This research aims to develop a training program to develop the skills of practitioners on the use of digital therapeutic intervention to deal with the individual problems of university youth. The wrong use of technology and its modern technologies, as well as qualifying it for therapeutic intervention through digital applications, while at the same time preserving the values, customs and traditions of society and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. The most important concepts in research such as the training program; professional skills; digital therapeutic intervention; social casework. This research belongs to quasi-experimental research in social work, where the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach "designing the pre and post experiment" by using one experimental group. Digital (prepared by the researcher). The research was applied to practitioners working in university youth welfare departments at Assiut University, whose number reached ( ). The research found that the standard deviation of the study sample in the tribal measurement is ( ), while the standard deviation of the same sample in the post measurement is ( ), and the arithmetic mean of the study sample in the tribal measurement is ( ), while The arithmetic mean of the study sample in the post-measurement is ( ), which shows that there are significant statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the tribal and remote measurements of digital social service skills, and this confirms the existence of the effectiveness of the training program in serving the individual and developing the skills of practitioners working in departments Youth care has to use digital social service skills represented in, digital therapeutic intervention skill, digital follow-up skill.

This research aims to determine the requirements for skills to develop digital practical skills in social work in the field of dealing with youth problems, social relations, family social relations or their academic achievement. Communication forms and customer data. And the most important concepts in research such as digital skill development, digital in social casework. This research belongs to the descriptive research in social work, where the researcher used in the current research on the method the social survey of specialists working in youth care departments at Assiut University and their strength is ( ) social workers. The research tool also included a form for the requirements of developing the skills of practitioners to use digital technologies in social casework. The results of the research reached the most important requirements necessary to develop the skills of practitioners to use digital technologies in the field of youth care at Assiut University, which were arranged in descending order as follows: the requirements of digital registration in the social casework, and the requirements of digital follow-up in the social casework.
