Implementasi Customer Service BRI Dengan Pemanfaatan News Media (Instagram) Untuk Meningkatkan Kepuasan Nasabah Dalam Masa Pandemi Covid 19

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of BRI customer service by utilizing news media (Instagram) to increase customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Bank BRI. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Respondents in this study were 100 people who are customers of Bank BRI. The data analysis used a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the smart PLS application. The results of this study are that customer service has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer service can increase engagement on social media/news media, Instagram news media has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. 
本研究的目的是确定BRI客户服务在Covid-19大流行期间通过利用新闻媒体(Instagram)来提高客户满意度的应用。本研究采用的研究方法是定量方法。这项研究是在BRI银行进行的。本研究的抽样技术为随机抽样。本研究的调查对象是100名BRI银行的客户。数据分析使用了一种结构化的方法来方程模型(SEM),由智能PLS应用程序辅助。本研究的结果是,客户服务对客户满意度有显著的正向影响,客户服务可以增加社交媒体/新闻媒体的参与度,Instagram新闻媒体对客户满意度有显著的正向影响。

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the role of the Special Job Fair at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh in enhancing graduates employability to the Business/Industry World. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with the Industrial Relations Team and Alumni of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh and the Special Job Exchange Unit of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh with a focus on graduate data from 2016 to 2021 which includes the total number of graduates and the number of graduates working in The Business/Industry World, the graduates who are entrepreneurs, and the graduates who continue their education. The results showed that the role of the Special Job Fair SMK SMTI Banda Aceh in marketing graduates to The Business and Industrial was effective. This can be seen from the number of graduates who work and are being an entrepreneur,is increasing every year except for 2021. In 2021, there is a decrease in the number of graduates who work due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Many Special Job Fair program activities cannot be implemented due to efforts to overcome the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the distribution of graduates to The Business/Industry World.

Infotuban uses social media Instagram as a means to share various information with its target audience. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of social media content on Instagram @info_tuban includes thestages share, optimize, manage, and engage. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature study. The informant determination technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. This study uses two sources of data, namely primary data obtained from observations and interviews and secondary data obtained through books, internet, literature. The results show that in the share stage @info_tuban uses Instagram as a means of delivering effective and communicative information to build public trust. At the optimize stage, to find out what the public is talking about @info_tuban using the manual method, namely through the Instagram story and hashtag features. In thestage, manage @info_tuban has carried out several activities. However, at this stage @info_tuban does not use social media tools. The last stage is engage, @info_tuban has collaborated with people who have influence. Contemporary Advertising In Islamic Perspective 伊斯兰视角下的当代广告

This paper purposes to examine the principles and implementation of contemporary advertising in an Islamic perspective. The research employs the method of literature study, by examining the perspective of Islamic advertising from various research literatures, the opinions of scholars and the Qur'an and Hadith. Based on literature review, the development of advertising is still trapped in the practice of materialistic advertising that overrides the ethics of Islamic communication. For this reason, this study formulates six advertising principles referring to the Qur'an and Hadith as well as the opinions of scholars, namely the principle of monotheism, the principle of honesty, the principle of justice, the principle of trust, the principle of education and the principle of Istiqomah/consistent. This study can be developed by referring to technological developments and the need for communication and religious research in the future.
本文旨在从伊斯兰的角度审视当代广告的原则和实施。本研究采用文献研究法,从各种研究文献、学者的观点以及《古兰经》和《圣训》等方面考察伊斯兰广告的视角。从文献综述来看,广告的发展仍然受困于超越伊斯兰传播伦理的唯物主义广告实践。为此,本研究参照古兰经和圣训以及学者们的意见,制定了六条广告原则,即一神教原则、诚实原则、公正原则、信任原则、教育原则和Istiqomah/consistent原则。本研究可参考未来科技发展及通讯及宗教研究的需要而发展。

The lifestyle of modern society is not free of the name mass media as its properties grow and become its own phenomenon in the communication process, one of the most widely used mass media nowadays is television. In semiotics studies it views social phenomena in society and culture as signs, semiotics study systems, rules, and conventions that enable such signs to have meaning. As a method of analysis, there are some approaches that can be used for semiotics analysis. To examine the advertisements for human cosmetics in the study, the data analysis used is a semiotics analysis of Charles sanders peirce with the sense triangle theory that it claims. Peirce sees the sign (representation) as part of the object's reference is seita the subject's understanding of the sign. The study is used to learn about beauty analysis in more in-depth cosmetic ads. The data used in this study is not statistical data but descriptive, in words, not Numbers.

