Analisis Komparatif Kinerja Keuangan Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sebelum Dan Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Covid-19大流行前和期间印尼Muamalat银行财务绩效比较分析

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Analisis Komparatif Kinerja Keuangan Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sebelum dan Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan bank muamalat Indonesia sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif Komparatif dengan sampel laporan triwulan bank muamalat Indonesia dari tahun2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji paired sample t-test menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji Paired sample t-test, rasio NPM diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,816 yang berarti bahwa nilai Sig. lebih besar dari 0,05. uji Paired sample t-test, rasio ROA diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,087 yang berarti bahwa nilai Sig. lebih besar dari 0,05. uji Paired sample t-test,rasio FDR diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,032 yang berarti bahwa nilai Sig. lebih kecil dari 0,05. uji Paired sample t-test, rasio NPF diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,515 yang berarti bahwa nilai Sig. lebih besar dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada rasio NPM, ROA, dan NPF tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan pada rasio FDR terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengananlisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nasabah memilih tabungan Simpedes pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, unit Borong Raya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitin ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data yang dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Simpedes pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, Unit Borong Raya. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Kuesioner yang dibagikan sebanyak 100. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunaan teknik analisis faktor dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah memilih tabungan simpedes pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, Unit Borong Raya yaitu faktor sosial, jaringan tersebar luas, citra bank, pencadangan keperluan mendadak dan program undian. Karena sebab itu, faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi nasabah memili tabungan simpedess pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, yaitu faktor sosial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan literasi keuangan syariah berdasarkan gender (Studi Kasus Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo Angkatan 2016-2017). Dengan menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney Wilcoxon dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 responden. Dengan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji mann whitney wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan  literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa berdasarkan gender Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo Angkatan 2016-2017.  ini mengindikasikan bahwa gender yang berbeda tidak menentukan adanya perbedaan literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa.

Pertumbuhan UKM di Kota Palopo cukup tinggi dalam memperebutkan pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada UKM Multi Kue Kota Palopo. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian melalui wawancara, riset internet, kuisioner, dan observasi langsung yang dilakukan kepada pemilik, karyawan, dan pelanggan UKM Multi Kue Kota Palopo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis SWOT yaitu dengan menganalisis faktor internal (menggunakan matriks IFAS) dan faktor eksternal (menggunakan matriks EFAS) untuk menggambarkan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan diagram analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa UKM Multi Kue berada pada kuadran pertama, yang menunjukkan bahwa UKM Multi Kue tergolong dalam usaha yang berkembang serta memiliki posisi yang kuat dan berpeluang. Strategi yang digunakan pada kuadran pertama adalah strategi Strength-Opportunity (SO) atau yang disebut sebagai strategi progresif (growth)

This study aims to analyze financial performance in assessing profit growth in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is the analysis of financial ratios (liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio) and profit growth with the research sample using a purposive sampling technique for the specified conditional sample 1) the company has published financial statements during the study period and 2) the company has financial data its profitability decreased during the study period. The results of the study showed that it had poor profit growth because its profit growth decreased every year. Based on the results of the study.

ANALISIS TINGKAT PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM ALOKASI DANA DESA DI KECAMATAN MATTIRO SOMPE KABUPATEN PINRANG

This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study found 45 people from three villages, namely Patobong Village, Samaenre Village and Mattiro Tasi Village. Data was collected by using the methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research conducted showed that the level of participation in Mattiro Sompe Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency was good, this was the maximum and high coordination between the government and the community based on several good aspects of the community, it was proven that the number of people after the recapitulation showed a high level with the acquisition of 51.1 % is in the agree category. At the implementation stage 40.4% agreed. Furthermore, regarding utilization, with 44.4% gains, they agreed. Then at the stage of assessment of the results of the development shows the percentage results of 43.6% agree. Thus, it is known that the level of community participation in the Mattiro Sompe sub-district is quite proactive and high so that the village community enjoys the results that have been achieved so far

The results of the research conducted showed that the level of participation in Mattiro Sompe Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency was good, this was the maximum and high coordination between the government and the community based on several good aspects of the community, it was proven that the number of people after the recapitulation showed a high level with the acquisition of 51.1 % is in the agree category. At the implementation stage 40.4% agreed. Furthermore, regarding utilization, with 44.4% gains, they agreed. This study aims to measure how strong the influence of implementing strategic management practices and digitalization on the performance of micro-enterprises in South Sulawesi-Indonesia (Makassar, Gowa, Maros, & Pare-Pare), especially performance related to sales turnover, break-even point (BEP), and profit. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data and data sources through the interview process and questionnaires. The interview process was conducted with the heads of small and medium enterprises (micro enterprises) in South Sulawesi (Makassar, Gowa, Maros, & Pare-Pare), while the questionnaires were distributed directly to 200 respondents by survey officers. Of the 200 questionnaires distributed to respondents, 180 of them (90%) met the requirements for processing and analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between discipline and motivation on employee performance in Bontomate'ne District and Bontoharu District, Kab. Selayar Islands. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous test results show that discipline and motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance, while partial test results show that discipline and motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the new normal condition of covid-19. The data used are primary and secondary data, namely data sourced from direct observations and interviews with company respondents located in the city of Makassar engaged in the sale of building materials distributors. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical. Motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the better the motivation, the better the employee's performance. The motivation-forming indicators that are built are interpersonal communication, leadership and prove to be able to become motivational supporting factors in the new normal conditions of Covid-19

The results of this study indicate that customer oriented from company commitment, fulfillment of needs and response to complaints at Del Mango Macassar affects customer satisfaction.
