And in the end made a presentation to the church committee. Formulation of concepts and strategies, namely how to get data on land area results and layout drawings for the site plan for the construction of the Gereja Katolik Bunda Hati Kudus Kairagi. Gout arthritis is a metabolic disorder that attacks the joints, causing inflammation and pain. A person in this condition can experience limitations in activities, even affecting their mental state because they cannot carry out their role, thus impacting the quality of life of sufferers of gout arthritis. Health education about efforts to control uric acid levels so that gout arthritis does not occur or experience a relapse can increase people's knowledge and attitudes so that changes in good behavior can occur. This health education activity aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the people in Likupang Dua Village so that they can adopt a healthy diet pattern. This activity involved 53 gouts of people with arthritis. The method used was examining uric acid levels, lectures, and discussions, then respondents were asked to adopt a healthy diet for one week, then re-examined uric acid levels. The media are uric acid level measuring instruments, LCDs, laptops, power points, and leaflets. The results of this health education activity showed that 81% of respondents experienced a decrease in uric acid levels after being given health education and following dietary recommendations for one week. This health education needs to be reminded frequently to the public and continue to motivate them to continuously live a healthy life so that there is no recurrence in people with gout arthritis.

Women, who are members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) program, play a key role in improving the welfare of their families and surrounding communities. Unfortunately, many of them still have not obtained adequate knowledge and skills to start and develop businesses that may increase their family’s economic welfare and create new jobs. Realizing this, several members of the Entrepreneurship Teaching Team from De La Salle University Manado took the initiative to hold a Community Service activity in Sindulang Satu Urban Village with the local members of PKK program as participants. In this activity, the implementation methods are as follows: presentations of materials, presentations of ongoing business by students, discussions, and questionnaires distribution. The result of this activity is the improvement in participants' knowledge and motivation to become entrepreneurs, shown by their enthusiasm during presentation and discussion sessions. The results of the questionnaire also show that the main motivation that drives local PKK women to become entrepreneurs is the desire not to depend economically on their husbands and parents.

The industrial phase is the growth and development phase that must be achieved by school-age children. If it is hampered, it will cause feelings of inferiority and lack of self-confidence to arise, so it will have an impact on the child's development at a later stage. Stimulation of development is very important to do so that deviations do not occur. This activity was carried out at SD Inpres Maen Wineru Village, East Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. Stimulation is given related to 7 aspects of psychosocial development, namely motor, cognitive, language, emotion, personality, moral and spiritual. The method used is in the form of education in the form of lectures, demonstrations (exercise & stimulation), and discussion (questions and answers). The activity was attended by 16 participants who were divided into 4 groups in the implementation of stimulation. As a result, there is an increase in development in every psychosocial aspect by 100%. So, it is expected that school-age children have maximum readiness in facing the next phase of development, namely adolescence.

The Lasallian caring program is an annual community service program which run by the student board of Faculty of Nursing. In 2022, this program provided GERMAS health education to community in Kombos Timur and Kairagi 1 urban village, and also to the entire academic community of De La Salle Catholic University Manado. There were 130 participants in this activity, and 86 participants filled out a questionnaire about health service satisfaction of Lasallian Caring program. From the results of the data analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that the majority of participants rated the services was good (83.7%) and some of them considered the services was sufficient (16.3%). Participants suggested that in the future this activity could be carried out more regularly every month or every two weeks. Furthermore, this activity not only can increase people's knowledge, but also can touch people's hearts, and moreover change people's lives. Therefore, the community will have healthy lifestyles to enhance plenary health degree of Indonesian community.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires that interactions between individuals must be limited so that interactions change by using electronic and virtual communication media. The same thing happened to health services, where education and health services began to become proficient in using internet-based communication technology, both social media and other applications. The purpose of this community service program is to develop health education materials and materials related to diseases of the respiratory, cardiovascular and hematologic systems, which are then conveyed to at-risk groups and the general public as educational material. The stages include the preparation/planning stage, the development stage of educational materials and media, the program implementation stage and the evaluation stage. All of these stages were carried out virtually within 8 weeks. The results of this community service program not only provide benefits to the general public using social media, but also provide alternative media/edulation media for health workers to continue to carry out their role as health educators for the community.

The Tourism Awareness and Sapta Pesona Program is a program that should be continuously supported during the COVID-19 pandemic so that Indonesia is able to compete in the tourism sector. As the government starts reopening this sector for tourists, people in tourist destinations must also continue to be motivated to be good hosts in order to provide satisfaction to the people who visit by practicing tourism awareness in implementing Sapta Pesona. The Team for Community Service from the Faculty of Tourism of Universitas Katolik De La Salle Manado realizes that academics are also responsible for the success of the Tourism Awareness and Sapta Pesona Program by sharing knowledge and discussing with the community in Jiko Village, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency, with the aim of motivating the local community to participat, especially in the implementation of the elements of cleanliness and beauty. In this activity, the construction of trash bins was also carried out and its impact was then evaluated three months after the implementation of the activity. The results of this activity were that there was a lack of support from tourism stakeholders, such as the government and tourism organizations, the community already had awareness to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of tourist destinations, and the construction of trash bins had a positive impact towards the community.
