This research has purpose to know the effect from service quality, product completeness, corporate image on customer satisfaction. Based on there are many competitors of modern retail stores that have sprung up, it is not impossible that a store that used to be big can be a store left by its customers. The quality of service, store completeness and corporate image are the solutions to maximize consumer satisfaction at the Sumenep Elmalik shop. Kind from this research is a quantitative researc with the total of respondents determined by purposive sampling as one hundred respondents. Respondents were divided into several types, namely gender, age and occupation. Technical analiysis uses multiple linear regression. The results explain that quality of service, complecated product and corporate image give affection on Elmalik satisfaction of consumer, this is evidenced by the t value > from t table.

An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

They are seeing the development of internet users in Indonesia which is growing rapidly. This is the basis for the emergence of applications that can facilitate the community in doing their work. One of them is doing work in terms of finding a homestay, especially in the student segment. The phenomenon found, the information offered is incomplete and the absence of services to help move goods. This study aims to determine the consumer profile which includes perceptions and expectations for the homestay application customer segment, namely students, so that it can be a reference for creating value propositions that are relevant for homestay applications. The study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the design of a consumer profile consists of three parts, namely customer jobs, customer science, and customer gains in the Value Proposition Design taken from Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. From the GEM report (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) small and mediumenterprises can contribute 57% to GDP Indonesia, including entrepreneurship. While thephenomenon is still visible weak competitiveness capabilities in which the data fromGlobal Competitiveness Report 2016-2017 rank Indonesia decreased. The number ofentrepreneurs is also relatively small compared to neighboring countries. From theperspective of entrepreneurship spirit is interesting to examine the values of individualentrepreneurs who have an important role to competitiveness. How the role of individualvalues of entrepreneurs in the process of forming competitive advantage that has highcompetitiveness. From the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion thatthere are 5 individual values of entrepreneurs are important based on the intensity ofentrepreneurial activity. This research is a quantitative descriptive Revenue Regional Tax Sumenep underthe title "Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, jumlah Industri dan PDRB terhadap PenerimaanPajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun 2006 – 2011". The purpose of this studywants to know influence of the population, the total of large and medium industries, theamount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Local Tax Revenue SumenepYear 2006 to 2011. This study uses quartal time series data from 2006 to 2011. Themethod of analysis using linear regression analysis with the validity of the classicalassumption, so the regression results can be validated at yield. The results usingregression data by the following equation: Y = 5.08E09 – 23968.50X1 - 20595.21X2 +2417.432X3 + 5889. Meaning X1 (Population) has a negative relationship with the localtax revenue Sumenep, X2 (Tolal of Large and Medium) has a negative relationship withthe local tax revenue Sumenep and X3 Domsetik Gross Regional Product Number (GDP)has a positive relationship to the tax revenue Sumenep area. Simultaneously by using thet test and the X3 X2 X1 variables have a significant influence to Sumenep Revenue taxes.so testing Fstatistik partially by test also showed that the variables of population, thenumber of medium and large industries as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep. It was proved by F-statistikvalue > F table, 191.068 > 3.4668 with α of 5%. The conclusion of this study is avariable number of residents, the total of medium and large industries as well as GrossRegional Domestic Product (GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep.
本研究是一项定量描述性的收入地税分析,标题为“2006 - 2011年,Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Jumlah Industri dan PDRB terhadap PenerimaanPajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun”。本研究的目的是了解2006年至2011年人口、大中型产业总量、地区生产总值(GRDP)对地方税收收入的影响。本研究使用了2006 - 2011年的四分之一时间序列数据。分析方法采用线性回归分析,符合经典假设的有效性,使回归结果在良率上得到验证。利用回归数据得到的结果为:Y = 5.08E09 - 23968.50X1 - 20595.21X2 +2417.432X3 + 5889。即X1 (Population)与地方税收收入Sumenep呈负相关,X2 (Tolal of Large and Medium)与地方税收收入Sumenep呈负相关,X3 (Domsetik Gross Regional Product Number, GDP)与Sumenep地区税收收入呈正相关。同时通过检验,X3 X2 X1变量对苏梅内普税收有显著影响。因此,通过检验对统计数据进行部分检验也表明,人口、大中型产业数量以及地区生产总值(GRDP)等变量对地方税收收入有显著影响。F-统计值> F表,191.068 > 3.4668,α为5%。本研究的结论是,居民数量、大中型产业总量以及地区国内生产总值(GRDP)对地方税收收入有显著影响。
