Так называемые «интеллектуальные датчики» или электронные ПФВ, сообщения о которых постоянно появляются в Интернете и в статьях [1, 2], содержат в качестве основного узла встроенное вычислительное устройство (ВУ), которое позволяет решать задачу автоматизации диагностики отдельных узлов и элементов ПФВ. В то же время в области средств измерения давления остается нерешенной проблема полной диагностики всего ПФВ в целом, включая его ЧЭ, ИМ и ЭП. Рассмотрим один из возможных методов проведения самодиагностики ЧЭ датчиков давления с интегральными тензорезисторами и встроенным ВУ в виде микроконтроллера или микропроцессора (рис. 1) [3]. Рис. 1.
