The purpose of this study was to improve the activities and learning outcomes of the Islamic creed on the beauty of al-asmaa al-husna through the type of make a match cooperative learning model class IV MIN 10 Aceh Besar in the academic year 2018/2019. The learning model used in this classroom action research is a make a match type of cooperative learning model. The subjects of this classroom action research were students in class IV MIN Aceh Besar. The number of students is 25 students with 13 male students and 12 female students. This class action research was conducted in the 2018/2019 school year. This class action research was conducted in a period of 3 months, from July 2018 to September 2018 in odd semester. The methodology of this research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observa-tion and reflection. The research procedure consisted of pre-research, planning cycle one, implementing cycle one, observing cycle one, reflection cycle one, planning cycle two, implementing cycle action two, observing cycle two and reflection cycle two. Data collection techniques were performed using tests, observation of teacher skills, observation of student activities and student questionnaire responses. Test scores are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using the question instrument (written test). Observation data is done by looking at student activity and teacher skills in the learning process. Student response data obtained through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage descriptive statis-tics. The results showed that: 1) an increase in completeness of student learning outcomes from 52% in pre-study increased to 68% in the first cycle and increased to 92% in the second cycle. 2) Teacher skills have increased from 76% and increased to 88% 3) Student learning activities have increased from 76.67% and increased to 93.33%, 4) Positive student responses to teaching and learning activities using the make type cooperative learning model a match. Then it can be concluded that through the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model increases the activities and learning outcomes of the Morals of the fourth grade students of MIN 10 Aceh Besar in the year

This study aims to improve the ability to find the main ideas of paragraphs in class V-C students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out through 2 cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. Based on the results of observations in the field the ability of students to find the main idea of the paragraph is still low. Most teachers do not use a fun learning mod-el. The situation has the potential to cause boredom and reduce student interest in learning. Based on the description above through this research is expected to improve student learning outcomes and increase teacher creativity in teaching. This study uses the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composi-tion) learning model. This research was carried out in MIN 10 Aceh Besar in class V-C students with a total of 25 students consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. Based on the results of re-search conducted using the CIRC learning model an increase in student activity and learning outcomes in finding the main ideas of the paragraphs during the learning process takes place starting from cycle I to cycle II. This is proven, in the first cycle there are still many students who still feel confused in find-ing the main idea of the paragraph obtained in the first cycle 16 students (64.00%) are complete and 9 students (36.00%) have not finished with an average value of 70.80. Cycle II increased to 20 (80.00%) students who completed and those who did not complete 5 (20.00%) students with an average score of 81.20. From the implementation of the PTK cycle 1 and cycle II it can be concluded that learning by using the CIRC model can improve student learning outcomes and activities in Indonesian subjects in V-C MIN 10 Aceh Besar class students.

The problem in this School Action Research (PTS) is the understanding of classroom teachers in the preparation of the 2013 Curriculum RPP is still far from expectations. There are several things that be-come obstacles including: (1) The creativity and innovation of classroom teachers is relatively low; (2) Teachers still adopt the example RPP from KTSP 2006; where there are still competency standards found in the content standards not in the syllabus; (3) Learning objectives have not been arranged logi-cally; (4) the flow of the learning implementation plan prepared has not been based on a scientific ap-proach and has not shown the stages of exploration, elaboration and confirmation activities, so that the lesson plans are made less meaningful; and (5) An authentic assessment plan is not yet visible, and so on. This requires efforts to improve the quality, guidance, motivation and direction of the School Princi-pal. This study intends to describe the efforts to improve the ability of MIN 1 grade teachers in South-east Aceh as many as 3 representatives of class teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Based on Scientific Approaches through academic supervision activities. Academic supervision is a coaching model conducted by the Principal to the teacher to help solve problems related to learning activities so that the quality of learning can be achieved optimally. Madrasah Action Research (PTM) includes quantitative research using Comparative Descriptive Analysis by comparing the results of the initial conditions with the results of Cycle I local level upgrading techniques (In House Training) and the results of Cycle II with personal conversation techniques. The procedures performed in this study in-clude planning, implementing actions, observations and reflections that are recycled or cyclical. This research was conducted in two cycles. The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Pre-Cycle conditions was 71.66 (less category). The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle I was 86.33 (good category). Increased results of Cycle I compared to initial conditions was 18%. While the average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle II is 98.66 (very good catego-ry). The increase in the results of Cycle II compared to the results of Cycle I was 12.33%. Thus, aca-demic supervision can improve the ability of MIN 1 Aceh Tenggara class teachers in the preparation of a lesson plan based on a scientific approach significantly.

