Reconstruction of Capital Market Ecology Based on Blockchain Technology 基于区块链技术的资本市场生态重构

In recent years, the trust relationship of financial reports in the capital market has been severely challenged. The reliability, relevance and timeliness of the accounting information provided by the company's financial reports are obviously insufficient, and the efficiency of capital market accounting supervision has been greatly reduced. In the digital economy era, traditional double-entry accounting and financial accounting reports are no longer sufficient to serve the new economy, and it is imperative to reconstruct the accounting information disclosure system. This article attempts to implement the nine-character policy of capital market reform (system building, nonintervention, zero tolerance). Firstly, it is necessary to reconstruct the accounting information disclosure system based on blockchain technology; and under the background of the system with less government intervention, various entities automatically realize the maintenance of distributed ledger and the disclosure of financial accounting information, based on the principle of self-interest. Finally, in addition to legal restrictions, it is more difficult for untrustworthy persons to participate in the maintenance of distributed ledger, in order to increase their economic costs and achieve zero tolerance for them.

Remolding of the Supply Chain Development Mode Based on the Block Chain Technology 基于区块链技术的供应链开发模式重塑

The supply chain has been much developed with the internet technology being used in the business world. Some issues are becoming more and more evident than before in the course of the fast evolution of the supply chain. Among these issues, the remarkable problems include low efficiency of communication, insufficient operational outcomes and lack of the credit among the participants in the whole chain. The main reasons to cause these problems lie in the isolated information unable to be traced and in the unclear responsibility, etc. In recent years, the block chain technology has been growing fast. Being decentralized, traceable and unable to be distorted, the block chain technology is well suitable for solving the problems existing in the supply chain. Therefore, the paper first exposes the traditional supply chain mode and the actual situation of the supply chain management. Then it explains the block chain technology and explores the application & effects of the block chain technology in the traditional supply chain. Next, a supply chain style is designed on the base of the block chain technology. Finally the potential benefits of the remolded supply chain are foreseen if it is applied in the business field.

An infrared dim and small target image preprocessing algorithm based on improved bilateral filtering 一种基于改进双边滤波的红外弱小目标图像预处理算法

There is no obvious shape and texture information of the infrared dim and small target in the air background, which is easy to be interfered by complex background clutter, so it brings great difficulty to target detection and tracking. A preprocessing algorithm based on bilateral filtering is proposed according to the characteristics of infrared dim and small target image in this paper. Firstly, The Butterworth high pass filter is used to process the original infrared image to remove the low-frequency noise. Then, the processed image is filtered by the windowed bilateral filter to predict the image background. Finally, the high pass filter processed result and the image background prediction result are differentiated to achieve the suppression of background clutter interference. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively preprocess the infrared dim target image in the sky background, and achieve good background suppression effect.
红外弱小目标在空中背景下没有明显的形状和纹理信息,容易受到复杂背景杂波的干扰,给目标检测和跟踪带来很大困难。针对红外弱小目标图像的特点,提出了一种基于双边滤波的预处理算法。首先,利用巴特沃斯高通滤波器对原始红外图像进行处理,去除低频噪声;然后,对处理后的图像进行带窗双边滤波器滤波,预测图像背景。最后,将高通滤波处理结果与图像背景预测结果进行区分,实现对背景杂波干扰的抑制。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效地预处理天空背景下的红外弱小目标图像,并取得良好的背景抑制效果。

Research on Digital Finance Based on Blockchain Technology 基于b区块链技术的数字金融研究

Blockchain has many technical characteristics such as distributed, traceable, trustless, difficult to tamper with, and multi-centralized. Blockchain can effectively establish a financial asset management system based on digital technology, automatically docking assets of different industrial forms into a digital financial framework. It can realize the automatic mapping and circulation of assets under the chain, and create an economic network integrating financial asset digitization and asset management. Blockchain technology has attracted much attention, but in its development process, there are still problems such as inconsistent standards, chaotic derivative markets, threats to security, and difficulty in supervision, so that the current blockchain and physical business docking products that can be implemented in the market less. This paper analyzes the application cases of digital financial asset transactions based on blockchain technology, studies the current pain points of blockchain technology in various digital financial asset transaction industries, and provides corresponding solutions.

Does gold future interact with West Texas Intermediate (Crude Oil) by using impulse response? 黄金期货是否通过脉冲响应与西德克萨斯中质原油相互作用?

This paper selects the daily trading prices of domestic gold futures and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures from January 2020 to December 2020. The price discovery function of China’s gold futures market is studied by using cointegration analysis, impulse response function, and variance decomposition. By using the unit root test, it implies that the selected variable is a first-order single integration sequence, and then the cointegration test is carried out, with VAR model and Granger causality test conducted. The impulse response results show a long-term equilibrium relationship between China’s gold futures spot price and WTI crude oil futures price. China’s gold futures market has a two-way guiding role. The WTI crude oil futures price guides the domestic spot price in one direction. Domestic gold spot price is prior to WTI crude oil futures price, which impacts domestic gold futures price fluctuation. Domestic gold futures price can reflect the fluctuation of WTI crude oil futures price, but its international influence is still insufficient. It has a certain conduction function and price discovery function on the domestic gold spot market, and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between China’s gold futures spot price and WTI crude oil futures price.

Multi-label Classification of Remote Sensing Image Based on Deep Learning on Embedded Device 基于嵌入式设备深度学习的遥感图像多标签分类

In recent years, the resolution of satellite remote sensing images has been continuously improved. People can obtain more useful data and information from remote sensing images. Remote sensing images are widely used in various fields such as resource surveys and weather forecasting. The classification of remote sensing images is a very critical link in remote sensing image processing. This article proposes a multi-label classification method for remote sensing images based on deep learning for embedded platforms. We use residual neural network as the basic model and use transfer learning to reduces the cost of model training, besides this, we use batch normalization, image augmentation, and self-defined loss evaluation index to improve the accuracy and generalization ability of the model. Finally, the model is deployed on the embedded platform NVIDIA Jetson TX2 through tensorflow lite, the model performs well on the embedded platform and has good real-time performance.

China's economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and the financial industry has also entered a deep reform zone. It is necessary to improve financial services to better assist the development of SMEs. Difficult and expensive financing has always been a problem faced by SMEs in the development process. Supply chain finance provides important financial support for financing difficulties of SMEs. In the process of continuous development of industrial upgrading, the development model of supply chain finance has also become more diversified. It is necessary to improve the current operation mode of supply chain finance. Blockchain technology has been developing rapidly. Relying on its characteristics of decentralization, non-tampering, smart contracts, etc., the research of various "blockchain +" scenarios continues to bring forth new ideas, which can effectively solve the practical application of supply chain finance Existing risk issues. This paper studies the technical principles and characteristics of blockchain, analyzes the current situation of supply chain financial risk management and control, and discusses the use of blockchain technology in supply chain financial risk management and control.

Digital Copyright Management Model of University Library Based on Blockchain Technology 基于区块链技术的高校图书馆数字版权管理模式

Renewal of digital copyright in university libraries is not timely and easy to be infringed, which hinders the creator's right to confirm in time. The introduction of blockchain technology to monitor and update the use of digital rights ensures the interests of digital rights holders. In this paper, we construct a digital copyright management model for university libraries based on blockchain technology, including a federated chain and a side chain. The model can trace the whole process of digital copyright creation and improve the efficiency of digital copyright use. The research of this paper provides a model for the management of digital copyright in university libraries. The model traces the use of copyright to ensure the legitimate interests of copyright owners.
