layak dengan segi materi sebesar 87%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 91%, penyajian buku sebesar 90%, dan tampilan buku sebesar 91%. Identification of sports injuries in semarang city communities based on gender 基于性别的塞马垄市社区运动损伤鉴定

The study aims to determine the type of injury and location of sports injuries experienced by the people of Semarang City based on gender. The survey method used in this study. The population of this study was the people of Semarang who became patients of Seger Waras Massage Clinic. The samples in this study used total sampling techniques. Collect data using questionnaires. Data analysis using frequency statistics. The results showed that sports injuries that occurred in Semarang city people consisted of 1.12% male and 3.06% female neck injuries, 10.82% male shoulders and 15.31% female, male outer elbows 0.87% and 1.02% female, 0.37% male inner elbows and 0% female, 1.99% male and female wrists 12.24%, 0.25% male and female palms 1.02%, male fingers 0.75% and female 2.04%, Back male 5.72% and female 6.12%, waist male 10.07% and female 19.39%, periformis syndrome male 2.74% and female 2.04%, hamstring male 2.99% and female 3.06%, knee male 41.04% and female 21.43%, calf male 1.12% and female 1.02% and ankle male 20.15% and female 12.24%. In conclusion, sports injuries experienced by the people of Semarang City are 14 types of sports injuries and those often experienced by men and women are knee injuries, 330 men (41.04%) have knee injuries and 21 women have knee injuries (21.43%).

Responses of physical education students to teaching assistance program 体育教育专业学生对助教计划的反应

(English)Teaching assistance provides opportunities for students to develop their potential and interest in teaching in educational units in Indonesia. However, the implementation in the field of the teaching assistance program cannot be separated from various obstacles and various responses from students. This research aims to reveal the response of physical education students to the teaching assistance program in 2023. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study was 69 physical education students. The number of samples in the research was 38 students taken by random sampling. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has a validity of 0.511 – 0.877 and a reliability value of 0.969. Data analysis uses quantitative description with percentages classified into five categories. The research results showed that 17 students gave very good responses, 13 students gave good responses, 7 students gave responses in the sufficient category, and 1 student gave responses in the poor category. It can be concluded that physical education students responded positively to the implementation of the teaching assistance program in 2023.(Indonesian)Asistensi mengajar memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan potensi maupun minat untuk mengajar di satuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan program asistensi mengajar tidak terlepas dari berbagai hambatan dan berbagai respons dari mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan respons mahasiswa penjas terhadap program asistensi mengajar pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 mahasiswa penjas. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 38 mahasiswa yang diambil secara random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa angket yang memiliki validitas sebesar 0,511 – 0, 877 dan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,969. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase yang diklasifikasikan menjadi lima kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 17 mahasiswa memberikan respons yang sangat baik, 13 mahasiswa memberikan respons yang baik, 7 mahasiswa memberikan repons dengan kategori cukup, 1 mahasiswa memberikan repons dengan kategori kurang. Bibliometrics review: Research focus on dribbling in soccer from the database scopus (2008-2022) 文献计量学回顾:scopus 数据库中有关足球运球的研究重点(2008-2022 年)

(English)Dribbling the ball is the initial ability that must be mastered by football players, players must be able to control the ball when moving, standing or preparing to make a pass or shot at goal. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture of the research that has been conducted and emerging trends in the research focus on dribbling in soccer. This research is a literature review research, there are 43 publications refined with 4 stages (identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion) from the Scopus database which are then analyzed using the bibliometric analysis method assisted by the Vosviewer application. The results of the research show that the publication is related to dribbling skill in football peaked with the highest number of publications in 2007. Publications in 2015 have been cited more than any other year. Most of the publications related to this field have been published in Q1 journals. England and Portugal are countries that have a great influence on research in this field. The research focus is divided into three, namely, 1) soccer players, performance and speed; 2) dribbling skill, age, and control; 3) training, change and coach. The new theme in this field is football player, approach, dribbling test, and sports class. Keyword dribbling the skills that are the focus of the first research as well as the theme in this study do not have a direct link to keywords passing and measure, meaning that there is no research that directly links dribline skill and passing and measure together.(Indonesian)Menggiring bola merupakan kemampuan awal yang harus dikuasai oleh pemain sepak bola, pemain harus dapat menguasai bola pada saat bergerak, berdiri atau bersiap melakukan operan atau melakukan tembakan ke gawang. The role of volleyball extracurricular on student discipline 排球课外活动对学生纪律的影响

(English)This study aims to determine the role of volleyball extracurriculars on student discipline, especially at SMK Bhakti Putra. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 students of volleyball extracurricular at SMK Bhakti Putra. In addition to other techniques, namely observation and documentation. In general, this research was conducted using quantitative research methods with an ex post facto research design is a statistic used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that for the validity test, there are 45 valid statement items for the X variable and 38 accurate statement items for the Y variable, while the X variable reliability test is 0.924 and the Y variable is 0.882. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted because the value of the R count is more significant than the R table, namely 0.782 > 0.361. After going through several stages of the previous calculation, it can be concluded that volleyball extracurricular plays a role in student discipline attitude by 61.1% while the role from outside is 38.9%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that extracurricular volleyball plays an important role in shaping students' disciplinary attitudes at SMK Bhakti Putra. This shows that extracurricular activities can be an important factor in shaping the character and positive attitudes of students at school. As a recommendation for future research, it is necessary to conduct research with different designs such as experimental with a larger number of samples, consider family and social environmental factors, use interview or direct observation data collection techniques, and encourage the improvement of extracurricular programmes in schools to positively shape students' disciplinary attitudes (Indonesian)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan ekstrakurikuler bola voli terhadap disiplin siswa khususnya di SMK Bhakti Putra.
