The problem of stunted growth is one of the nutritional problems of the Indonesian nation. Stunting is nutritional status based on the PB/U or TB/U index wherein anthropometric standards for assessing children's nutritional status, the measurement results are at the threshold. Stunting that has occurred, if not balanced with catch-up growth (growth of work) will result in decreased growth. The problem of stunting is a public health problem that is associated with an increased risk of illness, death, and barriers to growth, both motor and mental. Seeing the dangers caused by stunting, the village midwife is committed to handling and reducing the prevalence of stunting which was discussed through interviews about stunting interventions held with KPM members for the acceleration of stunting management in 2022 for 30 days in Tlogo village. That the socialization discussed the need to strengthen coordination and expand the scope of programs carried out by members of the 2022 TbR KPM and also focus on reviewing the policy of the nutrition improvement movement as evidenced in the first 1000 days of a baby's life in the Tlogo an area called Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN). It aims to improve the quality of the program in order to reduce the stunting rate in each region according to the records of the village/village midwife.

Pesantren as an educational institution as well as a religious institution is quite interesting to observe from various sides, including leadership. The purpose of this service is to develop boarding school administrators about leadership in Islam according to the Qur'an and Hadith at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi to strengthen the potential of students in leading. The importance of knowledge and understanding of students regarding leadership becomes a guide for students when interacting with the community.

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are institutions that become the driving force of the community's economy, as well as BUMDes Mitra Mandiri Karangdoro Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. Therefore, assistance is needed so that BUMDes provide benefits to the community. This assistance needs to be carried out considering that BUMDes Mitra Mandiri has never received assistance, especially in the preparation of AD/ART. The method used in this assistance is a service model with a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach. From this assistance, it was concluded that assistance in the preparation of AD/ART is very necessary, considering that AD/ART is the basis for running BUMDes. In addition, the existence of BUMDes can support the improvement of the economy and the welfare of the community / village residents.

Empeworment activities are used to facilitate local people in their planning, to decide and manage local resources to make them have the ability to make sustainable use of upholstery. Potential in the village of Pucangrejo in one of the rice plants. Seeing that potential I plan to make processed rice out of rice. This food can be described as rice cracker, developed in various shapes and flavors. The creative economy is a concept to realize sustainable economic development creatively based, in this case a dependable creative human resource. The objectives of this service work program are 1) Maximizing a comprehensive understanding of financial management using the excel system for BUMDes managers; 2) BUMDes managers can use the excel system to make it easier and save time in terms of service and bookkeeping for each transaction. This service is carried out in the savings and loan business unit that manages the TAMARA BUMDes, Tamansari Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. The approach used is the PAR approach. The results of the service prove that the use of the excel financial system can make it easier for BUMDes managers of savings and loan units so that they can avoid mistakes and make financial transactions easier.
