At present, the role of financial supporting to the integration and innovative development of Cultural tourism industry has gradually emerged in China. The integrated development of national Cultural tourism finance has achieved initial results, and the specialization of Cultural tourism financial services, the diversification of capital channels and the perfection of Cultural tourism financial system have been further improved. However, the imperfect problems such as credit rating policy of Cultural tourism enterprises, Cultural tourism financial information integration and risk control mechanism, Cultural tourism element evaluation system and so on are still prominent. It is suggested that the government should focus on guiding the construction of the credit system of Cultural tourism enterprises, comprehensively promote the construction and application of Cultural tourism financial big data platform, vigorously improve the diversified risk compensation mechanism of Cultural tourism industry financing, and promote the evaluation of Cultural tourism industry and the mortgage financing of intangible assets.

The current global economic development is stagnant due to the impact of COVID-19. The formulation of an active and reasonable economic development plan that seeks to make progress in stability can promote high-quality economic growth. As a gateway to the opening up of my country's southeast coast, Fujian is an important province with rapid economic development in recent years. Therefore, studying the influencing factors of Fujian's GDP is of great significance to the implementation of various policies. This paper uses the principal component analysis method, based on the data of Fujian Province from 2010 to 2018, and selects 16 indicators in four dimensions to construct an economic development indicator system to measure and evaluate the comprehensive development level of Fujian Province. Research has shown that the economic situation of Fujian Province is changing from high-speed growth to high-quality growth, and there has been a significant improvement in economic development, scientific research and innovation, and there is still room for improvement in cultural education and sanitation. This article starts with the degree of influence, and puts forward a series of suggestions on the more influential aspects, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the future economic development of Fujian Province.

Compared with other types of ion batteries, lithium-ion batteries have great advantages in specific capacity, self-discharge rate, performance and price. Therefore, lithium-ion batteries have developed rapidly and are widely used in aerospace, portable equipment and so on.The rul prediction method of lithium-ion battery is developing from experimental reliability to practical reliability, expanding the application scope of the prediction method and ensuring reliable ex ante maintenance, which can not only ensure the safety of personnel, property and equipment in civil use. There are two main methods for rul prediction of lithium-ion battery: one is to build a capacity decline model based on the internal electrochemical mechanism of the battery, Due to the complex internal chemical mechanism of the battery, the differences between the same batch of batteries lead to its application limitations; The second is the data-driven method. Through the extraction of parameters in the process of battery operation, such as voltage and current, support vector machine, artificial neural network and other methods are used for prediction. From the prediction results, the data-driven method has high precision and wide application. It is the mainstream research method at present.It is of great significance to accurately determine the health status of lithium-ion batteries. To address the problem that the prediction of a single limit learning machine algorithm is prone to jumping, the method of using artificial fish swarm optimization to optimize the limit learning machine is proposed to try its best to predict the model of the remaining life of lithium-ion batteries. Firstly, the isovoltage discharge time is extracted as an indirect health factor, then the limit learning machine is optimised using the artificial fish swarm algorithm to build an indirect prediction model for the remaining life of Li-ion batteries, and finally a validation evaluation is carried out based on the NASA dataset B0005-B0006. The experimental results show that the proposed model predicts stable prediction results with high accuracy and small error in prediction results.

Based on the sample data of listed companies on China's SME Board, this paper empirically tests whether there is financing constraint on listed companies on China's SME Board by using the financing constraint model proposed by Almeida et al. (2004), and further analyzes the impact of financial development on listed companies' financing constraint.The empirical results show that listed companies in China are facing different degrees of financing constraints, and the progress of financial development level can alleviate the financing constraints of listed companies. Finally, relevant policy suggestions are put forward accordingly.

The Miao nationality is a special nationality in Chinese history, which has a long history but suffered a lot. Its unique religious beliefs, customs, aesthetic concepts and so on have formed the most unique cultural landscape of the Miao nationality. Religious belief is not only the origin of primitive aesthetic culture, but also the core of Miao people's spiritual life. Religion integrates the long history, culture, custom and art of Miao nationality, and forms its unique aesthetic characteristics through the rituals, costumes, songs and dances in daily life, festivals and sacrifices. It transmits a strong and profound aesthetic style, and becomes the most sacred core force to guide the spirit and soul of Miao people. The purpose of this paper is to study the interaction between Miao aesthetic culture and religion from the perspective of ecological aesthetics. This paper uses literature review method and interdisciplinary method to summarize the Miao religious culture, uses questionnaire survey French field work method, and studies the interaction between Miao aesthetic culture and religion from the perspective of ecological aesthetics. This paper analyzes the religious implication, religious belief and aesthetic consciousness in ecological aesthetics. Among them, religious culture has the biggest influence on festival celebration, accounting for 73%, and the religious beauty accounts for 81%. The research results show that the religious belief of Miao nationality has a crucial and decisive catalytic effect on the formation of aesthetic concept of Miao nationality. With time, the religious belief of Miao nationality has played an important and decisive role in promoting the formation of aesthetic concept of Miao nationality the accumulation has become the core of Miao culture.

Oxidative desulfurization has been widely used in the desulfurization process for petroleum production. But conventional oxidative desulfurization catalyst was low desulfurization efficiency, low recycle use, and the mechanism was unclear. In this work, polyacrylamide (PAM) was first used in the loading of heteropolyacids and was used in oxidative desulfurization, which was prepared by simple reaction of each of the heteropolyacids and PAM. The optimal process condition for the catalyst was chosen by the single factor experiment. The optimal condition was as follows: the temperature was 60°C, the amount of the catalyst was 0.2 g, the oxygen to sulfur ratio was 16, and the reaction time is 100 minutes. Besides, the cycle use experiment indicated the desulfurization efficiency was high after 10 times. In the end, the oxidative desulfurization mechanism was put forward. The catalyst had a good industrial development prospect.

The purpose of this paper is to study the perspective of cultural differences between English and Chinese idioms translation, this paper analyzes the method and skill of English and Chinese idioms translation, adopt the method of research experiment analyzed the influence of cultural differences on English and Chinese idioms translation, in the process of English and Chinese idioms translation now have some problems, for example, analysis, and puts forward some Suggestions. It is hoped that the translation of idioms can be considered from the perspective of cultural differences and the principle of translation should be followed to make the translation not only convey the meaning but also convey the essence to the greatest extent. According to the survey data, 80% of the scholars not only need a certain cultural basis as the background, but also show a kind of cultural difference, which has an important impact on the translation of English and Chinese idioms. Only by understanding the differences and unity of English and Chinese culture in a practical way, can idiom translation become more fluent in a real sense.
