The Minimum Abandoned Water Optimization Model of Reservoir and Its Application 水库最小弃水优化模型及其应用

The traditional control way of reservoir results in a large number of “abandoned water” during annual flood season, and it is possible that there is not always enough water for reservoir storing to maximal beneficial cubage after flood season. Responding to this case, this paper established the minimum abandoned water optimization model of reservoir based on risk analysis. There are two characters in this model: system has more relevancies and nonlinear. As the optimization model has aforementioned characters, this paper use particle swarm optimization method (PSO) to solve the model. In order to improve the convergence problem of PSO, combines PSO with simulating anneal arithmetic (SAA), that is, using particle swarm-simulating anneal arithmetic (P-S) to deal with the constraints in the model. Apply the model to the North Xing Jia reservoir in Yantai City, Shandong Province as an example. The result shows that it can increase markedly the use of water resources of this reservoir, which is of great use for improving the utilization of surface water resources in the north area of China.

A New Image Denoising Method via Self-Organizing Feature Map Based on Hidden Markov Models 基于隐马尔可夫模型的自组织特征映射图像去噪方法

The Wavelet-domain hidden Markov Models (HMMs) can powerfully preserve the image edge information, but it lacks local dependency information. According to the deficiency, a novel image denoising method based HMMs via the self-organizing feature map (SOFM) which exploits spatial local correlation among image neighbouring wavelet coefficients is proposed in this paper. SOFM algorithms is popular for unsupervised learning, data clustering and data visualization, and it can capture persistence properties of wavelet coefficients. Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed method is more practicable and more effective to suppress additive white Gaussian noise and preserve the details of the image.

Adaptive Genetic Algorithm and its Application to the Structural Optimization of Steel Tower 自适应遗传算法及其在铁塔结构优化中的应用

An adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) to optimize transmission steel tower by using topology optimization theory is presented. First, topology optimization rule and topology combination approach are presented to build the optimization scheme; then, the binary genetic coding is proposed to describe the size of tower, and the fitness function of AGA is obtained by using the penalty function; finally, the adaptive crossover and mutation operators are proposed and the adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to find the optimization solution. Thus, the global optimization result is acquired, which is more economic than the primary structure. A high-voltage steel tower is analyzed as a numerical example to illustrate the performance of the proposed method. The calculated results demonstrate the proposed AGA and topology optimization method can perfectly optimize the tower structure.
利用拓扑优化理论,提出了一种用于输电铁塔优化的自适应遗传算法。首先,提出拓扑优化规则和拓扑组合方法,构建优化方案;然后,提出用二值遗传编码来描述塔的大小,并利用罚函数求出AGA的适应度函数;最后,提出了自适应交叉和变异算子,并应用自适应遗传算法求解优化解。从而获得全局优化结果,比原结构更经济。最后以一座高压铁塔为算例,说明了该方法的有效性。计算结果表明,所提出的遗传算法和拓扑优化方法能较好地优化塔架结构。

A New Multistage Chaos Synchronized System for Secure Communications 一种新型多级混沌保密通信同步系统

Based on Lyapunov stabilization theorem, considering the diffusionless chaotic system, a method is proposed for global chaos synchronization of three identical systems. Meanwhile, the method of three different structures chaotic systems global synchronization is shown. Then this method is applied to secure communication through chaotic masking, use three coupled identical systems, propose a novel method of chaos encryption, after encrypting in the first two coupled systems, do it again in the later two coupled systems. Simulation results show that the method can realize monotonous synchronization. Further more, the information signal can be recovered undistorted when applying this method to secure communication.

Application of MEC-Based Fuzzy Control in Boiler of Sludge Combustion 基于mec的模糊控制在污泥燃烧锅炉中的应用

To meet the requirements that sludge should burn and generate electricity cleanly in recycling fluidized bed boiler and the bed temperature must be controlled within a given range, a bed-temperature fuzzy controller was designed based on the operation characteristics of sludge combustion in recycling fluidized bed boiler and with bed temperature being used as the control parameter. Mind Evolutionary Computation was adopted to obtain fuzzy control rules. In order to accelerate the process of search and convergence, artificial operation experiences were used to represent excellent modes in populations. The mode and speed of convergence and variation were controlled through experience and heuristic messages, so that the efficiency of generating fuzzy control rules was improved. The simulation results show that the system has excellent control performance and can secure the stability of main steam pressure and bed temperature while satisfying the loading requirement. It has important reference values for sludge combustion control in recycling fluidized bed boiler.

An Improved Baptista Encryption Algorithm Based on Conservative Chaotic System 基于保守混沌系统的改进Baptista加密算法

An Improved Baptista algorithm based on conservative chaotic system is proposed in this paper. During encryption, the initial value of the chaotic system is updated timely. The plaintext is divided into groups at the length of a character. In the standard map, when the integer part of y is equivalent to the value of character’s ASCII code, iteration is selected as the cipher text .And before each iterative process, x has been done a simple transformation. Theoretical analysis and experiment results show that the algorithm has a better sensitivity to initial value and an excellent uniformity of distribution in cipher text. The algorithm has the good performance of simple implementation and reliable safety.
提出了一种基于保守混沌系统的改进Baptista算法。在加密过程中,混沌系统的初始值被及时更新。明文按一个字符的长度分成若干组。在标准映射中,当y的整数部分等于字符的ASCII码值时,选择迭代作为密文,并且在每次迭代处理之前,对x进行简单的变换。理论分析和实验结果表明,该算法对初始值有较好的敏感性,在密文中具有良好的分布均匀性。该算法具有实现简单、安全可靠等优点。

Research on Designers' Style-Cognition Based on Product Form Construction 基于产品形态建构的设计师风格认知研究

Designers’ style-cognition of product form spans different types of products. Ten groups of adjectives were refined through a Kansei Engineering experiment as the most important perceptual style words relevant to industrial designers’ work. The product images with high identification degree were obtained through a perception experiment on different types of products. The focus group method was employed to research the relationship between styles and design details. The form construction regulations were summarized and the rules base of product form construction based on styles was established. The rules base was applied in the design practices, and the results revealed that it can improve designers' creativities and optimize the details design.

Transformer Fault Diagnosis Based on Hierarchical Multi-class SVM 基于分层多类支持向量机的变压器故障诊断

According to the relationship between dissolved gases in transformer oil and transformer fault, a transformer fault diagnosis model and related solving steps are proposed derived from multi-class SVM theory. Based on the concept of feature extraction in pattern recognition, a hierarchical structure is employed to extract the input features closely related to the model of classification, and it has effectively suppressed the interference of redundant information. By comparison of the diagnosis results, the best extracting mode is selected. Besides, the adaptive parameter optimization algorithm has both increased the ¿exibility of parameter selection for SVM and enhanced the convergence speed. The results of the final test reveal that the hierarchical multi-class SVM is of high accuracy and excellent generalization.

A novel method is proposed in this note for exponential stability of cellular neural networks with uncertain and time-varying delay. New delay-dependent exponential stability conditions of cellular neural network with time-varying delay is presented by constructing Lyapunov function and using linear matrix inequality (LMI). The sufficient conditions on exponential stability established in this paper, which are easily verifiable, have a wider adaptive range. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effect of the proposed method.
本文提出了一种求解具有不确定时变延迟的细胞神经网络指数稳定性的新方法。通过构造Lyapunov函数,利用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)给出了时变时滞细胞神经网络的新的依赖于时滞的指数稳定性条件。本文所建立的指数稳定的充分条件易于验证,具有较宽的适应范围。最后,通过数值算例验证了该方法的有效性。
