Biomimetic Undulatory Robotic Fin Optimization Design Using Computational Fluid Dynamic Method 基于计算流体动力学方法的仿生波动机器人鳍优化设计

In our previous work, an undulating robotic fin is developed, the design of which is inspired by the pectoral fin of stingray. A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) based comparison of optimal thrust and efficiency generation among four typical fin undulating swimming models with different amplitude envelopes as well as the fin morphologic have been discussed independently. Here, we seek to complement those studies by considering the influence of reciprocal effect between swimming models and morphologic on the fin propulsion performance. The pressure distribution on fin surface was computed and integrated to provide fin forces which were decomposed into lift and thrust. From the simulation, we conclude that: the compliance of the distribution mode of fin outline with amplitude envelope can generate best propulsion effect and fastest swimming speed. These computational results are very useful for optimal design of our undulating robotic fin.

Approximation Algorithms for Multicast Routing and Wavelength Assignment in Multi-hop Optical WDM Networks 多跳光WDM网络中组播路由和波长分配的近似算法

Existing research has demonstrated that effective Routing and Wavelength Assignment (RWA) algorithm and wavelength conversion are two primary vehicles for improving the networks performance. In this paper, we consider the multicast routing and wavelength assignment problem(MC-RWA) in multi-hop optical WDM networks, where requests arrives one by one. Specially, we first analyze this problem under the objective of minimizing maximum hops, an efficient MC-RWA algorithm was proposed in this case. But for minimizing the total number of wavelength conversions, the problem turns out to be NP-hard, hence we propose an efficient approximation MC-RWA algorithm. At last, combine the the two objectives, we propose a bi-factor approximation algorithm to minimize the total wavelength conversions and the maximum hops in the system simultaneously.

Nonlinearity Shear Mode Fracture Toughness Investigation of the Original State Frozen Soil 原状冻土非线性剪切模式断裂韧性研究

In order to obtain shear-mode fracture toughness of the original(nondistributed) frozen soil which constitutive relation, water contained and temperature distribution are not distributed, a four-point banding experimental model to measure the nonlinearity fracture toughness under shear-mode loading in frozen soil was presented. The certain experimental methodology including specimen's preparation of the original state frozen soil, the precrack of frozen soil specimen, the measurement of critical crack length using dye penetrant technique, non-linearity correction factor determination and relationships between non disturbed frozen soil and disturbed frozen soil, etc. has been studied in the paper. There exist obvious differences of fracture toughness between undisturbed and disturbed soils although the samples are tested under the same conditions of initial water content, dry density and temperature. Both the experiment method of testing the nonlinear fracture toughness of the shear mode(type II) and the experimental data of the nonlinear fracture toughness for the original state frozen soil in this paper can offer the basis for the frozen soil nonlinear fracture theory research and engineering application.

Preliminary Modeling and Analysis of Workforce Supply Chain Management 劳动力供应链管理的初步建模与分析

Corporations have long been focusing on manufacturing supply chain, and developing various methods to turn raw materials into final products. Nowadays, many enterprises like IBM have realized that manpower is one of the most important and expensive inputs for different constituents of the supply chain. It's time to refocus and apply the lessons learned from optimizing your product lines to optimizing your human resource. To maintain sustainable development and to cope with the ever-changing world, researchers should study the manpower situation and navigate training needs in various industries. Hence, it is critical to optimize, through a series of strategies, policies, processes and tools, what may be called the workforce supply chain. We try to propose a preliminary network optimization model for professional service firm revenue management under an uncertain environment. Multifunctional staff's capacity allocation is emphasized. The network optimization is in a stochastic programming formulation so as to capture the randomness of the unknown demand.

The Extremum of the Frobenius Norm of Matrix 矩阵的Frobenius范数的极值

For two given matrices A and B, the extremum of the Frobenius norm of matrix B-XA is established when X is running all over the unitary matrices. By using the technique of singular value decomposition, the extremum of the Frobenius norm matrix is studied. The result shows that the matrix B-XA has extremum when X is running all over the unitary matrices and in this paper, the bounded of maximum and the minimum of the Frobenius norm is obtained.

Characteristics of Lane Changing Induced by Bus Stop and Deceleration Area 公交停车与减速区诱导变道特性研究

An extended optimal velocity traffic flow model on two lanes including a bus stop and a bus deceleration area is proposed. The fundamental diagram is classified into seven distinct traffic states with the variation of density. Two new traffic states are found. One of them shows that lane-changing occurs frequently whether in front of or behind the bus, the other shows the stop-and-go wave will appear simultaneously on both lanes. With increasing density, the lane changing region is alterable around the bus. All the characteristics can be concluded by the spatio-temporal patterns of different traffic states.

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Enterprise's Behavior of Carbon Reduction 企业碳减排行为的演化博弈分析

Low-carbon society results from the behaviors of carbon reduction that all the companies take in the long time. This paper proposes the enterprise's evolutionary model of behavior on carbon emission and studies its evolutionary path. The results show that the evolutionary result of behavior on carbon emission depends on the initial status, assets return and the return on emission rights, and the essential difference between the institution that enforces the enterprises to join in the market on emission rights and the one in which whether to join depends the companies' willings is that the former needs the rate of return on investment in carbon reduction.

A Risk Decision Method for Emergency Response Based on Cumulative Prospect Theory 基于累积前景理论的应急响应风险决策方法

Emergency decision making problem is a valuable research topic with many practical backgrounds. Although some research has been conducted, the behavior of DMs and the dependence among criteria are seldom considered in emergency decision making analysis. In this paper, a risk decision method for emergency response based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) is proposed by extending the CPT to dependent criteria. In the method, firstly, a value function with two variables is constructed by extending the value function of CPT to two dependent criteria. Then, the weighting function of CPT is used to determine the weights of possible results concerning each alternative. Thus, prospect values of alternatives are calculated by aggregating the values and weights of possible results. Furthermore, overall prospect values are obtained by aggregating the prospect values and costs of alternatives. Moreover, a ranking of alternatives is determined according to the overall prospect values. Finally, a potential application is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Introducing the behavior of DMs and the dependence among criteria into emergency decision making analysis would make the results of decision analysis more consistent with the institution of DMs, and will enhance the application value of the proposed method.

Formal Analysis and Verification of a Multimedia Messaging Service Protocol 多媒体消息服务协议的形式化分析与验证

this paper reports about the formal analysis and verification of a Multimedia Messaging Service Protocol (MMS) used by NOKIA in its products. We started with the Timed Automata models of the MMS protocol, and then we performed verifications by model-checking using the UPPAAL. The Timed Automata models of the MMS were modeled with the UPPAAL's Editor and simulated its trace by UPPAAL's Simulator, and checked its safe property using the UPPAAL's Verifier. And the result reveals the correctness of the system model.
本文报道了诺基亚在其产品中使用的多媒体消息服务协议(MMS)的形式化分析和验证。我们从MMS协议的时间自动机模型开始,然后使用UPPAAL通过模型检查进行验证。利用UPPAAL的编辑器对MMS的时间自动机模型进行建模,利用UPPAAL的模拟器对其轨迹进行仿真,并利用UPPAAL的验证器对其安全性能进行检验。结果表明了系统模型的正确性。
