JIS B 9901規格群は,第1部:ガス除去材と第2部:ガス除去フィルタから構成されている.ガス除去材の性能試験は,フィルタの材料を選択するために小規模,低流量で試験を行い,一方,ガス除去フィルタの性能試験は実用規模のサイズおよび流量で試験を行う.それぞれの試験項目は圧力損失,除去効率,除去容量,保持力であり,それらの測定のための装置,試験条件,操作法が述べられている.また,ガス除去材の試験結果からガス除去フィルタとして使用した場合の除去効率や除去容量の推定方法を示すとともに性能評価のためのガス濃度測定法などを挙げている.
JIS B 9901标准组由第1部分:气体去除材料和第2部分:气体去除过滤器组成。为了选择过滤材料,气体去除材料的性能测试要小规模、低流量进行,而气体去除过滤器的性能测试则要按照实用规模的尺寸和流量进行测试。分别测试项目为压力损耗、去除效率、去除容量、保持力,并说明了测量这些的装置、测试条件、操作方法。另外,还根据气体去除材料的测试结果,对作为气体去除过滤器使用时的去除效率和去除容量进行了估计,并列举了用于性能评价的气体浓度测定法等。

2016年に制定された国際規格ISO16890シリーズを基に,一般換気用エアフィルタのJIS規格であるJIS B 9908が2019年に制定され,新たに粒子状物質捕集率J-ePMxの概念が導入された.フィルタの分類方法が従来と大きく変わっているため,市場の混乱が予想される.JIS規格の内容,規格変更に至った経緯と問題点,これまでのJIS規格の変遷と2019年版による分類を紹介するほか,既存の海外規格との比較,現在の運用の状況と今後の課題について解説する.
以2016年制定的国际标准ISO16890系列为基础,2019年制定了普通通风用空气过滤器的JIS标准JIS B 9908,新引入了微尘捕获率J-ePMx的概念。由于过滤器的分类方法与以往有很大变化,预计将引起市场混乱。除介绍JIS规格的内容、变更规格的经过和问题、到目前为止的JIS规格的变迁和2019年版的分类外,还将对与现有海外规格的比较、目前的运用状况和今后的课题进行解说。
