Atık Su ile Sulanan Mısır Bitkisinde Makro ve Mikro Element ve Ağır Metal Birikimi

In this study, wastewater based on today's increasing urbanization, the increasing discharge of it,  by treatment and mixing equal amounts for reuse in agricultural production have been assessed. The  conclusion has been reached that maize can be grown using waste water in agriculture but significantly  would affect without controlling of the heavy metal treatment.Macro elements such as N, P, K, Ca, Mg,  trace elements such as Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, and heavy metals such as Pb, Ni, Cd and B were analyzed on  different organs of the maize plant grown with the water used in the trial.Upon entering service of  treatment plants the positive and negative effects of waste waters in agriculture were examined. It  was concluded that the use of waste and wastewater-derived mixtures would significantly affect the  wasteland of soils and the rate of microbial contamination and the continuity of contamination.
在本研究中,基于当今日益增长的城市化,废水排放量的增加,通过处理和混合等量用于农业生产的再利用进行了评估。得出了利用农业废水种植玉米是可行的,但如果不控制重金属的处理,对玉米的生长有明显的影响。用试验用水对玉米植株不同器官进行了N、P、K、Ca、Mg等宏量元素和Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn等微量元素和Pb、Ni、Cd、B等重金属元素的分析。在污水处理厂投入使用后,对农业废水的积极和消极影响进行了研究。结果表明,废物和废水混合物的使用将显著影响土壤的荒地、微生物污染率和污染的连续性。

Türkiye’nin Tarımsal Atık Biyokütle Enerji Potansiyelindeki Değişim

Genel anlamda biyokutleler, yakit olarak kullanilabilen organik maddeleri icerir ve kuru agirliklariyla olculurler. Biyokutle enerjisi ise, bu maddelerin yakilmasi neticesinde elde edilen enerjidir. Tarimsal biyokutlenin hammaddesi tarimsal kokenli atik veya artiklardir. Bu calismada, Turkiye’de en cok tarimi yapilan bugday, arpa, misir, aycicegi, pamuk ve sekerpancari olmak uzere toplam 6 urunun 2001 ve 2018 yillarina ait uretim verileri kullanilmistir. Tarimsal atik kokenli biyokutle potansiyeli urun ve yil bazinda hesaplanarak 18 yildaki degisim irdelenmistir. Turkiye’nin 2001 ve 2018 yilinda tarimsal atik yonunden sahip oldugu biyokutle enerji potansiyeli sirasiyla, 53 493.91 GWh ve 67 984.03 GWh olarak hesaplanmistir. Bu 18 yillik zaman zarfindaki degisim ise yaklasik olarak %27 dir.

Yüksek Gerilim Hatlarının Tatlı Su Kaynaklarındaki Escherichia coli, Koliform ve Total koliform Bakterilerinin Canlılığına Etkisi

Bu calismadaki amac yuksek gerilim hatlarina yakin ve uzak yerlerde bulunan tatli su kaynaklarindan  alinan numunelerde kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik acidan bir bozulma olup olmadigini belirlemektir.  Numuneler Sinop ilinin Erfelek Meydan Koyu mevkii Karasu Irmagi, Ayancik Tevfikiye Koyu mevkii Zindan  Cayi, Ayancik Turkeli yol ayrimi mevkii Ayancik Cayi, Duragan Yalniz Kavak mevkii Gokirmak suyu, Duragan- Boyabat Yalniz Kavak mevkii Gokirmak suyu ve Boyabat Sinecan Koyu mevkii Kirkgecit caylarindan  alindi. Kimyasal acidan Na+, K+, Cl- , pH, iletkenlik analizleri, mikrobiyolojik acidan ise Escherichia coli  ve koliform bakteri gruplarina karsi test edildi. Elde edilen tum bulgular Resmi Gazetenin 06.07.2019  tarihli, 30823 sayili ‘Icme suyu temin edilen sularin kalitesi ve aritilmasi hakkinda yonetmeligine’ gore  degerlendirilmistir. Bu calisma ile Sinop ilinde bulunan yuksek gerilim hatlarinin tatli su kaynaklarina  onemli bir etkide bulunmadigi soylenebilir. Na+, K+, Cl- beklenen seviyelerde, iletkenlik ise pH ile dogru  orantili sonuclar verdi. Mikrobiyolojik test sonuclarinda ise Escherichia coli ve koliform bakteri uremeleri  saptandi, herhangi bir mikrobiyolojik bozulmaya rastlanmadi.

