The book presents the generalized results of predominantly experimental studies on the processes of combustion, igni-tion/self-ignition, rapid deflagration, and detonation in hydrogen-containing combustible systems. Analysis is car-ried out with studies at initial conditions that hold practical interest for problems of hydrogen energetics and for solving safety problems in the deliberate utilization of hydrogen or in cases of its accidental leakage in technical devices. Possible modes of explosive transformation, their concentration, pressure, temperature, and geometric conditions of imple-mentation, and possible limitations are discussed. Probable scenarios of using hydrogen as fuel are evaluated. The book discusses aspects related to the combustion of pre-nonmixed and partially pre-mixed hydrogen-containing mixtures, and the consequences of explosion for ignitable clouds of hydrogen-containing systems in the atmosphere and for gas-filled cavities immersed in a liquid.

Origin of astrophysical high-energy neutrinos: new results and prospects 天体物理高能中微子的起源:新的结果和前景

High-energy neutrino astrophysics is rapidly developing, and in the last two years, new and exciting results have been obtained. Among them are the confirmation of the existence of the diffuse astrophysical neutrino flux by the new independent Baikal-GVD experiment, the discovery of the neutrino emission of our Galaxy, new confirmations of the origin of a part of astrophysical neutrinos in blazars, and much more. This brief review, based on the author's presentation at the session of the RAS Physical Science Division "Gamma quanta and neutrinos from space: what we can see now and what we need to see more", summarizes the results obtained since the publication of the review arXiv:2112.09611, and can be considered as a companion to it.
