Emotion Visualization & Digitalization Model for Fragrance Creation & Evaluation 香味创作与评价的情感可视化与数字化模型

いきなり私事で恐縮だが,香料会社を経て,消費財メー カーの調香師を22年勤めた後,独立,数社の企業のコンサ ルタントパフューマーとして早6年が過ぎ,香りに携わって 30年を越してしまった.香料会社の調香師とメーカーの調 香師はどう違うのか,とよく聞かれるが,決定的に違う使命 を2つ負わされていること,と答えることにしている.1つ はメーカーのブランドを守り発展させることが第一義で, 自分の好きな香り,良い香りを作ればいい,というものでは ないこと.もう1つは,エンドユーザーつまり消費者に奉仕 すること.消費者の生活上の困りごとを自社製品で,できれ ば香りで解決する,あるいはその方法を解明し,少しでも 消費者の生活に役に立つこと.できればGame Changer (今までのルールを変えてしまうような大きな新しいルール) を発明するのが,メーカーの人間の夢で,それは調香師と いえども同じである. これから紹介する香りのみならずEmotion(感情)を可視 化するEVD(Emotion Visualization & Digitalization)は, 当時同じくメーカーの研究員であったコーセーの妹尾らの 色と香りを結び付けたテクニカルモデルに感銘を受け, 感性工学の祖,長町三生先生にご教授戴き,改良を加え, 何度も実際の商品開発を成功に導いたGame Changerであ る[1-10]. しかし近年は一企業の専属調香師と恵まれた身分ではな く,零細企業の経営者として,複数の企業の香りを実質的に ひたすら作らせて戴く仕事に追われ,なかなか研究にじっく り取り組む機会に恵まれないのが現実である.偶然に論文 投稿の機会を戴いた今,自分の今までの研究と経験をダイ ジェスト的に放出させて戴き,後に続く研究者に託したいと 思う次第である.紙面が許す限り過去の発見,今現在の知見 を羅列するが,過去の発表とも重複する内容があるのをご勘 弁戴きたい. 2. 体臭の可視化
很抱歉突然说起我的私事,我曾在香料公司工作过,后来又在消费品制造商担任了22年的调香师,之后又独立出来,在数家企业担任了6年的调香师,从事香味工作超过了30年。经常有人问我,香料公司的调香师和制造商的调香师有什么不同,我回答说,他们肩负着两个截然不同的使命:其一,保护和发展制造商的品牌是第一要义;并不是制造出自己喜欢的香味、好的香味就可以了,还有一点就是服务于最终用户,也就是消费者。用本公司的产品,尽可能用香味解决消费者生活上的困难,或者阐明这种方法,尽可能对消费者的生活有所帮助。发明改变现有规则的大型新规则是制造商的梦想,对于调香师来说也是一样的。不仅是接下来要介绍的香味,还能看到Emotion(感情)。化的EVD(Emotion Visualization & Digitalization)当时同为制造厂研究员的高丝的妹尾等人的色香味结合的技术模型感动,请感性工学的鼻祖长町三生先生教授,加以改良。多次引导实际商品开发成功的Game Changer[1-10].但近年来,他不再是一家企业的专属调香师,而是作为小型企业的经营者,实际参与了多家企业的香味。现实是,人们忙于赶工,很少有机会搞研究。现在偶然得到了论文投稿的机会,我想把自己至今为止的研究和经验大略地释放出来,托付给后续的研究者。在篇幅允许的情况下,罗列了过去的发现和现在的知识,但有与过去发表的内容重复的地方。体臭的可视化

Scent and music are acknowledged to generate physiological and psychological changes on people, and the combination of scent and music is exerted in diverse situations. However, effects and utilization of scent and music in confined resting environment have not been examined exhaustively. To investigate the effects of scent and music on people’s moods and stress in confined resting areas, towards a better understanding about the olfactory and auditory environment, we tested six combinations of scent and music. The results indicated that music hardly changed people’s stress evaluation, but had significant effects on moods. On the other hand, scent dramatically affected both moods and stress assessment. Profound comprehension about scent and music will offer further inspiration for the design of olfactory and auditory environment in confined spaces, and new knowledge and perspectives gained through this exploratory study will serve to the thorough and supplementary research in the future.

Modeling of Kansei Value Creative Processes 感性价值创造过程的建模

2007年,経済産業省が「感性価値創造イニシアティブ」を 打ち出して以来,感性価値に対する重要性が認識されてきた. 感性価値とは,生活者の感性に働きかけ共感・感動を得るこ とで顕在化する商品・サービスの価値を高める重要な要素で ある.従来工学では,感性より知識が,主観より客観が優先 され,新しい技術や高機能を実現することが成果とされてき た.しかしながら現在では,高機能な製品が必ずしも人々に 求められ,受け入れられるとは限らず,人々が真に価値を 見いだすモノやサービスの提供が必要である.そこで種々の システム,サービスなどが人それぞれの感性,コミュニティ ごとの感性を反映したものにするためには,感性価値創造 プロセスを上手に促す必要があると筆者らは考えている. そこで本稿では,2章で筆者らの提案する感性価値創造 プロセスモデルの枠組みを紹介する.3章では提案モデルの 各フェーズに対応する関連分野および感性工学会において 取り組まれている事例を紹介する.4章では提案モデルの 枠組みに従って展開している合意形成研究の適用事例につい て述べる.
自2007年经济产业省提出“创造感性价值倡议”以来,人们开始认识到感性价值的重要性。所谓感性价值,是指通过影响生活者的感性,获得共鸣和感动来提高商品和服务价值的重要因素。过去在工程学中,知识优先于感性,客观优先于主观,实现新技术和高功能就是成果。但是现在,高功能的产品不一定会被人们接受不一定被要求或接受,而是需要提供人们真正能发现价值的产品和服务。因此,各种系统、服务等根据人们的感受和社区为了反映每个事物的感性,笔者认为有必要促进感性价值创造过程。因此,本文第2章中笔者提出的感性价值创造方案。流程模型的框架。第三章介绍了与方案模型的各个阶段相对应的相关领域和感性工程师学会的案例。第四章介绍了方案模型的下面将介绍根据框架展开的达成共识研究的适用事例。