Bazı Yem Bitkileri Karışımlarında Farklı Hasat ve Muhafaza Sistemlerinin Yem Kalitesi Üzerine Olan Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu calisma, Akdeniz Iklimi kosullarinda yetistirilen iki farkli kislik bugdaygil, baklagil karisiminin kaba yem olarak hazirlanmasinda, farkli hasat ve muhafaza yontemlerinin yem kalitesi uzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaciyla yapilmistir. Arastirmada bitkisel materyal olarak, fig + tritikale ve italyan cimi + iskenderiye ucgulu karisimlari kullanilmistir. Calismada, haylaj, kuru ot balyasi ve geleneksel silaj muhafaza yontemleri ele alinmistir. Hasat makinasi olarak, haylaj ve kuru ot yapiminda tamburlu ot bicme makinasi ile ezme uniteli diskli cayir bicme makinasi, geleneksel silaj yapiminda ise ot silaj makinasi kullanilmistir. Buna ek olarak, haylaj yapiminda 6 kat sarma sayisi dikkate alinmistir. Arastirmada, haylaja ait nispi yem degerinin 2. kalite, kuru ot ve geleneksel silajin ise 3. ve 4. kalite sinifi icinde yer aldigi belirlenmistir. En kaliteli urunun, haylajlarda Cukurova kosullarinda fig + tritikale karisimina alternatif olarak yetistirilebilecek italyan cimi + iskenderiye ucgulu karisiminda, “Ezme Uniteli Diskli Cayir Bicme Makinasi” ile alinabilecegi belirlenmistir.

Yarı-humid ekolojik koşullar altında oluşmuş toprakların bazı fiziko-kimyasal özellikleri belirlenmesi ile seri düzeyinde haritalanması ve sınıflandırması

The aim of this study is to determine basic physico-chemical soil properties, make soil classification, create a soil database and generate a digital soil map for agricultural areas which covers about 397.28 ha and includes 1523 parcels of Seyitali, Kaya, Idrisli, Muhsinli, Beykoy and Cayirli neighborhoods located at Kavak district in the south of Samsun province. The mean annual temperature is 10.2OC and the annual average rainfall is 512.5 mm. According to Newhall simulation model, soil temperature and moisture regimes are Mesic and Typic Xeric, respectively. Field observations and investigation of topographical, geological and geomorphological maps, six soil pedons were described. Soil samples were taken from each pedons based on genetic horizon and laboratory analyses were performed. Detailed field study was carried out with grid method and auger examination. By assessing the results of analyses and field studies, six soil series were determined and described. Three of them were classified as Entisol due to their little pedogenic horizon development , the two of them were Inceptisol and one was Verisol. Entisols cover about 67.5% of the total area followed by Inceptisols with 21.8% and Vertisols with 10.6%. As for FAO-WRB, classification system, soils were classified as Vertisol, Cambisol and Regosol. In addition, whereas the Cayirli series has the largest area (24.08%), the Idrisli series was determined as the smallest land (8,17%) in the study area.

According to Newhall simulation model, soil temperature and moisture regimes are Mesic and Typic Xeric, respectively. Field observations and investigation of topographical, geological and geomorphological maps, six soil pedons were described. Soil samples were taken from each pedons based on genetic horizon and laboratory analyses were performed. Detailed field study was carried out with grid method and auger examination. By assessing the results of analyses and field studies, six soil series were determined and described. Three of them were classified as Entisol due to their little pedogenic horizon development , the two of them were Inceptisol and one was Verisol. Entisols cover about 67.5% of the total area followed by Inceptisols with 21.8% and Vertisols with 10.6%. As for FAO-WRB, classification system, soils were classified as Vertisol, Cambisol and Regosol. Edirne İli Barajlarının Bazı Fiziko-Kimyasal Özellikleri ve Sulama Suyu Kalite Sınıfları

Tum Dunya’nin guncel sorunu olan su kirliligi Trakya Bolgesinde de sanayilesme, kentlesme ve nufus artisiyla paralel olarak artmis ve hizla artmaya devam etmektedir. Ayni zamanda yogun ve denetimsiz su tuketimi Trakya Bolgesindeki yer alti ve yer ustu su kaynaklarinin gunden gune azalmasina neden olmaktadir. Sulamada kullanilan sularin kalitesinin bilinmesi, bitki yetistiriciligi ve ileriye donuk toprakta olusabilecek problemlerin onune gecilebilmesi icin onemli bir gostergedir. Bu calismada, Edirne ilinde,isletmedeki 4 adet baraj ele alinmis ve sulama suyu acisindan uygunlugu belirlenmistir. Elde edilen sonuclara gore; Suloglu baraji T1A1 ve T2A1, Altinyazi baraji T2A1, Sultankoy baraji T2A1 ve Hamzadere baraji T3A1 sulama suyu sinifinda yer almistir. Kitaici yerustu su kaynaklarinin siniflarina gore barajlarin kalite kriterleri irdelendiginde, Suloglu, Sultankoy ve Hamzadere barajlari II ve III sinifta, Altinyazi baraji II.sinifta yer almistir. FAO-29 siniflamasina gore, Suloglu, Sultankoy ve Altinyazi barajlari genelde I. sinifta yer alirken, Hamzadere baraji bircok parametre acisindan II. sinifta yer almistir.
