This research aims to develop a training program to develop the skills of practitioners on the use of digital therapeutic intervention to deal with the individual problems of university youth. The wrong use of technology and its modern technologies, as well as qualifying it for therapeutic intervention through digital applications, while at the same time preserving the values, customs and traditions of society and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. The most important concepts in research such as the training program; professional skills; digital therapeutic intervention; social casework. This research belongs to quasi-experimental research in social work, where the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach "designing the pre and post experiment" by using one experimental group. Digital (prepared by the researcher). The research was applied to practitioners working in university youth welfare departments at Assiut University, whose number reached ( ). The research found that the standard deviation of the study sample in the tribal measurement is ( ), while the standard deviation of the same sample in the post measurement is ( ), and the arithmetic mean of the study sample in the tribal measurement is ( ), while The arithmetic mean of the study sample in the post-measurement is ( ), which shows that there are significant statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the tribal and remote measurements of digital social service skills, and this confirms the existence of the effectiveness of the training program in serving the individual and developing the skills of practitioners working in departments Youth care has to use digital social service skills represented in, digital therapeutic intervention skill, digital follow-up skill.
