Determining Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty to Internet Service Provider during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach COVID-19大流行期间影响客户对互联网服务提供商忠诚度的决定因素:结构方程建模方法

Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been a critical aspect during the COVID-19 pandemic especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine factors affecting customer loyalty to ISP in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic by utilizing a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. There were 252 respondents who voluntarily answered an online questionnaire which consisted of 49 questions that covered several factors such as Customer Service Performance (CSP), Internet Quality (IQ), Router Quality (RQ), Payment Method (PM), Internet Package (IP), Security & Privacy (SP), Promotion (P), COVID-19 impact (CV), Customer Satisfaction (CS), and Customer Loyalty (CL). SEM showed that IQ was found to have the highest effect on CS which subsequently led to CL, followed by SP, CSP, RQ, and PM. This study is one of the first studies that explored customer loyalty to Internet Service Providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The SEM construct can be applied and extended to enhance customer satisfaction on ISP particularly in developing countries.

Smart Self-Service Transcripts and Certificates Printing System Supporting Campus Services and Epidemic Prevention 支持校园服务和防疫的智能自助成绩单和证书打印系统

Teachers and students in universities often need to print various transcripts and certificates. The service offices of campus usually require dedicated staff to provide stamping and printing services, which may be time-consuming and labor-intensive. Moreover, the traditional way of queuing in the service offices during the COVID-19 pandemic has the high risk of crowd gathering induced cross-infection of the epidemic. To overcome the above problems, a smart self-service transcripts and certificates printing system (SSTCPS) has been developed, which enables highly efficient unmanned campus service and epidemic prevention. This article introduces the design of the SSTCPS, demand analysis, system architecture, functional modules, and implementation effects. The SSTCPS consists of six modules: login authentication, item selection and preview, payment, printing and stamping, authenticity verification, and system management. It has the advantages of high efficiency, convenience, diversification, epidemic prevention, and intelligent management. Through the use of the system, it demonstrates that the smart self-service printing system could simplify work process, improve work efficiency, reduce the workload of management staff, and significantly reduce the risk of crowd gathering induced cross-infection of the epidemic.

Wind Shear Simulation and Integration of Civil Aircraft Based on Scenario 基于情景的民机风切变模拟与集成

Wind shear has a great impact on the flight safety of civil aircraft. It is an important risk factor for aircraft safety during takeoff and landing. The validation and verification of aircraft requirements based on scenario can enable the aircraft to be prepared to identify aircraft design requirements and problems in special scenarios during the development phase. Wind shear is a special environmental scenario, which is an important part of the civil aircraft scenario verification system. Therefore, scenario-based wind shear simulation is very meaningful for the development of civil aircraft. In this paper, the wind shear and simulation are studied based on the civil aircraft operation scenario, and the wind shear simulation model is established. Based on the closed-loop flight simulation principle, the integrated architecture of wind shear in the simulation platform is proposed, and the integration test is carried out on a test platform.

Research on Knowledge Extraction Technology for Knowledge Graph Construction 面向知识图谱构建的知识抽取技术研究

As an efficient and intelligent means of knowledge organization, knowledge graph has developed rapidly in recent years because it can help users to obtain the information they care about quickly and accurately. Knowledge extraction is a key link in the process of knowledge graph construction, which directly affects the construction quality and subsequent application effect of knowledge graph, and is also one of the criteria for evaluating the merits of knowledge graph. Knowledge extraction has become an important research branch in the field of natural language processing. This paper systematically introduces the knowledge extraction technology for knowledge graph construction, analyzes the key technologies of knowledge extraction in each domain for different data types, and summarizes them at last.