The purpose of this study was to improve the activity and learning outcomes of Fiqh in the testamentary materials of students of class XI IPS-2 MAN 4 Bireuen. The model used in this study is the Problem Posing learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS-2 MAN 4 Bireuen. The number of students is 32 students with 18 male students and 14 female students. This research was con-ducted in the 2017/2018 school year, within a period of 3 months, from February 2018 to April 2018 in the even semester. The methodology of this research is classroom action research consisting of two cy-cles and each cycle consists of two meetings. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, obser-vation and reflection. The research procedure consisted of pre-research, planning cycle one, implement-ing cycle one, observing cycle one, reflection cycle one, planning cycle two, implementing cycle action two, observing cycle two and reflection cycle two. Data collection technique is to collect the value of the test carried out at the end of each learning in each cycle using the question instrument (written test). Ob-servation data is done by looking at the activeness of students in the learning process. Data were ana-lyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that an increase in completeness of student learning outcomes from 37.50% in the pre-study increased to 62.50% in the first cycle and increased to 87.50% in the second cycle. Student learning activities have increased from enough categories to be good and good categories increased to very good. The application of the Problem Posing learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of Fiqh in the testament materials of students of class XI IPS-2 MAN 4 Bireuen 2017/2018 Academic Year.

The learning model used in this study is the NHT cooperative type. The subjects of this study were students of class I MIN 10 Aceh Besar. The number of students is 23 students with 11 male students and 12 female students. This research was conducted in the 2019/2020 school year within a period of 3 months, from September 2019 to November 2019 in the odd semester. The methodology of this research is Classroom Action Re-search (CAR) consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection technique is to collect the value of the test carried out at the end of each learning in each cycle using the question instrument (written test). Observation data is done by looking at the activeness of students in the learning process. Data were ana-lyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that an increase in student learning activities in both cycles, from the category of being good enough and the good category increasing to very good. Completeness of student learning outcomes has increased from 43.48% in the pre cycle increased to 65.22% in the first cycle and increased to 82.61% in the second cycle. The use of the NHT Cooperative Model can increase the activities and learning outcomes of Mathematics in the Summing and subtraction count numbers of students in class I MIN 10 Aceh Besar in the Academic Year 2019/2020.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to use the school environment as a source of learning through Teacher Working Group (KKG) discussions and to improve learning methods ap-plied in schools so as to increase creativity, motivation and student learning outcomes. The subjects of this School Action Research are all class teachers at MIS Meunasah Teungoh in the 2019/2020 Academ-ic Year with a total of 18 teachers. The number of male teachers is 5 people and female teachers are 13 people. This School Action Research was conducted in the 2019/2020 Academic year. This School Ac-tion Research was conducted in 3 months, from August to October 2019 in odd semester. The data ob-tained came from MIS Meunasah Teungoh class teacher in 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research is a School Action Research consisting of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. The data collection technique is carried out by supervising the school principal for the teacher or conducting class visits, evaluating the teacher's preparation for taking part in the guidance of learning to use Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Assessing the results of observations, learning scenarios and learning implementation in utilizing the school environment as a source of learning through the Teacher Working Group (KKG) discussion. Data collection techniques are through the supervision list of princi-pals. Data analysis was performed descriptively qualitatively by observation and reflection through ob-servation of learning scenarios and learning implementation. The research procedure consisted of Cycle I and Cycle II. The results showed, the average value of the increase in the ability of teachers to use the school environment as a source of learning is the average value of the observation results of the discus-sion activity 79.85 in Cycle I to 89.00 in Cycle II there was an increase of 9.15. In the activity of prepar-ing learning scenarios the average value of 80.71 in Cycle I to 91.42 in Cycle II there was an increase of 10.71. Learning activities or in the teaching and learning process the average value of 77.61 in Cycle I to 87.14 in Cycle II, there was an increase of 9.53.

