Eksploratory Faktor Analisis Pengembangan Layanan Pariwisata Digital Penelitian Kualitatif dengan Metode Theme Analytic 探索性是用主题分析方法分析数字旅游服务发展的分析因素

Tourism is one of the important factors supporting Indonesia's economy. The development of digital tourism services is an important breakthrough to enhance the development of tourism. This can create brand awareness, engagement, sales and even loyalty.The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factors affecting the reception and use of digital services. Sampling with Purpose Sampling technique, using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Theme Analytic method.The results showed Performance Expectancy the dominant factor is Helping the Purchasing Process (51.72%), Effort Expectancy the dominant factor is Feeling Expert (45.06%), Social Influence the dominant factor is Social Factors using digital services (77.14%), Facilitating Conditions the dominant factor is Resource Availability (68.06%), Habit the dominant factor is Implementation behavior (68.68%), Perceive Risk the dominant factor is Performance Loss Risk (52.8%), Perceive Convenience the dominant factor is Comfort Using (31.05% ) and the Trush the dominant factor is Ability Provider (48.37%).The key to the success of floating digital services is to truly meet the requirements of digital consumer buying behavior which is an important factor in the concept of Market Driven in the industrial era 4.0. It is necessary to test the validation of digital tourism services to measure the level of acceptance and improvement programs.
旅游业是支撑印尼经济的重要因素之一。发展数字旅游服务是提升旅游业发展的重要突破口。这可以提高品牌知名度、参与度、销量,甚至忠诚度。本研究的目的是确定影响接收和使用数字服务的主要因素。抽样技术,使用观察、访谈、问卷调查和文件。采用主题分析法对所得数据进行分析。结果表明:绩效期望的主导因素是帮助购买过程(51.72%),努力期望的主导因素是感觉专家(45.06%),社会影响的主导因素是使用数字服务的社会因素(77.14%),便利条件的主导因素是资源可用性(68.06%),习惯的主导因素是实施行为(68.68%),感知风险的主导因素是绩效损失风险(52.8%),感知便利的主导因素是舒适使用(31.05%),信任的主导因素是能力提供者(48.37%)。浮动数字服务成功的关键是真正满足数字消费者购买行为的要求,这是工业4.0时代市场驱动概念的重要因素。有必要对数字旅游服务的有效性进行测试,以衡量其接受程度和改进方案。

Media Sosial Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Kunjung Museum Foto 3D Amazing Art World 社交媒体促进了对神奇艺术世界3D照片博物馆的兴趣

This research is to increase visitor interest in the Amazing Art World Bandung 3D Photo Museum through social media. Amazing Art World 3D Photo Museum is a tourist attraction in Bandung that has artistic content. This photo museum also carries the concept of 3D Amazing Art World and is the largest 3D photo museum in the world. Amazing Art World 3D Photo Museum has made various innovations to market this recreational service, one of which is using social media, but until now the number of visitors is still not as expected. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques carried out using purposive sampling with respondents 96 people as Instagram social active users. The results show that the current level of social media at the Amazing Art World 3D Photo Museum has not yet increased interest in visiting, with the result of its influence being still low because photos on social media still do not communicate optimally.
本研究旨在透过社交媒体,提高参观者对万隆3D摄影博物馆的兴趣。神奇艺术世界3D照片博物馆是万隆的一个具有艺术内容的旅游景点。这个照片博物馆也承载了3D神奇艺术世界的概念,是世界上最大的3D照片博物馆。神奇艺术世界3D照片博物馆为推广这项娱乐服务做出了各种创新,其中之一就是使用社交媒体,但到目前为止,游客数量仍未达到预期。本研究采用定量研究方法和数据收集技术,使用有目的的抽样对96名受访者作为Instagram社交活跃用户进行了调查。结果显示,目前惊人艺术世界3D照片博物馆的社交媒体水平还没有提高参观兴趣,其影响仍然很低,因为社交媒体上的照片仍然没有达到最佳的沟通。

Strategi Pricing Policy Dalam Menarik Minat Wisatawan 吸引游客的个性化政策

Mekarsari Fruit Park Bogor is one of the largest conservation centers for the biodiversity of tropical fruits in the world, especially the types of superior fruits collected from all regions in Indonesia, as well as a place for cultivation research (agronomy), breeding and propagation of superior seeds to then be disseminated to farmers and the general public.This research is descriptive-verifikative type, while the sampling technique used is incindental sampling with 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test using test of coefficient of determination analysis ( , partial test (T test). This research was assisted with classical assumption test which consisting of normality test and autoceration test. From the statistical test result, it was known that pricing policy also had positive and significant influence to tourist interest with regency coefficient equal to 0.793, besides tourism product and pricing policy influence to tourist interest in Taman Buah Mekarsari equal to 62,9 %.
