How to determine Chinese characters' nature scientifically involves the construction and understanding of the system of Chinese characters, which has been academic circles' focal point ever since the 20th century with great differences. The nature of Chinese characters is the core of the research on the basic theory of Chinese characters. In this paper, five representative viewpoints on the nature of Chinese characters are analysed. From the induction and analysis of various theories, it can be seen that Chinese characters' different stages have their own characteristics, thus summarizing Chinese characters' essential characteristics, and expounding one's own shallow understanding of this problem.

Language is the carrier of culture. This paper explores the differences between Chinese and English greetings reflected from the purpose, function, applicable occasions and linguistic features of greetings. Chinese people like to live together and help each other. They are close to each other and tend to greet each other by caring about each other’s food, clothing, housing and transportation in the form of interrogative sentences. In contrast, British people and Americans emphasize individualism, and their personal interests are higher than those of the collective, even higher than those of the state. English greetings do not involve personal privacy such as personal age, work, career, family and emotion. Chinese people are more implicit in expressing their ideas, and they focus on curved thinking. They are inclined to lay the groundwork one by one and express their own views at the end. Westerners focus on straight-line thinking, like to be frank and open to express their ideas. Western greetings often begin with talking about the weather and praising the other party. The author believes that in the process of cross-cultural greetings, Chinese English learners should be familiar with the cultural differences behind the greetings in English and Chinese, take into account the communication objects, avoid Chinese thinking, and thus enhance the friendship between the two sides.

At present, the state and universities attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is clearly pointed out that deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education is an urgent need for the state to implement innovation-driven development strategy and promote the quality, efficiency and upgrading of the economy. It is also an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote higher quality entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates. Combined with my major, the author specially collects and sorts out the teaching mode and content information of existing relevant schools and relevant majors, and at the same time, has a targeted understanding of the requirements of relevant industries for practitioners. The author hopes that the summary of this survey can provide some basis and foundation for the improvement of school education mode in the future.

Culture is the accumulation of various nationalities through a long history, each national culture has its own characteristics due to regional differences. Due to the great differences between different cultures, misunderstandings often occur in the process of cultural communication, which may cause unnecessary troubles. Therefore, the importance of the intercultural communication is self-evident. There are many ways to learn about intercultural communication knowledge, and The GuaSha Treatment is a work that is worth further study to express the cultural association and conflict between China and the United States. The direct communication and collision of different cultures directly expressed by the works provides a case for intercultural communication in our reality. This paper will take the film as a starting point and expound the cultural differences between China and the United States from a cross-cultural perspective, aiming to understand Chinese and American cultures in depth, improve people's intercultural communication skills, and promote the intercultural communication between China and the United States and various international cultures, and eventually to promote the cultural development and prosperity.

With the introduction of the responsibility consciousness of intangible cultural heritage protection, China's “intangible cultural heritage” protection atmosphere appears a new look. In the propagation of China's intangible cultural heritage, organizers consciously expand intangible cultural heritage projects through artistic performances, event design, news reports, and advertising, and combine national treasures from different regions with traditional or modern expressions. As these urban activities gradually take on their own national and regional characteristics, the public will quickly realize and understand them, remember the wealth of human civilization, and deepen their impression of these cities.Facing the new era, we must firmly grasp the favorable cultural development opportunities and further accelerate the pace of socialist cultural construction. The dragon dance activity is produced in China and is a spontaneous, entertaining, and casual traditional sports. At present, the dragon dance has been rated as my country’s intangible cultural regret, and the "Dragon dance culture" in Lingnan is being hindered by urbanization developed and lacks professional dragon dance teaching. As a result, the "Dragon dance culture" has not been effectively developed recently. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the inheritance of "dragon dance culture" from exploring more "Dragon dance culture" in Lingnan, further strengthening the publicity and education of "Dragon dance culture" in Lingnan, further innovating dragon dance technology, protecting traditional culture and absorbing foreign culture, and constructing "Dragon dance culture".

Under the context of globalization, Chinese culture increasingly absorbs Western theories of humanism and feminism, while the representation of women in Chinese cinema develops throughout times. Comparing the Fifth Generation’s filmmakers and the Sixth’s Generation’s filmmakers in China, the latter are prone to construct female characters in a more humanist approach. Not only depict transgressive women, the new generation also represent female viewpoints. Unlike the Fifth Generation’s filmmakers who produced films through male perspectives, the new generation promote the audiences to assimilate the sensations of female characters. However, both generations can still hardly escape traditional frameworks of gender ideologies. Without formulating truly subversive gender politics, Chinese cinema in the 21st century is still far from achieving progressive gender representation.