Based on observations of the MIN 10 Aceh Barat Daya teacher's competence in compiling school action The purpose of this study is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of mathematics in the mate-rial arithmetic operations of fourth grade students MIN 1 Southwest Aceh. The study was conducted at MIN 1 Aceh Barat Daya. The model used in this study is the Open Ended Learning model. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students MIN 1 Southwest Aceh. The number of students is 33 students with a total of 16 male students and 17 female students. This research was conducted in the 2017/2018 school year within a period of 3 months, namely from August 2017 to October 2017 in the odd semester. The methodology of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research procedure consisted of pre-research, planning cycle one, implementing cycle one, observ-ing cycle one, reflection cycle one, planning cycle two, implementing cycle action two, observing cycle two and reflection cycle two. Data collection technique is to collect the value of the test carried out at the end of each learning in each cycle using the question instrument (written test). Based on the description that has been stated above, it can be concluded that the application of the Open Ended Learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of mathematics in the material arithmetic operations of fourth grade students MIN 1 Southwest Aceh 2017/2018 Academic Year. in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) increased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

The purpose of this study is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in the material special features of living things through the application of the Discovery Learning model of class VI MIN 8 students in Southwest Aceh 2018/2019 Academic Year. The learning model used in this study is the Discovery Learning model. The subjects of this classroom action research were students in class VI MIN 8 Aceh Barat Daya. The number of students is 27 students with 15 male students and 12 female students. Based on observations of the MIN 10 Aceh Barat Daya teacher's competence in compiling school action research reports, it was found that the teacher's professional competence in compiling classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving teacher professional competence in developing classroom action research reports through a mentoring model based on CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. This research is a School Action Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 MIN 10 Southwestern Aceh teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK development can improve the ability of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's professional competence in preparing the class action research report in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) increased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

This research is a School Action Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 MIN 10 Southwestern Aceh teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK development can improve the ability of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. This Classroom Action Research discusses the use of the Drill method to improve class IV student learning outcomes in the Hadith Qur'an subjects. His study was motivated by the low ability to memo-rize the Qur'an's Hadith students. This study is intended to answer the problem: (1) Whether the Drill method can improve student learning outcomes in the Al-Quran Hadith subject material Q.S. An-Nasr and Al-Kautsar class IV at MIN 8 Southwest Aceh 2018/2019 Academic Year ?. This type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research with the nature of CAR carried out independently, which means researchers conduct CAR without collaboration with other teachers, but only involve 1 peer teacher to make observations during the teaching and learning process. Data collection methods used are documentation, observation and test methods. The study was conducted using 2 cycles with the steps of planning, implementing action, observation and reflection. To determine the effectiveness of the Drill method using descriptive analysis techniques. This study shows that learning the subject of the Qur'an in the Hadith Q.S. An-Nasr and Al-Kautsar by using the Drill method can improve student learn-ing outcomes in MIN 8 Southwest Aceh. This can be seen from before the pre cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II an increase in student learning outcomes. the percentage of mastery learning from pre Cycle 41.66%, in Cycle I increased to 62.50% and in Cycle II increased to 83.33%. So there is no need to continue in the next cycle because the KKM and the percentage of completeness have been reached. These findings can be used as material for consideration or input for the school in conducting school quality improve-ment with the improvement of student achievement. For the advice I can convey is that the teacher in carrying out the learning of the Qur'anic Subjects of Hadith is expected to be able to use various learning methods that are tailored to the material being taught, so as to create a pleasant learning atmosphere that can ultimately improve student learning outcomes. Then students should have confidence so that they do not feel afraid to memorize in front of the teacher. In essence, the Drill method can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of the Qur'an Hadith material Q.S. An-Nasr and Al-Kautsar class IV MIN 8 Aceh Barat Daya 2018/2019 Academic Year.
