Introduction. The hemorrhagic complications of Covid-19 are little described in the literature, although it potentiates the severity of the disease. We report three cases of spontaneous hematomas occurring in patients with Covid-19. Objectives. Our objectives are to warn of these bleeding complications and to describe the aspects on imaging. Observations. The first patient presented with abdominal pain on the tenth day of the course of the SARS-CoV-2 infection. The abdominal ultrasound showed a left hypogastric hematoma, confirmed by the CT scan, responsible for bladder compression at the origin of a bilateral hydronephrosis. Surgical removal of the hematoma was performed. The second case concerned a woman with abdominal pain and a large pelvic mass. The CT scan revealed a right hypogastric hematoma compressing the urinary tract. The third patient was a man referred for a right lateral thoracic swelling, whose ultrasound confirmed a large hematoma. Conclusion. Bleeding complications with large deep or parietal hematoma may occur during the management of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
