This article presents the results of targeted field research in the Fergana Valley in 2020-2021 and the analysis of the literature, the belonging of Phlomoides species to 15 florocenotypes, and the level of activity of each species based on their phytogeographic, ecological, phytocenotic range. In this case, the species are divided into 4 groups: the most active, active, moderately active and passive species. The interdependence of existing florocenotypes was prepared based on the program UPGMA (version 3.22) and their analysis is presented.

This article studies the agrochemistry of soils that are under zones and linear protection objects and the effect of electric waves on wheat productivity. Overhead power lines have a negative impact on the environment, in particular on its ecological, social, and economic systems due to the high intensity of the electromagnetic field around the lead wires. High-voltage power lines do not significantly affect the content of humus and nutrients.

The research has conducted at the EIDE, Captain Orestes Acosta of Santiago de Cuba in the sport of karate-do, to develop a psycho-pedagogical strategy to sensitize trainers, athletes, and others involved in the importance of intrinsic motivation for the teaching-learning process of the same. For the study, methods and techniques were applied such as: observation, semi-structured interviews, and surveys. The qualitative analysis of the results indicates that coaches have inadequacies in the domain of participatory methodologies and the conception and instrumentation of teaching methods, and in athletes the need to improve their teaching-learning processes predominates, wishing to develop effective strategies that favor an integral formation. The psycho-pedagogical strategy that is proposed has based on epistemological, theoretical, methodological, and didactic foundations that support its instrumentation and has made up of three stages with its corresponding actions. The aspects analyzed by the experts, both of the specific actions, and the strategy as a whole achieved positive assessments that validate the design for its subsequent implementation.

Providing alternative answers to the problem of learning quality is a fundamental concern for educators engaged in the task of promoting personal growth in the teaching-learning process. The research presented refers to the inadequacies in the theoretical-practical preparation in the content of the observation and estimation in the subject Recreational Activities in Nature in fourth-year students of the Physical Culture career. In this sense, the objective was to elaborate a didactic material (Brochure) that provides the development of theoretical and practical preparation in the content of observation and estimation. The objective of the research was to generate biofuel derived from the mixture of methanol, sodium hydroxide and fig oil in the Mis 2 Principitos del Comuna El Limón farm, Portoviejo canton. Within the methodology to produce biodiesel or biofuel through the transesterification process, castor oil obtained from the fig seed, methanol (methyl alcohol) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) (acid or catalyst) were used. By means of the transesterification in which 0.001 m3 of castor oil, 0.0001 m3 of methanol and 0.01 Kg of potassium hydroxide were used under conditions of an approximate temperature of 60 ° C and 40 rpm of agitation in the stirrer plate, it resulted in 0.001 m3 of biodiesel. Biodiesel can be generated from fig or castor oil, taking advantage of a biomass energy source, which can be used in pump engines for irrigation in farms.

Introduction: talent management is a comprehensive strategy and an approach to international human resource practices and a commitment to widespread sharing of the belief that human resource is a priority and a source of competitive advantage. Talent management ensures the organizations that competent individuals with the right skills have taken the right position. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship. Methodology: The present study is an applied one in terms of its nature and purpose, and it is a descriptive and correlational one in terms of the data collection method to test the hypothesis. The population of this study included experts, officials, supervisors and middle and top managers of Golestan province Gas Company who have at least 7 years’ experience. Accordingly, a total number of 51 participated in the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was carried out through SPSS software for descriptive data and SMART PLS software for inferential data. Results: This study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship, and components of each of the main criteria also have a significant relationship with each other. Conclusion: The findings suggest that managers should improve their organization's talent management system in order to increase innovation and competitiveness. These systems can complete and implement various initiatives by creating opportunities to achieve talent resources and providing transparency in selection criteria.
