A Low Overhead Feedback Scheme of Channel Covariance Matrix for Massive MIMO Systems 大规模MIMO系统中信道协方差矩阵的低开销反馈方案

In this paper, we propose a feedback scheme of a channel covariance matrix with low overhead for massive multiple-input multiple-output systems. The proposed scheme decomposes the channel covariance matrix into the phase and amplitude parts. For the phase part, the element-wise uniform scalar quantization is performed. For the amplitude part, the following feedback information is generated: a bitmap which denotes a sign of difference between adjacent elements, the first value, an increment, and a decrement. To calculate the elements of the amplitude part, starting from the first value, when a bitmap is 1, the increment is added, otherwise the decrement is added. Simulation results show that the feedback overhead of the proposed scheme can be significantly reduced from 1.92% to 48.33% while the performance of mean square error can be maintained with that of the conventional scheme.

Indoor Semantic Segmentation for Robot Navigating on Mobile 移动机器人导航的室内语义分割

In recent years, there have been many successes of using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs) in the task of pixel-level classification (also called “semantic image segmentation”). The advances in DCNN have led to the development of autonomous vehicles that can drive with no driver controls by using sensors like camera, LiDAR, etc. In this paper, we propose a practical method to implement autonomous indoor navigation based on semantic image segmentation using state-of-the-art performance model on mobile devices, especially Android devices. We apply a system called ‘Mobile DeepLabv3’, which uses atrous convolution when applying semantic image segmentation by using MobileNetV2 as a network backbone. The ADE20K dataset is used to train our models specific to indoor environments. Since this model is for robot navigating, we re-label 150 classes into 20 classes in order to easily classify obstacles and road. We evaluate the trade-offs between accuracy and computational complexity, as well as actual latency and the number of parameters of the trained models.

Small Drone Development for Public Service Relating to Korean PPI 与韩国PPI相关的公共服务小型无人机开发

Public Procurement for Innovation (PPI) facilitates making new market in the public sector with the government procuring power [1] [2]. In order to make initial market for public service, the R&D program of MSIT is being advanced collaborated with the PPI process of PPS. In this paper, I introduced the small drone development program for PPI in Korea and explained the process and results of each stage.

Convolutional Autoencoder-Based Sensor Fault Classification 基于卷积自编码器的传感器故障分类

Automation machines perform not only simple operations but also operations requiring high accuracy. Sensors are essential to carry out the delicate operations. Therefore if there is a fault in sensors the machine can malfunction and the process-line will be damaged. To prevent this sensors should be monitored and diagnosed in real time. In the paper we propose a convolutional autoencoder-based sensor fault classification scheme in which time-domain statistical features and convolutional autoencoder features of sensor data are both utilized to classify types of sensor faults. Through simulation it is shown that the proposed scheme can improve classification performance of the sensor faults.

High-Level Architectural Design of Management System for the Internet of Underwater Things 水下物联网管理系统高层架构设计

High-level seamless interconnecting network community is able to make a service for using sufficiently network resources. In order to integrate services and devices discovery opportunity for using the Internet of Things (IoT) possibility. Such as a number of integration in IoT devices and services, they are requiring available management system. Indeed, Network Management System (NMS) is the ability of monitoring, managing and optimizing of the network. In order to processing management system which is efficiently optimizing resource consumptions and reducing the cost of services. The NMS is an application layer protocol and set of system components. This paper represents management system role and integrating the terrestrial system to the constraint environment. Based on high-level system architecture model designing, and using management mechanism for the Internet of Underwater Things (IoUT). Moreover, topological discovery algorithm helps to improve management services and adjusting an underwater environment.

The modern large industrial enterprises are faced with the problem of collecting, centralized storage and intellectual analysis of a large volume of production data with the goal of timely output of control actions, including in real time. The paper focuses on a web-oriented distributed metallurgical enterprise information system designed to support decision making with the help of data mining and simulation of multi-agent resource conversion processes. In order to support the optimization of production processes, a hybrid decision-making method based on a simulation-genetic algorithm is proposed. The hybrid method is implemented in the modeling subsystem of the metallurgical enterprise information system. The application of the method in solving the problem of the enterprise organizational processes optimization made it possible to develop concrete practical recommendations.

Consideration of Constraints in Communication Terminal Devices Due to an Installed Environment of Sensor Networks 传感器网络安装环境对通信终端设备约束的考虑

Sensors are used to obtain information from a controlled target. We need to review terminal devices needed for a wireless system considered when constructing the sensor networks. This is a study of communication conditions and constraints of the terminal devices from the installed applied environments of the sensor. This will help us review some of the expected applications and limitations before mass installation of the device.

Convolution Neural Network-Based Spectrum Sensing for Cognitive Radio Systems Using USRP with GNU Radio 基于卷积神经网络的认知无线电系统频谱感知

Spectrum sensing is the core technology in cognitive radio systems to find the available channel. In spectrum sensing, the energy detection has a disadvantage that it is difficult to detect the signal of the primary user in the low SNR. In this paper, we use a convolution neural network to enhance the performance in low SNR. For the practical test, the proposed scheme is implemented with Universal Software Radio Peripheral National Instruments 2900 devices. The experimental results of the proposed scheme are compared with the energy detection using accuracy metric according to SNR. With simulation results, we demonstrate that the proposed scheme shows much better performance in low SNR.

In spectrum sensing, the energy detection has a disadvantage that it is difficult to detect the signal of the primary user in the low SNR. In this paper, we use a convolution neural network to enhance the performance in low SNR. For the practical test, the proposed scheme is implemented with Universal Software Radio Peripheral National Instruments 2900 devices. The experimental results of the proposed scheme are compared with the energy detection using accuracy metric according to SNR. Integration of Multiple IP Domains in Low-Cost and Security-Oriented Small Networks 面向低成本和安全的小型网络中多IP域的集成

This paper has two main aims. The first is to reduce hardware management-related issues when working with complex networks, such as a lack of flexibility and scalability with regard to global configuration changes. The second is to create a communication library that provides programmable network function virtualization, helping to achieve the first aim. Specifically, we target low-cost, security-oriented networks that use broadband routers as L3 switches. When such networks have multiple IP domains between the external gateway and internal networks, domains that are lower in the hierarchy become more secure, but at the cost of flexibility. Our proposed system architecture aims to increase communication flexibility in such networks without requiring complex encapsulation and achieves this goal via a practical method that does not change the packet size. Finally, we conduct tests using an experimental implementation of the system, demonstrating its scalability.
