The article examines the main challenges for the expected post-war parliamentary and presidential elections in Ukraine. Considerable attention was paid to the issue of the possibility of holding elections on the scheduled date, their dates in accordance with the legislation, the problem of the possible coincidence of statewide election processes in the event of the continuation of martial law. At the same time, a distinction was made between the terms «elections» and «electoral process». The main options fo r the development of events are defined as: the end of martial law by August 29, 2023 inclusive, the end of martial law between the end of August and the middle of September 2023, the end of martial law by December 31, 2023 Abstract