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in disseminating messages about digitizing promotion services within the Pidie Jaya Regency Government. The research uses a qualitative research approach with case study methods to analyze problems related to communication strategies formulated by organizations. The research results indicate that the communicators chosen to convey messages to the target audience have credibility, the message has been designed in such a way, the channel used is a personal channel face-to-face through technical guidance and consultation and by using the media but the media utilization is still not optimal and unable to reach the overall target audience. The communicant is all civil servants in the Pidie Jaya Regency Government and the effects are limited to changes in knowledge and changes in attitudes. Obstacles in delivering messages are found both in the communicator and the communicant, namely barriers in the delivery process (process barriers), semantic barriers (semantics barriers), and psycho-social barriers (psychosocial barriers) caused by the culture that is already attached to the audience, communicators and communicants are trying to overcome these various obstacles by using personal communication channels both face-to-face and through the media.

This study aims to determine the involvement and role of ulama in preventing early-age marriage in West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of library research. Data collection techniques using the literature review through various references related to research. The results of the research through a literature review are looking at government programs such as those related to early-age marriage, then the stakeholders involved are not enough from government agencies only. It’s also important the involvement and role of ulama as role models for the community in suppressing cases of early-age marriage through da'wah communication activities and forming special guidance and assistance programs for parents and adolescents regarding the negative impacts on early-age marriage.

This study entitled "Public Relations Of Bendahara Sector Police's Strategies In Creating A Positive Image In The Eyes Of The Public After The Death Of The Alleged Drug Abuse Perpetrator Case" with the aim of finding out the strategies carried out by the Bendahara Sector Police's Public Relations in creating a positive image in the public after the death of the alleged perpetrator of Narcotics abuse. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was done by using interviews with the head of Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police and the General Section Chief Public Relation of Bendahara Sector Police. The determination of informant was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were seven PR strategies used by the Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police, namely visiting victims' families regularly, approaching community leaders, counseling in turns to villages, saweusikula (visiting schools) activities, approaching Aceh Tamiang news journalists, uploading activities documentation to social media, and providing donations and assistance to local communities in need. There were several obstacles for the Public Relations of the Bendahara SectorPolice in carrying out the strategies that had been designed, namely the lack of facilities and the lack of personnel in charge of the Public Relations sector or department. 
本研究题为"本达哈拉区警察在涉嫌滥用毒品的罪犯死亡后在公众心目中树立积极形象的公共关系策略",目的是查明本达哈拉区警察在涉嫌滥用毒品的罪犯死亡后在公众心目中树立积极形象的公共关系策略。本研究采用定性方法进行描述性研究。本研究的数据收集技术是通过对本达哈拉区警察公共关系主管和本达哈拉区警察公共关系总科科长的访谈来完成的。信息者的确定采用有目的的抽样技术。结果显示,本达哈拉区警察公共关系部门使用了七种公关策略,即定期探访受害者家属、接触社区领导人、轮流向村庄提供咨询、探访学校活动、接触亚齐塔米亚新闻记者、将活动文件上传至社交媒体,以及向有需要的当地社区提供捐赠和援助。本达哈拉区警察的公共关系部门在执行所设计的战略时遇到了几个障碍,即缺乏设施和缺乏负责公共关系部门或部门的人员。

Analisis Pemberitaan Sengketa Lahan STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh 我所站的土地上的新闻分析被误解了

The focus of this research is on the news of how AJNN.net informs the Controversy Area of Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. To find out the content of the news text and how the message in the text is conveyed through the discourse constructed on the news, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods. To get some conclusion clear, intimately close and critical conclusions, some of the news in the media were analyzed using discourse analysis theory by Teun Van Dijk. there are six (6) elements of analysis that the author uses to review the news that has been selected.  The results found that during the conveyed news, the AJNN reporter did not convey the news in equal manner. The news was found without containing information verification from both informants (cover both sides).

Populisme dan Dinamika Otoritas Keagamaan dalam Islam di Media Sosial 伊斯兰教在社交媒体上的民粹主义和宗教权威的动态

The research is used to answer three main problems, namely what are the discourses behind Felix Siauww's appearance on social media such as YouTube and Instagram, how is the narrative of Islamic Populism discourse built by Felix Siauww on Instagram, and how YouTube media builds and strengthens Felix Siauww's religious authority. The researcher used the visual ethnographic method offered by Cristine. Data collection is done by combining empirical and theoretical data that is devoted to social media which is devoted to Felix Siauww's Instagram account and YouTube Channel. The results of Felix Siauww's research maximize the sophistication of social media, namely by paying attention to aspects of ethical values, character, and aesthetics. There are three reasons to mention Felix Siauww as a representation of Islamic populism among Netizens; First, Islamic populism is synonymous with anti-establishment terminology. second, Islamic populism is synonymous with anti-authoritarian narratives, third, populism contains narratives of religious purification and calls for a return to true teachings.
